3DYNAMIC RECOVERY AND DYNAMIC RECRYSTALLIZATION OF 7005 ALUMINIUM ALLOY DURING HOT COMPRESSION显示文摘Dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallizatin behaviors of AA7005 aluminium alloy (Al - Zn - Mg) during hot compression are investigated by isothermal compression testing.The interdependence of flow stress,stress, strain rate,true strain and deformation temperature for the alloy is analyzed by introduc- ing Zener-Hollomon parameter. A steady - state flow of the 7005 alloy is confirmed to be a thermal- ly activated process.which is governed by rate-controlling mechanisms of dislocations.A hyperbolic sine relationship can satisfactorily correlate temperature, strain rate with flow stress through an Arrhe- nius term that involves thermal activation parameters. The dynamic recovery mechanisms of the alloy are discussed.Cross- slip of jogged screw dislocations is the main dynamic recovery mechanism over the deformation temperatures and strain rates.Subgrains are highly developed in the originally elongat- ed grains.The size of the subgrain increases with decrease of the natural logarithm of Zener- Hol - lomon parameter.Local dynamic recrystallization is operative when the alloy is deformed at temperature of 500℃ and strain rate of 0. 001s - 1.J. 6A Review of the Functional and Anatomical Default Mode Network in Schizophrenia显示文摘Schizophrenia is a severe mental disorder characterized by impaired perception,delusions,thought disorder,abnormal emotion regulation,altered motor function,and impaired drive. The default mode network(DMN),since it was first proposed in 2001,has become a central research theme in neuropsychiatric disorders,including schizophrenia. In this review,first we define the DMN and describe its functional activity,functional and anatomical connectivity,heritability,and inverse correlation with the task positive network. Second,we review empirical studies of the anatomical and functional DMN,and anti-correlation between DMN and the task positive network in schizophrenia. 10Hijacking antibody-induced CTLA-4 lysosomal degradation for safer and more effective cancer immunotherapy显示文摘It remains unclear why the clinically used anti-CTLA-4 antibodies, popularly called checkpoint inhibitors, have severe immunotherapy-related adverse effects (irAEs) and yet suboptimal cancer immunotherapeutic effects (CITE). Here we report that while irAE-prone Ipilimumab and TremeIgG1 rapidly direct cell surface CTLA-4 for lysosomal degradation, the non-irAE-prone antibodies we generated, HL12 or HL32, dissociate from CTLA-4 after endocytosis and allow CTLA-4 recycling to cell surface by the LRBA-dependent mechanism. Disrupting CTLA-4 recycling results in robust CTLA-4 downregulation by all anti-CTLA-4 antibodies and confers toxicity to a non-irAE-prone anti-CTLA-4 mAb. Conversely, increasing the pH sensitivity of TremeIgG1 by introducing designed tyrosine-to-histidine mutations prevents antibody-triggered lysosomal CTLA-4 downregulation and dramatically attenuates irAE. Surprisingly, by avoiding CTLA-4 downregulation and due to their increased bioavailability, pH-sensitive anti-CTLA-4 antibodies are more effective in intratumor regulatory T-cell depletion and rejection of large established tumors. 13Genesis of the Bianjiadayuan Pb-Zn polymetallic deposit, Inner Mongolia, China:Constraints from in-situ sulfur isotope and trace element geochemistry of pyrite显示文摘The Southern Great Xing’an Range (SGXR) which forms part of the eastern segment of the Central Asian Orogenic Belt (CAOB) is known as one of the most important Cu-Mo-Pb-Zn-Ag-Au metallogenic belts in China,hosting a number of porphyry Mo (Cu),skarn Fe (Sn),epithermal Au-Ag,and hydrothermal veintype Ag-Pb-Zn ore deposits.Here we investigate the Bianjiadayuan hydrothermal vein-type Ag-Pb-Zn ore deposit in the southern part of the SGXR.Porphyry Sn ±Cu ± Mo mineralization is also developed to the west of the Ag-Pb-Zn veins in the ore field.We identify a five-stage mineralization process based on field and petrologic studies including (i) the early porphyry mineralization stage,(ii) main porphyry mineralization stage,(iii) transition mineralization stage,(iv) vein-type mineralization stage and (v) late mineralization stage.Pyrite is the predominant sulfide mineral in all stages except in the late mineralization stage,and we identify corresponding four types of pyrites: Py1 is medium-grained subhedral to euhedral occurring in the early barren quartz vein;Py2 is medium- to fine-grained euhedral pyrite mainly coexisting with molybdenite,chalcopyrite,minor sphalerite and galena;Py3 is fine-grained,subhedral to irregular pyrite and displays cataclastic textures with micro-fractures;Py4 occurs as euhedral microcrystals and forms irregularly shaped aggregate with sphalerite and galena.LA-ICP-MS trace element analyses of pyrite show that Cu,Pb,Zn,Ag,Sn,Cd and Sb are partitioned into pyrite as structurally bound metals or mineral micro/nano-inclusions,whereas Co,Ni,As and Se enter the lattice via isomorphism in all types of pyrite.The Cu,Zn,Ag,Cd concentrations gradually increase from Py1 to Py4,which we correlate with cooling and mixing of ore-forming fluid with meteoric water.Py2 contains the highest contents of Co,Ni,Se,Te and Bi,suggesting high temperature conditions for the porphyry mineralization stage.Ratios of Co/Ni (0.03-10.79,average 2.13) and sulphur isotope composition of sulfide indicate typical hydrothermal origin for pyrites.The δ^34SCDT values of Py1 (0.42‰-1.61‰,average 1.16‰),Py2 (-1.23‰ to 0.82‰,average 0.35‰),Py3 (-0.36‰ to 2.47‰,average 0.97‰),Py4 (2.51‰-3.72‰,average 3.06‰),and other sulfides are consistent with those of typical porphyry deposit (-5‰ to 5‰),indicating that the Pb-Zn polymetallic mineralization in the Bianjiadayuan deposit is genetically linked to the Yanshanian (JurassiceCretaceous) magmatic-hydrothermal events.Variations of d34S values are ascribed to the changes in physical and chemical conditions during the evolution and migration of the ore-forming fluid.We propose that the high Sn content of pyrite in the Bianjiadayuan hydrothermal vein-type PbeZn polymetallic deposit can be used as a possible pathfinder to prospect for Sn mineralization in the surrounding area or deeper level of the ore field in this region.Kai-Rui Song Li Tang Shou-Ting Zhang M. 14Overview of surface ozone variability in East Asia-North Pacific region during IGAC/APARE(1994—1996)显示文摘Surface ozone(O\-3) was measured at Oki Island(Japan), Cheju Island(South Korea), Lanyu Island(Taiwan Province, China), Cape D’Aguilar(Hong Kong SAR) and Lin’an, Longfenshan, Waliguan(China mainland) during January 1994—December 1996 as a component of IGAC/APARE(International Global Atmospheric Chemistry/East Asia-North Pacific Regional Experiment). This paper gave a joint discussion on the observational results at these stations over the study region. Investigations showed that the average of surface O 3 mixing ratios at the seven sites are 47.9±15.8, 48.1±17.9, 30.2±16.4, 31.6±17.5, 36.3±17.5, 34.8±11.5 and 48.2±9.5 ppbv, respectively. Significant diurnal variations of surface O 3 have been observed at Oki, Cheju, D’Aguilar, Lin’an and Longfenshan. Their annual averaged diurnal differences range from 8 to 23 ppbv and differ in each season. Surface O 3 at Lanyu and Waliguan do not show strong diurnal variability. Seasonal cycles of surface O 3 showed difference at the temperate and the subtropical remote sites. Oki has a summer minimum-spring maximum, while Lanyu has a summer minimum-autumn maximum. The suburban sites at D’Aguilar and Lin’an report high-level O 3 in autumn and low level O 3 in summer. Surface O 3 remains high in autumn and low in winter at the rural site Longfenshan. For the global background station Waliguan, surface O 3 exhibits a broad spring-summer maximum and autumn-winter minimum. The backward air trajectories to these sites have shown different pathways of long-range transport of air pollution from East Asia Continent to North Pacific Ocean. Surface O 3 was found to be strongly and positively correlated with CO at Oki and Lanyu, especially in spring and autumn, reflecting the substantial photochemical buildup of O\-3 on a regional scale.
