| 1 | Polymorphisms of three gene-derived STS on pig chromosome 13q41 are associated with susceptibility to enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli F4ab/ac in pigs显示文摘Neonatal diarrhea caused by enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli(ETEC)F4 is a common and serious disease,resulting in significant economical loss in the pig industry.The locus encoding ETEC F4 receptor has been mapped to pig chromosome(SSC)13q41,and one of the most significantly linked markers is S0075.In this study,we selected three genes including SLC12A8,MYLK and KPNA1 from a chromosomal region flanking S0075 on SSC13 to develop pig specific sequence tagged sites(STS). Seven single nucleotide polymorphisms were identified in the three pig STS using DNA of four full-sib susceptible and resistant animals in a White Duroc×Erhualian intercross.All grandparents,parents and 755 offspring in the intercross were genotyped for three polymorphisms,including SLC12A8 g.159A>G,MYLK g.1673A>G and KPNA1 g.306A>G.Family-based transmission disequilibrium test(TDT) revealed that all polymorphisms and the corresponding haplotypes are significantly associated with ETEC F4ab/ac(especially F4ac)brush border adhesion phenotypes,indicating that these polymor- phism are in linkage disequlibrium with causal mutation(s)of the gene encoding ETEC F4ab/ac receptor. | 2 | A more efficient accountable authority IBE scheme under the DL assumption显示文摘In 2007, Goyal introduced a new and creative approach, called accountable authority identity-based encryption (referred to as A-IBE), to reduce the degree of trust that must be placed in the private-key generator (PKG) in an identity-based encryption (IBE) scheme. Based on his work, a new universal A-IBE scheme is proposed in this paper. Compared with Goyal's universal scheme, this new universal A-IBE scheme not only optimizes the time requirements for pairing operations, but also achieves a 'tighter' security reduction based on a weaker hard problem (the discrete logarithm problem) under a stronger security definition (using an adaptively selected identity). Because there are many fewer pairing operations in this new scheme, the performance of the application can be improved to some degree. In addition, because of the 'tighter' security reduction achieved by this new proposed scheme, a less restrictive security parameter can be chosen while achieving the same security as with Goyal's scheme along with an improvement in performance. In the respect of the time requirement, compared with the Goyal's universal scheme, this new scheme could be more efficient. Regrettably, these improvements will increase the memory needed for the public parameters and the volume of communications required. | 3 | Pathogen Identification of Wheat Crown Rot and Control Effects of Different Fungicides显示文摘[Objectives] The paper aimed to reduce the damage of wheat crown rot caused by Fusarium graminearum on wheat production. [Methods]Pathogens were isolated from wheat crown rot samples collected in fields,and the major pathogenic fungi were determined as F. graminearum through molecular techniques.Different fungicides were administrated at seedling stage and reviving stage to control the disease. [Results] There were significant differences in control effects against crown rot among different fungicides. Tebuconazole · prochloraz mixture and Carbendazim · triadimefon mixture had good control effects,while such single agents as Tebuconazole and Difenoconazole · propicondzole had good control effects as well. | 5 | DOWNWARD LOOKING SPARSE LINEAR ARRAY 3D SAR IMAGING ALGORITHM BASED ON BACK-PROJECTION AND CONVEX OPTIMIZATION显示文摘Downward Looking Sparse Linear Array Three Dimensional SAR(DLSLA 3D SAR) is an important form of 3D SAR imaging, which has a widespread application field. Since its practical equivalent phase centers are usually distributed sparsely and nonuniformly, traditional 3D SAR algorithms suffer from low resolution and high sidelobes in cross-track dimension. To deal with this problem, this paper introduces a method based on back-projection and convex optimization to achieve 3D high accuracy imaging reconstruction. Compared with traditional SAR algorithms, the proposed method sufficiently utilizes the sparsity of the 3D SAR imaging scene and can achieve lower sidelobes and higher resolution in cross-track dimension. | 8 | Genetic Analysis of Grain Yield in a 7×7 Diallel Cross F_2 Population of Wheat(T.Aestivum L.)显示文摘In order to obtain genetic information for grain yield, seven genetically diverse wheat cultivars were crossed in an incomplete diallel to study the inheritance of grain yield using F_2 progenies for two years. Significant differences were observed among genotype, year and genotype × year interaction for grain yield, and both general combining ability(GCA) and specific combining ability(SCA) were also highly significant for grain yield, suggesting that the trait was controlled by both additive and non-additive effect. The GCA estimates revealed that the best combiners for grain yield were Yangmai 5 and Ningmai 9. Adequacy tests revealed that data of grain yield was fully adequate for genetic interpretation. Over-dominance genetic effects were important for the expression of grain yield. | 9 | 6-35 SFC High-frequency Signal Input Circuit Fault Analysis显示文摘The Dee voltage of the RF cavity in cyclotron HIRFL-SFC is not high enough when resonance frequency is8.536 MHz. By repeatedly measuring and adjusting the parameters of the cavity and transmitter tank circuit, Deevoltage can only be added to 40 kV, which doesn't meet the physical requirement of 80 kV.One output port of the RF divider is open circuit in the process of inspection which was discovered occasionally.SFC signal comes from the SSC,which is divided into two (see Fig. 1) , but the one open suspension through 4.4m 50 Ω coaxial cable and don't connect the load. After removing the cable from the divider, the Dee voltage ofSFC could be added to 70 kV easily. At the same time the value of amplitude stability gain is lower than usual, theinput signal amplitude that is too high. The value changes from 240 to 440 mV when measuring the input signalwith an oscilloscope, the reason is caused by 4.4 m terminal open line. | 10 | DLSLA 3-D SAR imaging algorithm for off-grid targets based on pseudo-polar formatting and atomic norm minimization显示文摘This paper concerns the imaging problem for downward looking sparse linear array three-dimensional synthetic aperture radar(DLSLA 3-D SAR) under the circumstance of sparse and non-uniform cross-track dimensional virtual phase centers configuration. Since the 3-D imaging scene behaves typical sparsity in a certain domain, sparse recovery approaches hold the potential to achieve a better reconstruction performance. However,most of the existing compressive sensing(CS) algorithms assume the scatterers located on the pre-discretized grids, which is often violated by the off-grid effect. By contrast, atomic norm minimization(ANM) deals with sparse recovery problem directly on continuous space instead of discrete grids. This paper firstly analyzes the off-grid effect in DLSLA 3-D SAR sparse image reconstruction, and then introduces an imaging method applied to off-gird targets reconstruction which combines 3-D pseudo-polar formatting algorithm(pseudo-PFA) with ANM. With the proposed method, wave propagation and along-track image reconstruction are operated with pseudo-PFA, then the cross-track reconstruction is implemented with semidefinite programming(SDP) based on the ANM model. The proposed method holds the advantage of avoiding the off-grid effect and managing to locate the off-grid targets to accurate locations in different imaging scenes. | 11 | Changes of Rubisco in Flag Leaves of Wheat with Different Quality Types during Grain Filling Stage显示文摘[Objective]In this study,the formation mechanism of grain quality of soft wheat was investigated to provide support for soft wheat breeding.[Method]Using soft and hard wheat varieties as experimental materials,changes of Rubisco(ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase)degradation in flag leaves with different quality types during grain filling stage were investigated.[Result]Chlorophyll content and Rubisco content were both gradually reduced in flag leaves of wheat cultivars with different quality types during grain filling stage.Changes of Rubisco content were insignificant at early grain filling stage,but Rubisco content in flag leaves of soft wheat was higher than that of hard wheat at mid-late grain filling stage.Degradation products of Rubisco large subunits with molecular weight of 51 kD could be detected in flag leaves of various wheat cultivars.Rubisco in flag leaves of hard wheat Zheng 9023 was significantly earlier degraded compared with Yangmai 15,indicating that leaf senescence in hard wheat was earlier than soft wheat,which suggested that the protein accumulation in wheat grains may be related with Rubisco degradation in flag leaves after anthesis.[Conclusion]This study implied the foundation of soft wheat breeding and optimization of cultivation and wheat management in the field. | Peng ZHANG Jinbao YAO Guocai YAO Xueming YANG Hongxiang MA | 2013 | Agricultural Biotechnology2013,2,6: | 0 |
