2On the viscosity of magnetic fluid with low and moderate solid fraction显示文摘The design of a pressurized capillary rheometer operating at prescribed temperature is described to measure the viscosity of magnetic fluids(MFs) containing Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles(MNPs).The equipment constant of the rheometer was obtained using liquids with predetermined viscosities.Experimentally measured viscosities were used to evaluate different equations for suspension viscosities.Deviation of measured suspension viscosities from the Einstein equation was found to be basically due to the influence of spatial distribution and aggregation of Fe3O4 MNPs.By taking account of the coating layer on MNPs and the aggregation of MNPs in MFs,a modified Einstein equation was proposed to fit the experimental data.Moreover,the influence of external magnetic field on viscosity was also taken into account.Viscosities thus predicted are in good agreement with experimental data.Temperature effect on suspension viscosity was shown experimentally to be due to the shear-thinning behavior of the MFs.Zhiqiang Ren Yanping Han Ruoyu Hong Jianmin Ding Hongzhong Li 2008Particuology2008,6,3:5
3Studies on MB-SAR 3D imaging algorithm using Yule-Walker method显示文摘Multibaseline synthetic aperture radar(MB-SAR) can form a synthetic aperture in the height direction with multiple parallel observations,so it has the resolving capability in the height direction and can realize three-dimensional(3D) imaging for the target.The analytic model of MB-SAR based on spectrum estimation is analyzed in this paper.Based on the more general geometric model,we derive the signal model for MB-SAR 3D imaging.And then Yule-Walker algorithm is proposed to realize MB-SAR 3D imaging meanwhile the principle is analyzed and the steps of Yule-Walker algorithm are given.This algorithm can get the 3D image of the target with high resolution using fewer observations.Finally,the experimental results of MB-SAR 3D imaging using Yule-Walker algorithm are presented,which are generated with the simulated data and the data collected in anechoic chamber.WANG Bin WANG YanPing HONG Wen TAN WeiXian WU YiRong 2010Science China(Information Sciences)2010,53,9:3
4YTHDF2 is essential for spermatogenesis and fertility by mediating a wave of transcriptional transition in spermatogenic cells显示文摘The dynamic and reversible regulation roles of m^(6)A modification and the characterization of m^(6)A readers have provided new insights into spermatogenesis at the post-transcriptional level.YTHDF2,as an m^(6)A reader,has been reported to mediate the m^(6)A-containing transcript decay during the mouse oocyte maturation,embryonic stem cell differentiation,neural development,and zebrafish maternal-to-zygotic transition.However,the roles of YTHDF2 in mammalian spermatogenesis are uncertain.Here,we generated germ cell-specific Ythdf2 mutants(Ythdf2-vKO)at a C57BL/6J background and demonstrated that YTHDF2 is essential for mouse spermatogenesis and fertility.Ythdf2-vKO provides oligoasthenoteratozoospermia phenotype with increased apoptosis in germ cells.High-throughput RNA-seq analysis showed that a group of mRNAs is upregulated in Ythdf2-vKO mouse testis;further analysis and MeRIP-qPCR data showed that most of the upregulated genes in Ythdf2-vKO mouse testis are modified with m^(6)A and are YTHDF2 candidate binding genes.Interestingly,RNA-seq analysis combined with our previous single-cell transcriptomics data of mouse spermatogenesis pointed out the failure of a wave of transcript transition during the spermatogenesis of Ythdf2-vKO mice,which was confirmed by gene expression analysis using qPCR of diplotene spermatocytes and round spermatids obtained through fluorescence-activated cell sorting.Our study demonstrates the fundamental role of YTHDF2 during mouse spermatogenesis and provides a potential candidate for the diagnosis of male infertility with the oligoasthenoteratozoospermia syndrome.Xinxi Zhao Zhen Lin Yong Fan Wenzhi Li Yujie Zhang Fei Li Tong Hong Hua Feng Minghan Tong Ningling Wang Yanping Kuang Qifeng Lyu 2021Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,12:2
5Experimental and density functional theory computational evaluation of poly(N-vinyl caprolactam-co-butyl methacrylate) kinetic hydrate inhibitors显示文摘Natural gas hydrate inhibitor has been serving the oil and gas industry for many years. The development and search for new inhibitors remain the focus of research. In this study, the solution polymerization method was employed to prepare poly(N-vinyl caprolactam-co-butyl methacrylate)(P(VCap-BMA)), as a new kinetic hydrate inhibitor(KHI). The inhibition properties of P(VCap-BMA) were investigated by tetrahydrofuran(THF) hydrate testing and natural gas hydrate forming and compared with the commercial KHIs. The experiment showed that PVCap performed better than copolymer P(VCap-BMA). However,low doses of methanol or ethylene glycol are compounded with KHIs. The compounding inhibitors show a synergistic inhibitory effect. More interesting is the P(VCap-BMA)-methanol system has a better inhibitory effect than the PVCap-methanol system. 1% P(VCap-BMA) + 5% methanol presented the best inhibiting performance at subcooling 10.3 °C, the induction time of natural gas hydrate was 445 min.Finally, the interaction between water and several dimeric inhibitors compared by natural bond orbital(NBO) analyses and density functional theory(DFT) indicated that inhibitor molecules were able to form the hydrogen bond with the water molecules, which result in gas hydrate inhibition. 12DOWNWARD LOOKING SPARSE LINEAR ARRAY 3D SAR IMAGING ALGORITHM BASED ON BACK-PROJECTION AND CONVEX OPTIMIZATION显示文摘Downward Looking Sparse Linear Array Three Dimensional SAR(DLSLA 3D SAR) is an important form of 3D SAR imaging, which has a widespread application field. Since its practical equivalent phase centers are usually distributed sparsely and nonuniformly, traditional 3D SAR algorithms suffer from low resolution and high sidelobes in cross-track dimension. To deal with this problem, this paper introduces a method based on back-projection and convex optimization to achieve 3D high accuracy imaging reconstruction. Compared with traditional SAR algorithms, the proposed method sufficiently utilizes the sparsity of the 3D SAR imaging scene and can achieve lower sidelobes and higher resolution in cross-track dimension. 17Incremental QR-based tensor-train decomposition for industrial big data显示文摘Industrial big data was usually multi-source, heterogeneous, and deeply intertwined. It had a wide range of data sources, high data dimensions, and strong data correlation. In order to effectively analyze and process streaming industrial big data generated by edge computing, it was very important to provide an effective real-time incremental data method. However, in the process of incremental processing, industrial big data incremental computing faced the challenges of dimensional disaster, repeated calculations, and the explosion of intermediate results. Therefore, in order to solve the above problems effectively, a QR-based tensor-train(TT) decomposition(TTD) method and a QR-based incremental TTD(QRITTD) method were proposed. This algorithm combined the incremental QR-based decomposition algorithm with an approximate singular value decomposition(SVD) algorithm and had good scalability. In addition, the computational complexity, space complexity, and approximation error analysis were analyzed in detail. The effectiveness of the three algorithms of QRITTD, non-incremental TTD(NITTD), and TT rank-1(TTr1) SVD(TTr1 SVD)were verified by comparison. 18Generalized pseudopolar format algorithm for radar imaging with highly suboptimal aperture length显示文摘Different from conventional spaceborne or airborne synthetic aperture radar(SAR) with optimal aperture length, an imaging radar with highly suboptimal aperture length acquires the data in short bursts by a geometry spreading over a large range. A polarlike or pseudopolar format grid is introduced to sample data close to the resolution, which presents the design of a separable kernel for efficient FFT implementation.The proposed imaging algorithm formulates the reflectivity image of the target scene as an interpolation-free double image series expansion with two usual approximation-induced phase error terms being taken into account,whereby more generalized application scenarios with high frequency, large bandwidth or larger aperture length for imaging a target scene located within either the far-field or the near-field of the radar aperture are processable with high accuracy. In addition, convergence acceleration methods in computational mathematics are introduced to accelerate the convergence of the image series expansion, so as to make the algorithm more efficient.
