| 2 | A risk-prediction score for colorectal lesions on 12,628 participants at high risk of colorectal cancer显示文摘Background The uptake of colonoscopy is low in individuals at risk of colorectal cancer(CRC).We constructed a riskprediction score(RPS)in a large community-based sample at high risk of CRC to enable more accurate risk stratification and to motivate and increase the uptake rate of colonoscopy.Methods A total of 12,628 participants classified as high-risk according to positivity of immunochemical fecal occult blood tests or High-Risk Factor Questionnaire underwent colonoscopy.Logistic regression was used to derive a RPS and analysed the associations of the RPS with colorectal lesions,giving odds ratios(ORs)and 95%confidence intervals(CIs).Results Of the participants,men(OR=1.73,95%CI=1.58–1.90),older age(≥65 years;1.41,1.31–1.53),higher body mass index(≥28 kg/m^(2);1.22,1.07–1.39),ever smoking(1.47,1.31–1.65),and weekly alcohol use(1.28,1.09–1.52)were associated with a higher risk of colorectal lesions.We assigned 1 point to each of the above five risk factors and derived a RPS ranging from 0 to 5,with a higher score indicating a higher risk.Compared with a RPS of 0,a RPS of 1,2,3,and 4–5 showed a higher risk of colorectal lesions,with the OR(95%CI)being 1.50(1.37–1.63),2.34(2.12–2.59),3.58(3.13–4.10),and 3.91(3.00–5.10),respectively.The area under the receiver-operating characteristic curve of RPS in predicting colorectal lesions was 0.62.Conclusions Participants with an increase in the RPS of≥1 point had a significantly higher risk of colorectal lesions,suggesting the urgency for measuring colonoscopy in this very high-risk group.High-risk strategies incorporating RPS may be employed to achieve a higher colonoscopy-uptake rate. | Lixin Liang Yingru Liang Ke Li Pengzhe Qin Guozhen Lin Yan Li Huan Xu Suixiang Wang Qinlong Jing Boheng Liang Lin Xu | 2022 | Gastroenterology Report2022,10,1: | 2 |
| 3 | Orchestrating Network Functions in Software-Defined Networks显示文摘Software.defined networking(SDN) enables third.part companies to participate in the network function innovations. A number of instances for one network function will inevitably co.exist in the network. Although some orchestration architecture has been proposed to chain network functions, rare works are focused on how to optimize this process. In this paper, we propose an optimized model for network function orchestration, function combination model(FCM). Our main contributions are as following. First, network functions are featured with a new abstraction, and are open to external providers. And FCM identifies network functions using unique type, and organizes their instances distributed over the network with the appropriate way. Second, with the specialized demands, we can combine function instances under the global network views, and formulate it into the problem of Boolean linear program(BLP). A simulated annealing algorithm is designed to approach optimal solution for this BLP. | 7 | Interactive Effects Between Temperature and PM_(2.5) on Mortality:A Study of Varying Coefficient Distributed Lag Model-Guangzhou,Guangdong Province,China,2013-2020显示文摘Introduction:There is a large body of epidemiological evidence showing significantly increased mortality risks from air pollution and temperature.However,findings on the modification of the association between air pollution and mortality by temperature are mixed.Methods:We used a varying coefficient distributed lag model to assess the complex interplay between air temperature and PM_(2.5) on daily mortality in Guangzhou City from 2013 to 2020,with the aim of establishing the PM_(2.5)-mortality association at different temperatures and exploring synergetic mortality risks from PM_(2.5) and temperature on vulnerable populations.Results:We observed near-linear concentrationresponse associations between PM_(2.5) and mortality across different temperature levels.Each 10μg/m^(3)increase of PM_(2.5) in low,medium,and high temperature strata was associated with increments of 0.73%[95%confidence interval(CI):0.38%,1.09%],0.12%(95%CI:−0.27%,0.52%),and 0.46%(95%CI:0.11%,0.81%)in non-accidental mortality,with a statistically significant difference between low and medium temperatures(P=0.02).There were significant modification effects of PM_(2.5) by low temperature for cardiovascular mortality and among individuals 75 years or older.Conclusions:Low temperatures may exacerbate physiological responses to short-term PM_(2.5) exposure in Guangzhou,China. | Sujuan Chen Hang Dong Mengmeng Li Lin Huang Guozhen Lin Qiyong Liu Boguang Wang Jun Yang | 2022 | China CDC weekly2022,4,26: | 1 |

| 17 | Bibliometric evaluation of the status of Picea research and research hotspots:comparison of China to other countries显示文摘Picea Mill.species are important components of boreal and subalpine forests.They have a wide geographical range in the Northern Hemisphere,extending from the Eurasian continent to North America.In this study,publications on Picea species from 2002 to 2016 were identified via the Web of Science(WoS)and the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)databases,and subjected to relationship network visualization using CiteSpace software.This study represents the first such analysis of Picea and provides a reference for bibliometrics in forest tree species research.The results show that the total number of publications on Picea archived in WoS was20,958 and that the number of papers published annually has increased over time,peaking at 1725 in 2013.The studies were mainly conducted in North America,Europe and Asia;among them,Canada published the most papers and showed the strongest betweenness centrality(0.11).Among research institutions,the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences in Uppsala had the highest publication record.The research contributions of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,the Chinese Academy of Forestry,and Beijing Forestry University have improved rapidly in recent years,greatly enhancing the international impact of Chinese research in this field.The research contents were grouped into five categories:forest ecosystems,pest resistance,extraction and functional analyses of active ingredients from various plant organs,nursery and afforestation techniques,and timber quality research.In China,the number of papers from the CNKI database was4532,increasing at an even pace.The research topics on Picea included forest ecosystems,seedling and afforestation techniques,basic studies on individual species and populations,and pests and diseases.Within and outside China,hotspots in Picea research included the relationships between Picea and environmental factors,and the genomic sequences of Picea. | Guozhen Duan Yu'e Bai Dongmei Ye Tao Lin Peng Peng Min Liu Shulan Bai | 2020 | Journal of Forestry Research2020,31,4: | 0 |
