1Guidelines on multidisciplinary approaches for the prevention and management of diabetic foot disease(2020 edition)显示文摘In recent years,as living standards have continued to improve,the number of diabetes patients in China,along with the incidence of complications associated with the disease,has been increasing.Among these complications,diabetic foot disease is one of the main causes of disability and death in diabetic patients.Due to the differences in economy,culture,religion and level of medical care available across different regions,preventive and treatment methods and curative results for diabetic foot vary greatly.In multidisciplinary models built around diabetic foot,the timely assessment and diagnosis of wounds and appropriate methods of prevention and treatment with internal and external surgery are key to clinical practice for this pathology.In 2019,under the leadership of the Jiangsu Medical Association and Chinese Diabetes Society,the writing group for the Guidelines on multidisciplinary approaches for the prevention and management of diabetic foot disease(2020 edition)was established with the participation of scholars from the specialist areas of endocrinology,burn injury,vascular surgery,orthopedics,foot and ankle surgery and cardiology.Drawing lessons from diabetic foot guidelines from other countries,this guide analyses clinical practices for diabetic foot,queries the theoretical basis and grades and gives recommendations based on the characteristics of the pathology in China.This paper begins with assessments and diagnoses of diabetic foot,then describes treatments for diabetic foot in detail,and ends with protections for high-risk feet and the prevention of ulcers.This manuscript covers the disciplines of internal medicine,surgical,nursing and rehabilitation and describes a total of 50 recommendations that we hope will provide procedures and protocols for clinicians dealing with diabetic foot.Aiping Wang Guozhong Lv Xingbo Cheng Xianghua Ma Wei Wang Jianchao Gui JiHu Meng Lu Guoping Chu Jin’an Chen Hao Zhang Yiqiu Jiang Yuedong Chen Wengbo Yang Lin Jiang Houfa Geng Rendong Zheng Yihui Li Wei Feng Boey Johnson Wenjuan Wang Dalong Zhu Yin Hu 2020Burns & Trauma2020,8,1:34
2The global image of the Moon obtained by the Chang'E-1:Data processing and lunar cartography显示文摘The global lunar image of the first phase of Chinese Lunar Exploration Program is the first image that covered all over the surface of the Moon. It will serve as a critical foundation for succeeding exploration and scientific research. In this paper, the acquisition, characteristics, and data quality of Chang'E-1 CCD image data are described in detail. Also described are the methodology and procedure of data processing. According to rule of planetary cartography, the image data have been processed, geometrically corrected, and then mosaicked and merged in a scale of 1:2.5 million. The results of data processing and charting show that the image data of Chang'E-1 CCD and their geometric precision meet the demand of charting a map in the scale of 1:2.5 million. The relative geometric positioning precision of the global image is better than 240 m, and the absolute geometric positioning precision is slightly better than that of the ULCN2005 and Clementine lunar basemap (V2.0). The plane positioning precision is approximately 100-1500 m. 3Primary scientific results of Chang'E-1 lunar mission显示文摘The strategic plan for the development of the unmanned Chinese Lunar Exploration Program is characterized by three distinct stages: 'orbiting around', 'landing on' and 'returning from' the Moon. The first Chinese lunar probe, Chang'E-1, which was successfully launched on October 24th, 2007 at Xichang Satellite Launch Center, and guided to crash on the Moon on March 1st, 2009, at 52.36°E, 1.50°S, in the north of Mare Fecunditatis, is the first step towards the 'orbiting around' stage. The Chang'E-1 mission lasted 495 days, exceeding the expected life-span by about four months. A total of 1.37 TB raw data was received from Chang'E-1. It was then processed into 4 TB scientific data products at various levels. Many scientific results have been obtained by analyzing these data, including especially the 'global lunar image from the first Chinese lunar explora- tion mission'. All scientific goals of Chang'E-1 have been achieved. It provides much useful materials for further advances of lunar sciences and planetary chemistry. 4Origin of natural sulphur-bearing immiscible inclusions and H_2S in oolite gas reservoir, Eastern Sichuan显示文摘Based on results of microscopic observation and laser Raman analysis about fluid in- clusions, multiple special forms of immiscible inclusions that contain sulphur, liquid hydrocarbon, bi- tumen, etc. were discovered in samples collected from the H2S gas reservoir-containing carbonates in the Lower Triassic Feixianguan Formation in the Jinzhu-Luojia area, Kai County, Sichuan Province. Based on the lithology and burial history of the strata involved as well as measurement results of homogenization temperature of fluid inclusions, bitumen reflectivity, etc., it is concluded that the H2S in the gas reservoir resulted from the thermal reaction between hydrocarbons in reservoir and CaSO4 in the gypsum-bearing dolostone section at the high temperature (140℃―170℃) oil-cracked gas for- mation stage in Late Cretaceous. Thereafter, research on a great number of immiscible inclusions in the reservoir reveals that elemental sulphur resulted from oxidation of part of the earlier-formed H2S and further reaction between sulphates, hydrocarbons and H2S in geological fluids in H2S-bearing gas reservoir at a temperature of 86℃―89℃ and a pressure of 340×105Pa and during the regional uplift stage as characterized by temperature decrease and pressure decrease in Tertiary. 5Improving anode performances of lithium-ion capacitors employing carbon-Si composites显示文摘The lithium-ion capacitor is a promising energy storage system with a higher energy density than traditional supercapacitors.However,its cycling and rate performances,which depend on the electrochemical properties of the anode,are still required to be improved.In this work,soft carbon anodes reinforced using carbon-Si composites of various compositions were fabricated to investigate their beneficial influences on the performance of lithium-ion capacitors.The results showed that the specific capacities of the anodes increased significantly by 16.6 mAh g^(-1) with 1.0 wt% carbon-Si composite,while the initial discharge efficiency barely changed.The specific capacity of the anode with a 10.0 wt% carbon-Si composite reached 513.1 mAh g^(-1),and the initial discharge efficiency was 83.79%.Furthermore,the anodes with 7.5 wt% or lower amounts of carbon-Si composite demonstrated reduced charge transfer resistances,which caused an improvement in the rate performance of the lithium-ion capacitors.Moreover,the use of the optimized amount(7.5 wt%) of carbon-Si composite in the anode could significantly improve the cycling performance of the lithium-ion capacitor by compensating the consumption of active lithium.The capacity retention of the lithium-ion capacitor reached 95.14% at 20 C after 10,000 cycles,while the anode potential remained below 0.412 V,which is much lower than that of a soft carbon anode.Ya-Bin An Si Chen Min-Min Zou Lin-Bin Geng Xian-Zhong Sun Xiong Zhang Kai Wang Yan-Wei Ma 2019Rare Metals2019,38,12:10
6Reoperation for benign biliary tract diseases in 149 cases: causes and prevention显示文摘BACKGROUND: Failure to diagnose and treat benign bi- liary tract disease relatively common surgical disease may cause serious consequences. Since the introduction of B- mode ultrasonography, CT, or MRI early and accurate diagnosis of the disease has been possible. In clinical prac- tice, however, these methods have not been adequately used. Inappropriate surgical procedures can also lead to bile duct injury or stenosis after injury, residual cholecystitis, stenosis after cholangiojejunostomy, or stenosis of the Od- di’ s sphincter. But improvement of the diagnosis and treat- ment of benign biliary tract disease remains a great chal- lenge to clinicians. METHODS: A total of 149 patients with benign biliary tract disease who had received reoperation from June 1988 to June 2001 were analyzed retrospectively. Among them 95 patients (63.76%) received operation twice and 38 (25.5%) underwent 3 operations. Sixteen patients (10.74%) needed 4 or more operations. The procedures for the first opera- tion included cholecystectomy (71 patients, 47.65%), cho- lecystectomy with exploration of the common bile duct (42, 28.19%), cholangiojejunostomy (21, 14.1%), and la- paroscopic cholecystectomy (15, 10.06%). RESULTS: The causes for reoperation included residual and recurrent bile duct stones in 53 patients (35.57%), bile duct injury or stenosis after injury in 41 (27.52%), residual cho- lecystitis with or without stones in 28 (18.8%), stenosis af- ter cholangiojejunostomy in 17 (11.41%), stenosis of the Oddi’s sphincter in 5 (5.35%), and others in 5 (5.35%). Four patients (2.68%) died after operation. CONCLUSIONS: To prevent reoperation for benign biliary tract diseases, the following measures should be taken to in- crease preoperative diagnostic rate, to understand condi- tions of the biliary tract by using imaging techniques and cholangiography, to examine comprehensively and careful- ly with choledochoscopy, cholangiography and B-mode ul-trasonography intraoperatively, to choose appropriate ope- rative procedures to decrease the rate of residual stones, and to decide the time for the first repair according to inju- ry type of the bile duct. 11A draft sequence of the rice (Oryza sativa ssp. indica) genome显示文摘The sequence of the rice genome holds fundamental information for its biology, including physiology, genetics, development, and evolution, as well as information on many beneficial phenotypes of economic significance. Using a 'whole genome shotgun' approach, we have pro-duced a draft rice genome sequence of Oryza sativa ssp. in-dica, the major crop rice subspecies in China and many other regions of Asia. The draft genome sequence is constructed from over 4.3 million successful sequencing traces with an accumulative total length of 2214.9 Mb. The initial assembly of the non-redundant sequences reached 409.76 Mb in length, based on 3.30 million successful sequencing traces with a total length of 1797.4 Mb from an indica variant cultivar 93-11, giving an estimated coverage of 95.29% of the rice genome with an average base accuracy of higher than 99%. 12Consensus intuitionistic fuzzy group decision-making method for aircraft cockpit display and control system evaluation显示文摘A novel group decision-making (GDM) method based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) is developed to evaluate the ergonomics of aircraft cockpit display and control system (ACDCS). The GDM process with four steps is discussed. Firstly, approaches are proposed to transform four types of common judgement representations into a unified expression by the form of the IFS, and the features of unifications are analyzed. Then, the aggregation operator called the IFSs weighted averaging (IFSWA) operator is taken to synthesize decision-makers' (DMs') preferences by the form of the IFS. In this operator, the DM's reliability weights factors are determined based on the distance measure between their preferences. Finally, an improved score function is used to rank alternatives and to get the best one. 13Transportation characteristics of gas-solid two-phase flow in a long-distance pipeline显示文摘In this study,experiments on fly ash conveying were carried out with a home-made long-distance positive-pressure pneumatic conveying system equipped with a high performance electrical capacitance tomography system to observe the transient characteristics of gas-solid two-phase flow.The experimental results indicated that sol ids throughput increased with increasing solids-gas ratio when the conveying pipeline was not plugged.Moreover,the optimum operating state was determined for the 1000 m long conveying pipeline with a throttle plate of 26 orifices.At this state the solids throughput was about 12.97 t/h.Additionally,the transportation pattern of fly ash gradually changed from sparse-dense flow to partial and plug flows with increasing conveying distance because of the conveying pressure loss.These experimental results provide important reference data for the development of pneumatic conveying technology.Xiaoqiang Zhang Dongfeng Zhang An Wang Yide Geng 2015Particuology2015,13,4:5
14Effects of in-situ TiB_(2)particles on machinability and surface integrity in milling of TiB_(2)/2024 and TiB_(2)/7075 Al composites显示文摘In-situ ceramics particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites are favored in the aerospace industry due to excellent properties.However,the hard ceramic particles as the reinforcement phase bring challenges to machining.To study the effect of in-situ TiB_(2)particles on machinability and surface integrity of TiB_(2)/2024 composite and TiB_(2)/7075 composite,milling experiments were performed,and compared with conventional 2024 and 7075 aluminum alloys.In-situ TiB_(2)particles clustered at the grain boundaries and dispersed inside the matrix alloy grains hinder the dislocation movement of the matrix alloy.Therefore,the milling force and temperature of the composites are higher than those of the aluminum alloys due to the increase of the strength and the decrease of the plasticity.In the milling of composites,abrasive wear is the main wear form of carbide tools,due to the scratching of hard nano-TiB_(2)particles.The composites containing in-situ TiB_(2)particles have machining defects such as smearing,micro-scratches,micro-pits and tail on the machined surface.However,in-situ TiB_(2)particles impede the plastic deformation of the composites,which greatly reduces cutting edge marks on the machined surface.Therefore,under the same milling parameters,the surface roughness of TiB_(2)/2024 composite and TiB_(2)/7075 composite is much less than that of2024 and 7075 aluminum alloy respectively.Under the milling conditions of this experiment,the machined subsurface has no metamorphic layer,and the microhardness of the machined surface is almost the same as that of the material.Besides,compared with 2024 and 7075 aluminum alloy,machined surfaces of TiB_(2)/2024 composite and TiB_(2)/7075 composite both show tensile residual stress or low magnitude of compressive residual stress.Jie CHEN Weiwei YU Zhenyu ZUO Yugang LI Dong CHEN Qinglong AN Jiwei GENG Ming CHEN Haowei WANG 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,6:5
15Microstructure and tensile properties of Mo alloy synthetically strengthened by nano-Y_2O_3 and nano-CeO_2显示文摘Nano-Y2 O3 and nano-CeO2 of different weight ratio mixed with deionizing water were doped into MoO2 powder by liquid–solid doping method. The diameter 1.80 and 0.18 mm alloy wires of Mo–0.3Y, Mo–0.3Ce, and Mo–0.15Y–0.15Ce were prepared through reduction, isostatic pressing, sintering, and drawing. Tensile properties, second phase microstructure and fracture surface appearance of wires were analyzed. The better refining effect for Mo alloy powder can be gotten after two kinds of nanoparticle oxide doped into MoO2 than only one doped. Nano-Y2 O3 and nano-CeO2 have different influences on sintering process. For nano-CeO2, the constraining effect of grain growth focuses on the initial sintering stage, nanoY2 O3 plays refining grains roles in the later densification stage. Nano-Y2 O3 is undistorted and keeps intact in the process of drawing; and nano-CeO2 is elongated and broken into parts in the drawing direction. 19First experimental constraints on WIMP couplings in the effective field theory framework from CDEX显示文摘We present weakly interacting massive particles(WIMPs) search results performed using two approaches of effective field theory from the China Dark Matter Experiment(CDEX), based on the data from both CDEX-1B and CDEX-10 stages. In the nonrelativistic effective field theory approach, both time-integrated and annual modulation analyses were used to set new limits for the coupling of WIMP-nucleon effective operators at 90% confidence level(C.L.) and improve over the current bounds in the low mχregion. In the chiral effective field theory approach, data from CDEX-10 were used to set an upper limit on WIMP-pion coupling at 90% C.L. 20Liquid-solid adsorption from binary component mixture显示文摘Based on five thermodynamic equilibria among the components Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and adsorbent,astoichiometric displacement model of adsorption(SDM-A)from binary liquid mixture with completerange of concentration in liquid-solid system is proposed and tested by using data published in litera-tures.The two expressions of this model show the quantitative relationships between the activity of thecomponent Ⅰ on the surface and that in the bulk solution and between its partition coefficient in twophases and its equilibrium activity in bulk solution,respectively.In some cases,the two expressionsmay become two linear equations,from which the correspondingly linear slopes(i.e.the adsorptionparameters)are obtained with which the stoichiometric displacement relation and relative adsorptionability between components Ⅰ and Ⅱ can be elucidated.The effectiveness of these two expressions fordifferent adsorption systems and the similarity and difference between SDM-A and the Freundlich Em-pirical Equation are also investigated.A rule illustrating a parallel relationship between 2n/Z and theproperty of bulk solution is also found.And,having studied the quantitative relation of the adsorptionfrom either ideal or non-ideal liquid mixture and compaired their linear adsorption parameters,we findthat SDM-A is much better than the Langmuir’s.GENG,Xin-Peng Department of Textile Chemical Engineering,Northwest Textile Engineering Institute,Xi’an 710048GENG,Xin-Du Department of Chemistry,Northwest University,Xi’an 710069 1993Chinese Journal of Chemistry1993,11,5:3
