| 1 | 22层框架楼房定向爆破拆除倒塌过程分析显示文摘河源市龙川县远东花园4号楼为22层框架结构楼房,系违章建筑需爆破拆除。紧挨楼房5 m处有一栋3层别墅,别墅的围墙与待拆除楼房只有0.5 m,需防止楼房产生后座。根据周围环境条件,采用定向倾倒的方式爆破拆除,采用梯形爆破缺口,爆破高度13.5 m。为确定最佳延期时间,用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对排间延期时间300 ms、500 ms和800 ms三种方案进行了模拟,根据模拟结果,确定最佳延期时间为300 ms。起爆时,利用多台高级数码相机、无人机、高清摄像机等从不同方位和角度抓拍了楼房爆破运动及解体的全过程。通过数值模拟与爆破实际对比分析,发现二者在楼房倒塌姿态、观测点的运动轨迹、解体程度、爆堆形态和堆积范围都十分接近,数值模拟的结果的准确性和可靠性满足工程要求。 | 叶海旺 李庆 郑长青 戴霖 郑宗棋 DAHE Monyegni Ghislain | 2021 | 爆破2021,38,2: | 8 |
| 2 | Water limitation and rootstock genotype interact to alter grape berry metabolism through transcriptome reprogramming显示文摘Grapevine is a perennial crop often cultivated by grafting a scion cultivar on a suitable rootstock.Rootstocks influence scions,particularly with regard to water uptake and vigor.Therefore,one of the possibilities to adapt viticulture to the extended drought stress periods is to select rootstocks conferring increased tolerance to drought.However,the molecular mechanisms associated with the ability of rootstock/scion combination to influence grape berry metabolism under drought stress are still poorly understood.The transcriptomic changes induced by drought stress in grape berries(cv.Pinot noir)from vines grafted on either 110R(drought-tolerant)or 125AA(drought-sensitive)rootstock were compared.The experiments were conducted in the vineyard for two years and two grape berry developmental stages(50%and 100%veraison).The genome-wide microarray approach showed that water stress strongly impacts gene expression in the berries,through ontology categories that cover cell wall metabolism,primary and secondary metabolism,signaling,stress,and hormones,and that some of these effects strongly depend on the rootstock genotype.Indeed,under drought stress,berries from vines grafted on 110R displayed a different transcriptional response compared to 125AA-concerning genes related to jasmonate(JA),phenylpropanoid metabolism,and pathogenesis-related proteins.The data also suggest a link between JA and secondary metabolism in water-stressed berries.Overall,genes related to secondary metabolism and JA are more induced and/or less repressed by drought stress in the berries grafted on the drought-sensitive rootstock 125AA.These rootstock-dependent gene expression changes are relevant for berry composition and sensory properties. | Mariam Berdeja Philippe Nicolas Christian Kappel Zhan Wu Dai Ghislaine Hilbert Anthony Peccoux Magali Lafontaine Nathalie Ollat Eric Gomès Serge Delrot | 2015 | Horticulture Research2015,2,1: | 5 |

| 4 | Effect of Substrate Type on Deposition Behavior and Wear Performance of Ni-Coated Graphite/Al Composite Coatings Deposited by Cold Spraying显示文摘This work focused on the deposition characteristics and wear behavior of Ni-coated graphite mixed with40 vol.% Al(Ni-Gr/Al) composite coatings sprayed on an Al alloy and a steel substrate by cold spraying(CS). The morphology of the ?attened Ni-Gr particles was examined by single-impact tests. Crosssectional microstructure and wear performance of the Ni-Gr/Al composite coatings were studied. Results showed that a larger number of Ni-Gr particles were ?nally bonded with the steel substrate, whereas many craters existed on the Al alloy substrate after the single-impact tests. The coating on the steel substrate had a high thickness, high graphite content and low coe?cient of friction(COF) compared to those on the Al alloy substrate. In addition, the CS coatings presented a homogeneous distribution and uniform morphology of graphite, and a comparative COF to that of conventional thermal sprayed coatings. | 5 | Evaluation of Mixture Performance Recycled Asphalt Pavement Materials as Base Layer with or without Rejuvenator into the Asphalt显示文摘The binder properties were determined in accordance with Chinese standard such as ductility test, which allowed to measure the distance in centimeters that a standard briquette of asphalt had been stretched before breaking. Then, penetration test was carried out in order to know some properties of the asphalt, which are the hardness and the softness. Finally, softening point test was carried out in order to determine the temperature at which the bitumen attains a particular degree of softening under the specification of the test. According to Chinese standard for performance tests, firstly, Marshall test was carried out in order to measure the theoretical density, air voids, voids filled with asphalt, stability, flow, and voids in mineral aggregate of asphalt specimens. Secondly, Freeze-thaw splitting test was carried out in order to determine Splitting strength ratio. Finally, dynamic stability (rutting) test was carried out to determine average dynamic stability. Beside the tests carried out, the gradation of the extracted aggregate in accordance with American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials was carried out to determine the dimensions of the particles weight distribution. Furthermore, both the percentage of recycled asphalt pavement materials and binder in mixture were determined to know how much of the new material during the mixture was needed. However, two specimens were used to evaluate the performance of recycled asphalt pavement materials. One specimen of recycled asphalt pavement materials was ten years old, and another one of recycled asphalt pavement materials was five years old. The results show that the conditions of the environment such as moisture, temperature, and age, decrease the ductility and penetration properties of binder when increase the softening point property of binder. Then the gradation of recycled asphalt pavement aggregate is of the required values to reuse in the mixture, while the flow ratio, the splitting strength ratio, and the dynamic stability ratio, are less than the required value test. With regard to the properties of mixture of recycled asphalt pavement material binder with rejuvenator, the results show that when the penetration and ductility versus percentage of rejuvenator increase, softening point versus percentage of rejuvenator decreases. Also, when the bitumen and rejuvenator percentage increase, the air voids decrease. Consequently, voids filled with asphalt and voids in the mineral aggregate increase. Moreover, the theoretical density and stability values decrease in a mixture containing four-point fifty percent to six percent of bitumen and rejuvenator, whereas the flow values increase. More interestingly, with four percent to four-point fifty percent mixture ratio of bitumen and rejuvenator, density, stability, and flow values increase. The splitting strength ratio values of mixtures and the dynamic stability test (rutting test) values of mixtures with forty percent of specimen one and specimen two respectively are greater than the required value of the standard test. In addition, the high percentage of rejuvenator increases the rut of pavement, in the same manner, the low percentage of rejuvenator induces low rut. In conclusion, the binder content from recycled materials without rejuvenator seems not be sufficient to be reused on the new pavement while the aged recycled material seems to be performed better than no aged recycled material with rejuvenator into bitumen. Then, the rejuvenator can influence the bitumen properties and performance of the pavement. | 7 | Gelatin degradation assay reveals MMP-9 inhibitors and function of O-glycosylated domain显示文摘AIM: To establish a novel, sensitive and high-throughput gelatinolytic assay to define new inhibitors and compare domain deletion mutants of gelatinase B/matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-9. METHODS: Fluorogenic Dye-quenched (DQ)TM-gelatin was used as a substrate and biochemical parameters (substrate and enzyme concentrations, DMSO solvent concentrations) were optimized to establish a highthroughput assay system. Various small-sized libraries (ChemDiv, InterBioScreen and ChemBridge) of hetero-cyclic, drug-like substances were tested and compared with prototypic inhibitors. RESULTS: First, we designed a test system with gelatin as a natural substrate. Second, the assay was validated by selecting a novel pyrimidine-2,4,6-trione (barbitu- rate) inhibitor. Third, and in line with present structural data on collagenolysis, it was found that deletion of the O-glycosylated region significantly decreased gelatinolytic activity (kcat/kM ± 40% less than full-length MMP-9). CONCLUSION: The DQTM-gelatin assay is useful in high-throughput drug screening and exosite targeting. | 9 | In-situ formation of Ni-Al intermetallics-coated graphite/Al composite in a cold-sprayed coating and its high temperature tribological behaviors显示文摘In this study, cold spraying(CS) was used to deposit a mixture of nickel-coated graphite and 40 vol.% Al powder(Ni-Gr/Al) on a steel substrate aiming to effectively preserve a certain volume fraction of graphite in the deposited Ni-Gr/Al composite coating. The microstructure of the as-sprayed coating and the effect of post-spray heat-treatment(PSHT) temperatures on the in-situ formation of Ni-Al intermetallic phases in coating were studied. The tribological behaviors of the as-sprayed coating and the PSHTed coating under 450?C were tested at 25?C, while the as-sprayed coating was tested at 450?C for comparison.As a result, the Ni-Gr particles showed a homogenous distribution in the coating. The multilayer Ni-Al intermetallics-coated graphite/Al composite coating was achieved in situ after the PSHT of 450?C, where the graphite did decompose at 550?C leaving big pores in the coating. The coefficients of friction(COF)of the CSed coating and the PSHTed coating were measured at 450?C as well as 25?C, which showed a similar tendency, much higher than that of the CSed coating tested at 25?C.
