| 1 | Pediatric functional constipation treatment with Bifi dobacterium-containing yogurt:A crossover,double-blind,controlled trial显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the treatment of pediatric functional chronic intestinal constipation (FCIC) with a probiotic goat yogurt. METHODS: A crossover double-blind formula-controlled trial was carried out on 59 students (age range: 5-15 years) of a public school in Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil, presenting a FCIC diagnostic, according to Roma Ⅲ criteria. The students were randomized in two groups to receive a goat yogurt supplemented with 109 colony forming unit/mL Bifidobacterium longum (B.longum) (probiotic) daily or only the yogurt for a period of 5 wk (formula). Afterwards, the groups were intercrossed for another 5 wk. Defecation frequency, stool consistency and abdominal and defecation pain were assessed.RESULTS: Both treatment groups demonstrated improvement in defecation frequency compared to baseline. However, the group treated with probiotic showed most signif icant improvement in the f irst phase of the study. An inversion was observed after crossing over, resulting in a reduction in stool frequency when this group was treated by formula. Probiotic and formula improved stool consistency in the f irst phase of treatment, but the improvement obtained with probiotic was significantly higher (P = 0.03). In the second phase of treatment, the group initially treated with probiotic showed worseningstool consistency when using formula. However, the difference was not signif icant. A signif icant improvement in abdominal pain and defecation pain was observed with both probiotic and formula in the first phase of treatment, but again the improvement was more signif icant for the group treated with B. longum during phase I (P < 0.05). | 4 | 大别山南麓阳逻组砾石层砾石形貌学研究显示文摘阳逻组砾石层分布于大别山南麓长江北岸地区,是长江中游地区一个重要的第四纪地层单位。其成因主要有两种观点:一种观点认为阳逻组砾石层为古长江冲积物,后期经过构造抬升而在长江北岸形成阶地;另一种观点认为其为大别山南麓河流冲积扇。砾石层中的砾石形貌记录了砾石的演化历史,对砾石进行形貌学研究可以用来进行古环境重建。文章选取武汉地区黄陂区横店镇、新洲区阳逻镇附近的25个砾石剖面中的2693颗砾石的外形参数进行测量。其中横店14个剖面中1377颗砾石、阳逻11个剖面中1316颗砾石。Zingg分类显示砾石以扁长形为主,砾石层在Sneed-Folk三角图中的主要分布于过渡相和河流相,砾石层中存在的大量片岩。这些特征均指示阳逻组砾石层是的物源区为大别山地区,它是大别山南麓河流形成的冲洪积扇堆积物。 | 王节涛 裴来政 张宏鑫 N'dji dit Jacques DEMBELE | 2021 | 中国地质2021，48，1： | 5 |
| 5 | Diabetic nephropathy in Africa:A systematic review显示文摘AIM:To determine the prevalence and incidence of diabetic nephropathy in Africa.METHODS:We performed a systematic narrative review of published literature following the MOOSE Guidelines for Meta-Analysis and Systematic Reviewsof Observational Studies.We searched Pub MedMEDLINE for all articles published in English and French languages between January 1994 and July 2014 using a predefined strategy based on the combination of relevant terms and the names of each of the 54 African countries and African sub-regions to capture the largest number of studies,and hand-searched the reference lists of retrieved articles.Included studies reported on the prevalence,incidence or determinants of chronic kidney disease(CKD) in people with diabetes within African countries.RESULTS:Overall,we included 32 studies from 16 countries;two being population-based studies and the remaining being clinic-based surveys.Most of the studies(90.6%) were conducted in urban settings.Methods for assessing and classifying CKD varied widely.Measurement of urine protein was the most common method of assessing kidney damage(62.5% of studies).The overall prevalence of CKD varied from 11% to 83.7%.Incident event rates were 94.9% for proteinuria at 10 years of follow-up,34.7% for endstage renal disease at 5 years of follow-up and 18.4% for mortality from nephropathy at 20 years of followup.Duration of diabetes,blood pressure,advancing age,obesity and glucose control were the common determinants of kidney disease.CONCLUSION:The burden of CKD is important among people with diabetes in Africa.High quality data from large population-based studies with validated measures of kidney function are still needed to better capture the magnitude and characteristics of diabetic nephropathy in Africa. | Jean Jacques N Noubiap Jashira Naidoo Andre P Kengne | 2015 | World Journal of Diabetes2015，6，5： | 3 |
