| 2 | Isotropically resolved label-free tomographic imaging based on tomographic moulds for optical trapping显示文摘A major challenge in three-dimensional(3D)microscopy is to obtain accurate spatial information while simultaneously keeping the microscopic samples in their native states.In conventional 3D microscopy,axial resolution is inferior to spatial resolution due to the inaccessibility to side scattering signals.In this study,we demonstrate the isotropic microtomography of free-floating samples by optically rotating a sample.Contrary to previous approaches using optical tweezers with multiple foci which are only applicable to simple shapes,we exploited 3D structured light traps that can stably rotate freestanding complex-shaped microscopic specimens,and side scattering information is measured at various sample orientations to achieve isotropic resolution.The proposed method yields an isotropic resolution of 230 nm and captures structural details of colloidal multimers and live red blood cells,which are inaccessible using conventional tomographic microscopy.We envision that the proposed approach can be deployed for solving diverse imaging problems that are beyond the examples shown here. | Moosung Lee Kyoohyun Kim Jeonghun Oh YongKeun Park | 2021 | Light(Science & Applications)2021，10，6： | 2 |

| 15 | Quantum-dot and organic hybrid light-emitting diodes employing a blue common layer for simple fabrication of full-color displays显示文摘Colloidal quantum-dot(QD)light-emitting diodes(QLEDs)have been in the forefront of future display devices due to their outstanding optoelectronic properties.However,a complicated solution-process for patterning the red,green,and blue QDs deteriorates the QLED performance and limits the resolution of full-color displays.Herein,we report a novel concept of QD–organic hybrid light-emitting diodes by introducing an organic blue common layer(BCL)which is deposited through a common mask over the entire sub-pixels.Benefitted from the optimized device structure,red and green QLEDs retained their color coordinates despite the presence of the BCL.Furthermore,adopting the BCL improved the external quantum efficiency of green and red QLEDs by 38.4%and 11.7%,respectively,due to the Förster resonance energy transfer from the BCL to the adjacent QD layers.With the BCL structure,we could simply demonstrate a full-color QD-organic hybrid device in a single substrate.We believe that this device architecture is practically applicable for easier fabrication of solution-processed,highresolution,and full-color displays with reduced process steps. | Suhyeon Lee Donghyo Hahm Suk-Young Yoon Heesun Yang Wan Ki Bae Jeonghun Kwak | 2022 | Nano Research2022，15，7： | 0 |
| 16 | A clinical trial of submucosal saline injection in inverted colonic diverticula显示文摘To the Editor:Colonic diverticulosis is a common colon disorder worldwide and is mostly observed in the right colon in Asian patients,unlike in western patients.Inverted colonic diverticula(ICD)are less common and are observed in about 0.7%of colonoscopy procedures.Because ICD often resemble colon polyps,they are difficult to distinguish by colonoscopy.Thus,bowel perforation after biopsy or endoscopic resection may be a serious complication.The colonoscopy maneuvers described to help diagnose ICD include radiating pillow sign,the use of air insufflation and water jet,and reversion of the ICD with forceps.Aurora rings,most recently described as concentric pale rings surrounding the lesion,also can help to diagnose ICD without the need for maneuvers.The present report describes the cases that underwent endoscopic maneuvers by submucosal saline injection.The results of this clinical trial may help to distinguish ICD from colon polyps. | Jeonghun Lee Youngsun Kim | 2021 | Chinese Medical Journal2021，，12： | 0 |
| 17 | Comparison of vegetable oils on the uptake of lutein and zeaxanthin by ARPE-19 cells显示文摘AIM:To compare the effect of vegetable oils on the uptake of lutein and zeaxanthin by adult retinal pigment epithelial(ARPE)-19 cells in vitro.METHODS:ARPE-19 cells were cultured in Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium-F-12 supplemented with 10%foetal bovine serum and 1%penicillin–streptomycin in a humidified 5%CO_(2) incubator maintained at 37℃.Cells were treated with 247μmol/L lutein,49μmol/L zeaxanthin and 1%(v/v)of either coconut oil,corn oil,peanut oil,olive oil,sunflower oil,soybean oil,castor oil,or linseed oil for 48h.Lutein and zeaxanthin concentration in the cells were quantified by high performance liquid chromatography.RESULTS:Among the oils tested,the highest lutein and zeaxanthin uptake was observed with coconut oil while the lowest was observed with linseed oil.CONCLUSION:ARPE-19 uptake of lutein and zeaxanthin are found to be dependent on the type of oils. | Jeonghun Baek Chun Wai Mai Wei Meng Lim Lai Chun Wong | 2023 | International Journal of Ophthalmology(English edition)2023，16，1： | 0 |
