1Time range of Mesozoic tectonic regime inversion in eastern North China Block显示文摘An important tectonic inversion took place in eastern North China Block(NCB) during Mesozoic, which caused a great lithosphere thinning, reconstruction of basin-range series, powerful interaction between mantle and crust, a vast granitic intrusion and volcanism, and large-scale metallogenic explosion. The time range of the Mesozoic tectonic regime inversion in the eastern North China Block is one of the key issues to understand mechanism of tectonic regime inversion. Our updated results for recognizing the time range are mainly obtained from the following aspects: structural analyses along northern and southern margins of the NCB and within the NCB for revealing tectonic inversion from compression to extension and structural striking from ~EW to NNE; geothermic analyses of the eastern sedimental basins for a great change of thermal history and regime; basin analysis for basin inversion from compression to extension and basin migration from ~EW to NNE; petrological and geochemical studies of volcanic rocks and lowermost crust xenoliths for recognizing peak period of mantle upwelling and intense interaction between mantle and crust, and main metallogenic epoch. 2The effect of land use structure on the distribution of soil nutrients in the hilly area of the Loess Plateau,China显示文摘The irrational land use is one of the main reasons for the soil erosion and nutrient loss in the loess hilly area of China. In this project, 4 types of typical land use structure of sustain ment for about 15 years in the loess hill slope are selected to study the effect of land use structure on the distribution of soil nutrients. From hill bottom to hill top, the patterns of land use types are:, grassland-slope farmland-forest, slope farmland-grassland-forest, terrace-grassland-forest and slope farmland-forest-grassland. 6Types and Characteristics of Volcanostratigraphic Boundaries and Their Oil-Gas Reservoir Significance显示文摘Just like in sedimentary stratigraphy, the volcanostratigraphic boundary is an important factor for constructing volcanostratigraphic framework. The fundamental factor of volcanostratigraphic boundaries is to classify the types and define their characteristics. Based on field investigation and cross-wells section analysis of Mesozoic volcanostratigraphy in NE China, 5 types of volcanostratigraphic boundaries have been recognized, namely eruptive conformity boundary(ECB), eruptive unconformity boundary(EUB), eruptive interval unconformity boundary(EIUB), tectonic unconformity boundary(TUB) and intrusive contacts boundary(ICB). Except ICB, the unconformity boundaries can be divided into angular unconformity and paraconformity. The time spans and signs of these boundaries are analyzed by using age data of some volcanic fields that have been published. The time spans of ECB and EUB are from several minutes to years. In lava flows, cooling crust is distributed above and below ECB and EUB; in pyroclastic flows, airfalls and lahars, a fine layer below these boundaries has no discernable erosion at every part of the boundary. EUB may be curved or cross curved and jagged. The scale of ECB/EUB is dependent on the scale of lava flow or pyroclastic flows. The time span of EIUB is from decades to thousands of years. There is also weathered crust under EIUB and sedimentary rock beds overlie EIUB. In most instances, weathered crust and thin sedimentary beds are associated with each other laterally. The boundary is a smooth curved plane. The scale of EIUB is dependent on the scale of the volcano or volcano groups. The characteristics of TUB are similar to EIUB's. The time interval of TUB is from tens of thousands to millions of years. The scale of TUB depends on the scale of the basin or volcanic field. Both the lab data and logging data of wells in the Songliao Basin reveal that the porosity is greatly related to the boundaries in the lava flows. There is a high-porosity belt below ECB, EUB or EIUB, and the porosity decreases when it is apart from the boundary. The high-porosity belt below ECB and EUB is mainly contributed by primary porosity, such as vesicles. 8Interaction and Relationship Between Angiotensin ConvertingEnzyme Gene and Environmental Factors Predisposing toEssential Hypertension in MongolianPopulation of China显示文摘Objective To investigate the association of specific functional gene ACE (I/D) variants of the renin-angiotensin system with essential hypertension (EH) and interaction between ACE (I/D) gene and risk factors for EH in a genetically homogenous Mongolia rural population of China. Methods Individuals (n=1099) were recruited from general population of Kezuohouqi Banner in Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region. Results The association was found between ACE genotype DD plus ID and EH, with an interaction between ACE genotype DD plus ID and cigarette smoking in an additive model. Cigarette smoking index and ACE gene showed a low exposure-gene (LEG) effect on EH, with interaction indices from 7.10 to 1.16. Interaction between ACE genotype DD plus ID and alcohol drinking on EH appeared an additive model. Alcohol drinking index and ACE gene showed a low exposure-gene (LEG) effect on EH, with interaction indices from 1.66 to 1.09. BMI and ACE gene showed a low exposure-gene (LEG) effect on EH, with interaction indices from 6.15 to 2.49. Interactions between ACE genotype and WHR on EH showed a multiplicative model. In a short, there was an interaction between ACE gene and cigarette smoking, alcohol drinking and BMI on EH, especially in a low dose-exposure effect. 9OsGRF4 controls grain shape, panicle length and seed shattering in rice显示文摘Traits such as grain shape, panicle length and seed shattering, play important roles in grain yield and harvest. In this study, the cloning and functional analysis of PANICLE TRAITS 2(PT2), a novel gene from the Indica rice Chuandali(CDL), is reported. PT2 is synonymous with Growth-Regulating Factor 4(OsGRF4), which encodes a growth-regulating factor that positively regulates grain shape and panicle length and negatively regulates seed shattering. Higher expression of OsGRF4 is correlated with larger grain, longer panicle and lower seed shattering. A unique OsGRF4 mutation, which occurs at the Osmi RNA396 target site of OsGRF4, seems to be associated with high levels of OsGRF4 expression, and results in phenotypic difference. Further research showed that OsGRF4 regulated two cytokinin dehydrogenase precursor genes(CKX5 and CKX1) resulting in increased cytokinin levels,which might affect the panicle traits. High storage capacity and moderate seed shattering of OsGRF4 may be useful in high-yield breeding and mechanized harvesting of rice. 10Paleoproterozoic Potassic Granitoids in the Sushui Complex from the Zhongtiao Mountains,Northern China:Geochronology,Geochemistry and Petrogenesis显示文摘Paleoproterozoic potassic granitoids in the southern Sushui Complex from the Zhongtiao Mountains yielded SHRIMP zircon U-Pb ages of 1968–1944 Ma. Lithologically, the potassic granitoid series consists chiefly of monzodiorite, quartz monzonite and syenogranite. Their trace elements and Sm-Nd isotope characteristics indicate that they were derived from partial melting of Archean TTG rocks in an overthickened continental crust. 14Receiver function study of the crustal structure of Northeast China:Seismic evidence for a mantle upwelling beneath the eastern flank of the Songliao Basin and the Changbaishan region显示文摘Northeast China is a unique place to study intra-plate volcanism.We analyzed P-wave receiver function data recorded by 111 permanent broadband seismic stations in Northeast China.The results show that the crustal thickness varies from 27.9 km beneath the eastern flank of the Songliao Basin to 40.7 km beneath the Great Xing'an Range region.The large depth variations of the Moho can be largely but not completely explained by surface topography.The residual Moho depth calculated based on the Airy's isostasy model indicates that the Moho is dynamically uplifted by <3 km beneath the eastern flank of the Songliao Basin and the Changbaishan region.We suggest that a mantle upwelling,which has been proposed by several recent seismic studies,might have caused the uplift.Huafeng Liu Fenglin Niu 2011Earthquake Science2011,24,1:9
15Low-dose real-time X-ray imaging with nontoxic double perovskite scintillators显示文摘X-rays are widely used in probing inside information nondestructively,enabling broad applications in the medical radiography and electronic industries.X-ray imaging based on emerging lead halide perovskite scintillators has received extensive attention recently.However,the strong self-absorption,relatively low light yield and lead toxicity of these perovskites restrict their practical applications.Here,we report a series of nontoxic double-perovskite scintillators of Cs_(2)Ag_(0.6)Na_(0.4)In_(1-y)Bi_(y)Cl_(6).By controlling the content of the heavy atom Bi^(3+),the X-ray absorption coefficient,radiative emission efficiency,light yield and light decay were manipulated to maximise the scintillator performance.A light yield of up to 39,000±7000 photons/MeV for Cs_(2)Ag_(0.6)Na_(0.4)In_(0.85)Bi_(0.15)Cl_(6) was obtained,which is much higher than that for the previously reported lead halide perovskite colloidal CsPbBr_(3)(21,000 photons/MeV).The large Stokes shift between the radioluminescence(RL)and absorption spectra benefiting from self-trapped excitons(STEs)led to a negligible selfabsorption effect.Given the high light output and fast light decay of this scintillator,static X-ray imaging was attained under an extremely low dose of ∼1μGy_(air),and dynamic X-ray imaging of finger bending without a ghosting effect was demonstrated under a low-dose rate of 47.2μGy_(air) s^(−1).After thermal treatment at 85℃ for 50 h followed by X-ray irradiation for 50 h in ambient air,the scintillator performance in terms of the RL intensity and X-ray image quality remained almost unchanged.Our results shed light on exploring highly competitive scintillators beyond the scope of lead halide perovskites,not only for avoiding toxicity but also for better performance.Wenjuan Zhu Wenbo Ma Yirong Su Zeng Chen Xinya Chen Yaoguang Ma Lizhong Bai Wenge Xiao Tianyu Liu Haiming Zhu Xiaofeng Liu Huafeng Liu Xu Liu Yang(Michael)Yang 2020Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1:9
16Application of wavelet transform in feature extraction and pattern recognition of wideband echoes显示文摘A novel approach to extract edge features from wideband echo is proposed. The set of extracted features not only represents the echo waveform in a concise way, but also is sufficient and well suited for classification of non-stationary echo data from objects with different property.The feature extraction is derived from the Discrete Dyadic Wavlet Transform (DDWT) of the echo through the undecimated algorithm. The motivation we use the DDWT is that it is time-shift-invariant which is beneficial for localization of edge, and the wavelet coefficients at larger scale represent the main shape feature of echo, i.e. edge, and the noise and modulated high-frequency components are reduced with scale increased. Some experimental results using real data which contain 144 samples from 4 classes of lake bottoms with different sediments are provided. 17Laser Ablation ICP-MS U-Pb Zircon Geochronology of Granitoids and Quartz Veins in the Shihu Gold Mine, Taihang Orogen, North China: Timing of Gold-mineralization and Tectonic Implications显示文摘The Shihu gold deposit, situated in the Taihang Mesozoic orogen of the North China Craton (NCC), is hosted by ductile-brittle faults within Archean metamorphic core complex. The deposit is characterized by gold-bearing quartz-polymetallic sulfides veins. The Mapeng granitoids stock and intermediate-basic dikes intruded the metamorphic basement rocks, and are spatially related to gold mineralization. Detailed laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA ICP-MS) U- Pb zircon ages of the granitic rocks, dykes and mineralized quartz veins in the studied area reveal its magmatic and mineralized history. The mineralized quartz veins contain inherited zircons with ages of about 2.55 Ga and 1.84 Ga, probably coming from the basement. These two Precambrian events are coeval with those in other parts of the NCC. The Mapeng granitoid stock, the largest intrusion in the area, was emplaced at ca. 130 Ma, and is coeval with magmatic zircon populations from diorites and quartz diorite pophyrites in the same region. The ca. 130 Ma magmatism and gold mineralization were most likely related to an underplating event that took place in the Taihang orogen at Late Mesozoic. The timing of gold mineralization with respect to felsic magmatism in the area is similar to those observed in other major gold-producing provinces in the NCC. 18Research on Startup Reliability of Ultrasonic Motors显示文摘作为一种在航空航天和武器系统有着广泛用途的新型微电机,超声电机的启动可靠性影响了其进一步的推广应用。该文通过理论分析将影响电机可靠启动的因素定位为定、转子摩擦界面阻力的增加以及定子的非线性振动,其中摩擦界面阻力增加包括摩擦材料嵌入定子槽中以及摩擦材料与定子的粘接。结合仿真分析和实验研究,证明超声电机定子振动的非线性是影响电机可靠启动的根本原因,越靠近共振频率非线性越严重,而定、转子接触界面的粘接以及摩擦材料嵌入定子齿使定子谐振频率升高,也就使原有工作频率更接近共振频率,从而导致电机定频启动困难。最后提出利用定子振动的非线性,采取降频启动的方法,可有效提高电机启动可靠性,为超声电机的推广应用打下良好基础。LI Huafeng DING Qingjun CHEN Chao 2013中国电机工程学报2013,33,9:7
19Fine mapping of GS2, a dominant gene for big grain rice显示文摘Grain shape as a major determinant of rice yield and quality is widely believed to be controlled by quantitative trait loci(QTL). We have identified a novel gene 'GS2' to largely regulate grain length and width in rice. The GS2 allele in the big-grain rice line ‘CDL’functioned in a dominant manner. In the present study, we employed a chromosome walking strategy in the residual heterozygous lines from recombinant inbred population between cultivar 'R1126' and CDL, and located the GS2 gene in an interval of ~33.2 kb flanked by marker GL2-35-1 and GL2-12 in the long arm of rice chromosome 2. According to genome annotations, three putative gene loci, LOC_Os02g47280, LOC_Os02g47290 and LOC_Os02g47300, exist in this candidate region. In addition, allelic analysis with previously reported genes demonstrated that GS2 was novel for regulating rice grain shape. 20Rapid drift of the Tethyan Himalaya terrane before two-stage India-Asia collision显示文摘The India-Asia collision is an outstanding smoking gun in the study of continental collision dynamics.How and when the continental collision occurred remains a long-standing controversy.Here we present two new paleomagnetic data sets from rocks deposited on the distal part of the Indian passive margin,which indicate that the Tethyan Himalaya terrane was situated at a paleolatitude of∼19.4°S at∼75 Ma and moved rapidly northward to reach a paleolatitude of∼13.7°N at∼61 Ma.This implies that the Tethyan Himalaya terrane rifted from India after∼75 Ma,generating the North India Sea.We document a new two-stage continental collision,first at∼61 Ma between the Lhasa and Tethyan Himalaya terranes,and subsequently at∼53−48 Ma between the Tethyan Himalaya terrane and India,diachronously closing the North India Sea from west to east.Our scenario matches the history of India-Asia convergence rates and reconciles multiple lines of geologic evidence for the collision.Jie Yuan Zhenyu Yang Chenglong Deng Wout Krijgsman Xiumian Hu Shihu Li Zhongshan Shen Huafeng Qin Wei An Huaiyu He Lin Ding Zhengtang Guo Rixiang Zhu 2021National Science Review2021,8,7:7
