| 1 | Rhizosphere Bacteria for Biocontrol of Bacterial Blight and Growth Promotion of Rice显示文摘Several bacterial strains were isolated from different rhizospheres.Among these,strain PDY7 exhibited strong antibacterial activity against the rice bacterial blight(BB)pathogen Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae(Xoo)by the laboratory dual plate assays.The antibacterial property of the strain PDY7 was further investigated for the production of 2,4-diacetylphloroglucinol(DAPG),which amplified a characteristic of 629-bp DNA fragment by PCR-based screening method using phlD primers.The application of phlD positive strains was carefully evaluated for disease control and growth promotion of rice plants under field conditions.The selected strain PDY7 suppressed the rice BB by 58.83%and51.88%under glass house and field conditions,respectively.In addition,the strain PDY7 showed significant two-fold increase in root length(18.08 cm),shoot length(29.81 cm),and grain yield(96.07g).Strain PDY7 promoted the growth of rice plants by production of indole-3-acetic acid(IAA),which was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)analysis.Our findings suggest that PDY7 belongs to the P.fluorescens group and can serve as potential biocontrol of BB as well as biofertilizer agent for growth promotion of rice. | Palaniyandi VELUSAMY J.EBENEZAR IMMANUEL Samuel S.GNANAMANICKAM | 2013 | Rice science2013,20,5: | 9 |
| 2 | Sol-Gel Coating with 3-Mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane as Precursor for Corrosion Protection of Aluminium Metal显示文摘Sol—gel coatings offer a number of advantages over other methods of protection for metallic materials.In the present work,3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane(MPTS) was used as the precursor for sol—gel coating on aluminium metal.The gelation of MPTS sol—gel was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) studies.The formed film was found to be stable up to 350 ℃ as evident from thermogravimetric analysis.X-ray diffraction study and scanning electron microscopy supported the formation of MPTS coating on aluminium surface while the characterization of the coating was done by FT-IR studies.The corrosion inhibition potential of the sol—gel coatings on metal in 3.5%(w/v) of NaCI solution was assessed as a function of different concentrations of MPTS using electrochemical polarization and impedance measurements.The corrosion inhibition efficiency was found to increase with increasing MPTS concentration.The results of the study unravel the use of MPTS as a precursor in the formation of sol—gel coating over aluminium surface so as to protect the metallic surface from corrosion in neutral environment. | Rajendran Babhu Vignesh Thomas Nesakumar Jebakumar Immanuel Edison Mathur Gopalakrishnan Sethuraman | 2014 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2014,30,8: | 4 |
| 3 | 气质性格量表中文版信效度研究显示文摘目的 评估气质性格量表(TCI-R)中文版在社区样本中的信效度.方法 采用方便抽样方法抽取1 220名成人完成气质性格量表(TCI-R)中文版、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS).一个半月后进行重测.信度采取内部一致性信度及重测信度来测量,对TCI-R的因子结构进行探索性因素分析,采用主成分分析最优斜交转轴法(Promax)来探索人格精神生物模型的潜在因子结构.结果 气质性格量表(TCI-R)七个维度的克隆巴赫系数值从0.677到0.860,重测相关系数从0.708到0.907,探索性因素分析显示气质维度有四个因子,性格维度有三个因子,解释的总变异量分别为59.535%、54.415%.躲避伤害性(HA)分数与SDS(r=0.549,P<0.01)、SAS(r=0.521,P<0.01)分数呈显著正相关,自我定向性(SD)与SDS(r=-0.460,P<0.01)和SAS(r=-0.406,P<0.01)、合作性(CO)与SDS(r=-0.416,P<0.01)和SAS(r=-0.361,P<0.01)、PS与SDS(r=-0.285,P<0.01)和SAS(r=-0.216,P<0.01)分数间均存在显著负相关.结论 TCI-R中文版为七因子结构量表,在中国社区样本中具有良好的信效度,是较好的人格测量问卷. | 蔡启霞 刘浩 邵云 夏静 韩继阳 何强 战玉华 刘果 Immanuel Decker Cloninger Claude Robert 王旭梅 | 2014 | 中华行为医学与脑科学杂志2014,23,8: | 4 |

| 5 | 中链脂肪酸的抗菌作用:辛酸对悉生卤虫无节幼体接种虾致病菌哈维氏弧菌和副溶血性弧菌的抗菌作用显示文摘试验目的是测定辛酸对培养基中的卤虫无节幼体接种了虾病原菌哈维氏弧菌和副溶血性弧菌的抗菌作用。首先,通过细菌生长试验研究不同浓度的辛酸(1,10和100 mM)对哈维氏弧菌和副溶血性弧菌抗菌效果。研究表明,100 mM浓度的辛酸,在5 h内病原体被完全抑制生长,然而,1 mM和10 mM浓度,有效的抑制时间延长。接着,通过细菌生长试验研究不同pH值(5~7)对辛酸(浓度为10 mM)抑制哈维氏弧菌和副溶血性弧菌抗菌效果的影响。与pH值6和7比较,在pH值5时,病原体生长非常少。卤虫无节幼体(龄II)饲养在含有10 mM辛酸的培养基中,然后接种哈维氏弧菌和副溶血性弧菌,记录60 h内的死亡率,每间隔6 h记录1次。研究发现,接种了哈维氏弧菌和副溶血性弧菌的卤虫无节幼体的死亡率分别降低到20.61%和16.3%。研究结果表明,辛酸对水产养殖中的发光弧菌具有潜在的抗菌活性。 | G.
