1牙列缺失患者种植体支持的固定和可摘义齿的回顾性研究显示文摘目的:研究十年观察期内种植体支持的固定和可摘义齿修复牙列缺失患者种植体的生存率和影响因素。方法:1995-2006年,227例患者(92例男性,135例女性)平均年龄63.7岁,在Charite’大学口腔颌面外科门诊接受种植和修复治疗。共1652颗种植体种植在牙列缺失上颌骨、下颌骨或双侧颌骨,支持76例(24.68%)固定义齿,232例(75.32%)可摘义齿。观察性别,种植体部位、修复方法对种植体生存率的影响。结果:其中有50例患者73颗种植体丧失,累计种植体生存率94.76%,本研究显示种植体生存率女性(93.93%)略低于男性(95.93%),但没有显著性差异。在上颌骨种植的种植体生存率(95.87%)略高于在下颌骨种植(94.53%),但统计学没有显著性意义。10年累计固定和可摘义齿的种植体生存率分别是98.02%和93.55%,两种修复方法差异有显著性。结论:确认了种植体支持牙列缺失患者修复中长期的成功率,并得出结论种植体生存率与性别,种植部位关系不大,与修复方法有关。种植体支持的固定义齿预后比可摘义齿好。项立新 熊亚茸 Katja Nelson Susanne Heberer Semper Wiebke 2010口腔颌面修复学杂志2010,11,1:8
262名中国汉族青年笑线水平的测量研究显示文摘目的评估中国汉族健康人群上颌美学区域牙齿及软组织等解剖形态对容貌美观和义齿修复美学的影响,为临床牙科美学修复提供客观依据。方法对平均年龄为28.5岁的62名旅德中国汉族青年志愿者进行面部拍照记录。依据标准的试验条件对所有志愿者大笑时上颌牙齿及其牙龈和牙龈乳头进行测量分析。统计分析采用Mann—Whitney-U检验和双因子重复测量分析。结果所有志愿者在上唇大笑运动时81%的上颌中切牙至上颌前磨牙的牙龈形态均有不同程度显露。上颌中切牙平均显露高度为10mm,性别问差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。所有志愿者平均牙龈显露高度为1.3mm,平均显露牙龈乳头高度为3.4mm,男女间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。31%(19/62)的志愿者为高笑线类型,50%(31/62)的志愿者为中度笑线类型,19%(12/62)的志愿者为低笑线类型。结论中国汉族青年人群高笑线者比例高于西方研究人群比例,其中100%汉族青年志愿者在大笑时前牙区的牙龈乳头显露。胡秀莲 Susanne Heberer Katja Nelson 林野 2011中华口腔医学杂志2011,46,11:7

7Discrimination of ventricular tachycardia and localization of its exit site using surface electrocardiography显示文摘Differential diagnosis of supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) and ventricular tachycardia (VT) is of paramount importance for appropriate patient management.
