| 2 | 1970年以来的西方艺术理论概览显示文摘2009年5月,我在北京召开的'中际论坛'上有幸结识芝加哥艺术学院艾尔金斯教授,蒙其不弃,答应我就值得翻译的西方艺术史、艺术理论与批评的著作为我提供咨询,并撰写有关西方艺术理论与批评发展的最新趋势的文章,作为我正在主编的'艺术理论与批评译丛'的序言之一。这就是本文的第一个版本的缘由。适值国内某刊物约我主持一个'西方当代艺术理论与批评'的栏目,请我邀约国际知名学者撰稿。我再约艾尔金斯教授,于是有了眼下这个扩展了的版本。出乎意料的是,该杂志以本文更像一个书单,而不像一篇专业论文为由拒绝发表。我意识到此文所提供的信息,对于国内美术史、美术理论与批评的研究来说,具有极其重要的向导作用。而艾尔金斯教授的慷慨善意,也决没有辜负之理。于是,借《美术研究》杂志予以刊出,以示文献信息之重要,不敢自秘也。我希望本文对我国美术研究者(特别是研究外国美术史的学者和研究生们)具有积极的参考价值。当然,文中的观点与视角都是个人的,这一点自不待我多言。 | 詹姆斯·艾尔金斯(James Elkins) 陶铮(译) 沈语冰(校) | 2010 | 美术研究2010，，2： | 5 |

| 4 | Determination of a suitable set of loss models for centrifugal compressor performance prediction显示文摘Performance prediction in preliminary design stages of several turbomachinery components is a critical task in order to bring the design processes of these devices to a successful conclusion. In this paper, a review and analysis of the major loss mechanisms and loss models, used to determine the efficiency of a single stage centrifugal compressor, and a subsequent examination to determine an appropriate loss correlation set for estimating the isentropic efficiency in preliminary design stages of centrifugal compressors, were developed. Several semi-empirical correlations,commonly used to predict the efficiency of centrifugal compressors, were implemented in FORTRAN code and then were compared with experimental results in order to establish a loss correlation set to determine, with good approximation, the isentropic efficiency of single stage compressor.The aim of this study is to provide a suitable loss correlation set for determining the isentropic efficiency of a single stage centrifugal compressor, because, with a large amount of loss mechanisms and correlations available in the literature, it is difficult to ascertain how many and which correlations to employ for the correct prediction of the efficiency in the preliminary stage design of a centrifugal compressor. | 6 | Superior safety of direct oral anticoagulants compared to Warfarin in patients with atrial fibrillation and underlying cancer: a national veterans affairs database study显示文摘Background Studies evaluating safety of warfarin and direct oral anticoagulants(DOACs) for prevention of stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF) are lacking. Methods & Results All patients(n = 196,521) receiving care at veteran’s affairs with active cancer and AF from 2010–2015 were included. One-year mortality was significantly higher in unadjusted analysis with warfarin(44.9%) compared to dabigatran(25%, P < 0.001), rivaroxaban(24.4%, P < 0.001) and apixaban(30%, P < 0.001) and after adjusting for age, sex and type of cancer mortality(OR = 2.66, 95% CI: 2.52–2.82, P < 0.001). Risk of ischemic stroke(13.5% vs. 11.1%, 12.0%, 14.0%) was similar, however risk of hemorrhagic stroke was significantly higher among patients receiving warfarin(1.2%) compared to patients receiving dabigatran(0.5%), rivaroxaban(0.7%) and apixaban(0.8%) respectively, P = 0.04. Conclusions We demonstrated the superior safety profile of DOACs compared to warfarin among patients with underlying cancer and AF.
