2Highly stretchable polymer/silver nanowires composite sensor for human health monitoring显示文摘Flexible strain sensors exhibit outstanding advantages in terms of sensitivity and stability by detecting changes in physical signals.It can be easily attached to human skin and clothed to achieve monitoring of human motion and health.However,general sensing material shows low stretchability and cannot respond to signals under large deformation.In this work,a highly stretchable polymer composite was developed by adding small amount(0.17 wt.%)of silver nanowires(AgNWs)in stretchable conductive polymer materials.The conductivity of polymer/AgNWs composite is 1.3 S/m with the stretchability up to 500%.The stretchable strain sensor based on the polymer/AgNWs composite can respond to strain signals in real time,even for 1%strain response,and shows excellent stability over 1,000 loading/unloading cycles.Moreover,the strain sensor can be attached to human skin and clothed to monitor joints,throat and pulse of the human body.The human body electrocardiogram(ECG)signal was detected successfully with the polymer/AgNWs electrode,which is comparable to the signal obtained by the commercial electrode.Overall,the sensors enable monitoring of human movement and health.These advantages make it a potential application in wearable devices and electronic skin.Yanjing Zhang Pei He Meng Luo Xiaowen Xu Guozhang Dai Junliang Yang 2020Nano Research2020,13,4:7
3Wearable CNT/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene/PDMS composite strain sensor with enhanced stability for real-time human healthcare monitoring显示文摘Strain sensors with good stability are vital to the development of wearable healthcare monitoring systems.However,the design of strain sensor with both duration stability and environmental stability is still a challenge.In this work,we propose an ultra-stable and washable strain sensor by embedding a coupled composite film of carbon nanotube(CNT)and Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene into polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)matrix.The composite strain sensor with embedded microstructure and uneven surface makes it conformal to skin,while the CNT/MXene sensing layer exhibits a resistance sensitive to strain.This sensor shows reliable responses at different frequencies and with long-term cycling durability(over 1,000 cycles).Meanwhile,the CNT/MXene/PDMS composite strain sensor provides the advantages of superior anti-interference to temperature change and water washing.The results demonstrate less than 10%resistance changes as the temperature rises from-20 to 80℃or after sonication in water for 120 min,respectively.The composite sensor is applied to monitor human joint motions,such as bending of finger,wrist and elbow.Moreover,the simultaneous monitoring of the electrocardiogram(ECG)signal and joint movement while riding a sports bicycle is demonstrated,enabling the great potential of the as-fabricated sensor in real-time human healthcare monitoring.Xiaowen Xu Yucheng Chen Pei He Song Wang Kai Ling Longhui Liu Pengfei Lei Xianjun Huang Hu Zhao Jianyun Cao Junliang Yang 2021Nano Research2021,14,8:5
4Macroporous Ni foam-supported Co_3O_4 nanobrush and nanomace hybrid arrays for high-efficiency CO oxidation显示文摘Herein, we reported the synthesis of well-defined Co_3O_4 nanoarrays(NAs) supported on a monolithic three-dimensional macroporous nickel(Ni) foam substrate for use in highefficiency CO oxidation. The monolithic Co_3O_4 NAs catalysts were obtained through a generic hydrothermal synthesis route with subsequent calcination. By controlling the reaction time,solvent polarity and deposition agent, these Co_3O_4 NAs catalysts exhibited various novel morphologies(single or hybrid arrays), whose physicochemical properties were further characterized by using several analytical techniques. Based on the catalytic and characterization analyses, it was found that the Co_3O_4 NAs-6 catalyst with nanobrush and nanomace arrays displayed enhanced catalytic activity for CO oxidation, achieving an efficient 100% CO oxidation conversion at a gas hourly space velocity(GHSV) 10,000 hr^(-1) and 150°C with longterm stability. 17Genome-wide Analysis of a Plant AT-rich Sequence and Zinc-binding Protein (PLATZ) in Triticum Aestivum显示文摘Plant AT-rich sequence and zinc-binding protein(PLATZ)is a plant transcription factor that has been studied in corn.PLATZ can non-specifically bind to sequences rich in A/T bases to induce transcriptional repression.It is involved in the regulation of dehydration tolerance in seeds.In this study,we performed bioinformatics analysis to identify and characterize wheat PLATZ(TaPLATZ)genes.We identified 49 wheat PLATZ genes by searching the wheat genome by using known PLATZ gene sequences from rice,Arabidopsis,and maize.Phylogenetic analysis on PLATZ gene sequences from different species was performed.We found that PLATZs could be divided into three groups.The chromosome(chr)distribution analysis revealed that the 49 identified wheat PLATZ genes are distributed in 15 chrs.Gene structure and motif analyses indicated that most PLATZ genes possess conserved exon/intron arrangements and motif compositions.Our analysis of transcriptional data indicated that several wheat PLATZ genes may play an important role in abiotic stress resistance given that they are expressed under salt stress.The results of qRT-PCR further confirmed that TaPLATZ is involved in plant abiotic stress and is also related to the cell differentiation of plant tissues.Our results lay the foundation for further studies on the function of the wheat PLATZ gene family.Xiaohang He Minjie Liu Zhengwu Fang Dongfang Ma Yilin Zhou Junliang Yin 2021Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2021,90,3:1

19Large-scale roll-to-roll printed,flexible and stable organic bulk heterojunction photodetector显示文摘A flexible and stable photodetector shows great potential applications in intelligent wearable devices,health monitoring,and biological sensing.The high-output fabrication of flexible and stable photodetector via the large-scale printing process would accelerate its commercialization.Herein,a high performance,flexible organic bulk heterojunction(BHJ)photodetector with good stability is designed and fabricated via a large-scale roll-to-roll(R2R)micro-gravure printing technique on polyethylene terephthalate(PET)or paper substrate,in which the organic BHJ active layer is structured with[6,6]-phenyl C_(61)butyric acid methyl ester(PCBM)and a donor-acceptor copolymer,i.e.,employing 4,8-bis(2-ethylhexylthiophene)benzo[1,2-b;3,4-b′]dithiophene(BDTT)as the donor unit and 5,8-bis(5-thiophen-2-yl)-6,7-difluoro-2,3-bis(4-ethylhexyloxy-1-mata-luorophenyl)quinoxaline(ffQx)as the acceptor unit(PBDTT-ffQx).The PBDTT-ffQx/PCBM BHJ photodetector shows a broad photoresponse in ultraviolet and visible light,a high detectivity(D^(*))value up to 6.19×10^(11)Jones,and an excellent Iphoto/Idark as high as 5.6×10^(2).It exhibits excellent flexibility and stability.Its performance parameters could maintain over 80%of original values after bending 10,000 cycles or exposing in ambient condition(humidity~50%,temperature~30℃)for 50 days without any encapsulation.More importantly,the R2R micro-gravure printed PBDTT-ffQx/PCBM BHJ active layer is great homogeneous,and the responsivity(R)values of photodetector arrays show a very narrow distribution.The research results show that a high-performance PBDTT-ffQx/PCBM BHJ photodetector with well reliability and reproducibility can be fabricated via the R2R micro-gravure printing technique,which provides an available strategy for fabricating large-area and flexible electronic and optoelectronic devices.Sichao Tong Jun Yuan Chujun Zhang Chunhua Wang Baoxing Liu Jianqiang Shen Huayan Xia Yingping Zou Haipeng Xie Jia Sun Si Xiao Jun He Yongli Gao Junliang Yang 2018npj Flexible Electronics2018,2,1:0
20Proactive Personalized Services Through Fog-Cloud Computing in Large-Scale IoT-Based Healthcare Application显示文摘With the development of medical sensors and IoT, personalized service assisted elder and patient living is a critical service in IoT-based healthcare application. However, the scale and complexity of personalized service is increasing because of ubiquitous deployment of various kinds of medical sensors, which cause response time increase and resource waste. Therefore, leveraging the advantage of complex event processing(CEP) in data stream processing, we propose a hierarchical fog-cloud computing CEP architecture for personalized service to accelerate response time and reduce resource waste. Firstly, we introduce the proposed architecture, which includes sensor layer, fog layer and cloud layer. Secondly, we propose a series of optimizations for the architecture, there are a partitioning and clustering approach and a communication and parallel processing policy to optimize the fog and cloud computing. Finally, we implement a prototype system based on the architecture named Fog Cep Care.
