1Landscape of DILI-related adverse drug reaction in China Mainland显示文摘Drug-induced liver injury(DILI)is a type of bizarre adverse drug reaction(ADR)damaging liver(L-ADR)which may lead to substantial hospitalizations and mortality.Due to the general low incidence,detection of L-ADR remains an unsolved public health challenge.Therefore,we used the data of 6.673 million of ADR reports from January 1st,2012 to December 31st,2016 in China National ADR Monitoring System to establish a new database of L-ADR reports for future investigation.Results showed that totally 114,357 ADR reports were retrieved by keywords searching of liver-related injuries from the original heterogeneous system.By cleaning and standardizing the data fields by the dictionary of synonyms and English translation,we resulted 94,593 ADR records reported to liver injury and then created a new database ready for computer mining.The reporting status of L-ADR showed a persistent 1.62-fold change over the past five years.The national population-adjusted reporting numbers of L-ADR manifested an upward trend with age increasing and more evident in men.The annual reporting rate of L-ADR in age group over 80 years old strikingly exceeded the annual DILI incidence rate in general population,despite known underreporting situation in spontaneous ADR reporting system.The percentage of herbal and traditional medicines(H/TM)L-ADR reports in the whole number was 4.5%,while 80.60%of the H/TM reports were new findings.There was great geographical disparity of reported agents,i.e.more cardiovascular and antineoplastic agents were reported in higher socio-demographic index(SDI)regions and more antimicrobials,especially antitubercular agents,were reported in lower SDI regions.In conclusion,this study presented a large-scale,unbiased,unified,and computer-minable L-ADR database for further investigation.Age-,sex-and SDI-related risks of L-ADR incidence warrant to emphasize the precise pharmacovigilance policies within China or other regions in the world.Jiabo Wang Haibo Song Feilin Ge Peng Xiong Jing Jing Tingting He Yuming Guo Zhuo Shi Chao Zhou Zixin Han Yanzhong Han Ming Niu Zhaofang Bai Guangbin Luo Chuanyong Shen Xiaohe Xiao 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,12:12
2LEO Enhanced Global Navigation Satellite System(LeGNSS):progress,opportunities,and challenges显示文摘With the completion of Chinese BeiDou Navigation Satellite System(BDS),the world has begun to enjoy the Positioning,Navigation,and Timing(PNT)services of four Global Navigation Satellite Systems(GNSS).In order to improve the GNSS performance and expand its applications,Low Earth Orbit(LEO)Enhanced Global Navigation Satellite System(LeGNSS)is being vigorously advocated.Combined with high-,medium-,and low-earth orbit satellites,it can improve GNSS performance in terms of orbit determination,Precise Point Positioning(PPP)convergence time,etc.This paper comprehensively reviews the current status of LeGNSS,focusing on analyzing its advantages and challenges for precise orbit and clock determination,PPP convergence,earth rotation parameter estimation,and global ionosphere modeling.Thanks to the fast geometric change brought by LEO satellites,LeGNSS is expected to fundamentally solve the problem of the long convergence time of PPP without any augmentation.The convergence time can be shortened within 1 minute if appropriate LEO constellations are deployed.However,there are still some issues to overcome,such as the optimization of LEO constellation as well as the real time LEO precise orbit and clock determination.Haibo Ge Bofeng Li Song Jia Liangwei Nie Tianhao Wu Zhe Yang Jingzhe Shang Yanning Zheng Maorong Ge 2022Geo-Spatial Information Science2022,25,1:4
3Comprehensive assessment of real-time precise products from IGS analysis centers显示文摘Real-Time Precise Point Positioning(RT-PPP)has been one of the research hotspots in GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System)community for decades.Real-time precise products of satellite orbits and clocks are the prerequisite for RT-PPP.Thus,it is of great importance to investigate the current multi-GNSS real-time precise products in State Space Representation(SSR)from diferent analysis centers.In this article,SSR products from 10 analysis centers are comprehensively evaluated by comparing them with the fnal products and performing the kinematic PPP.The results show that analysis centers CNES(Centre National D’Etudes Spatiales)and WHU(GNSS Research Center of Wuhan University)provide the most complete products with the best quality.Concerning the accuracy of real-time products for the GNSSs,the accuracies of orbit and clock products are better than 5 cm and 0.15 ns,respectively,for Global Positioning System(GPS),followed by Galileo navigation satellite system(Galileo),BeiDou-3 Navigation Satellite System(BDS-3),GLObal NAvigation Satellite System(GLONASS),and BeiDou-2 Navigation Satellite System(BDS-2).Meanwhile,the results of the RT-PPP with quad-system show that the positioning accuracies are 1.76,1.12 and 2.68 cm in east,north,and up directions,respectively,and the convergence time to 0.1,0.1,0.2 m for corresponding directions is 15.35 min.Bofeng Li Haibo Ge Yuhang Bu Yanning Zheng Leitong Yuan 2022Satellite Navigation2022,3,1:2
4Involvement of the crebellum in sequential finger movement learning:Evidence from functional magnetic resonance imaging显示文摘Whether the cerebellum is involved in volun-tary motor learning or motor performance is the subject of a new debate. Using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), we examined cerebellar activation in eight volun-teers before and after an extended period of training. Activa-tion volume on both sides of cerebellum after learning was significantly reduced compared to that before learning even under the same motor frequency. Remarkably, while motor frequency for the training sequence was significantly higher than the control sequence after 41 d of learning, activation in the cerebellum for both sequences, with respect to activation loci and volumes, was very similar. These results suggest that the cerebellum was involved in motor learning but not motor performance.
