1润滑油抗氧剂协同作用研究显示文摘对润滑油的氧化机理做了简要阐述,并根据不同的抗氧作用机理,将抗氧剂分为三类:自由基清除剂(如酚类和胺类抗氧剂)、氢过氧化物分解剂(如氨基甲酸酯)和抗氧协合剂(如不含硫磷的钼酸酯)。利用加压差示扫描量热法(PDSC)对不同类型抗氧剂以及它们之间的协同作用进行了考察。研究表明,作为氢过氧化物分解剂,改进的无灰氨基甲酸酯具有比胺类、酚类抗氧剂更好的性能,这显示了氢过氧化物分解型抗氧剂巨大的应用潜力。研究还表明,具有相同抗氧机理的不同抗氧剂,如酚类和胺类抗氧剂,具有协同作用;不同作用机理的两抗氧剂之间,如自由基清除剂和氢过氧化物分解剂,具有更好的抗氧化协同效果,其中,无灰氨基甲酸酯与烷基化二苯胺抗氧剂具有最佳的抗氧协同效能,可成为高温无灰抗氧剂应用的一个很好选择;不同抗氧机理的三种抗氧剂复合,如烷基化二苯胺,氨基甲酸锌和有机钼酸酯组成的三元复合抗氧剂,具有更为优秀的抗氧化性能。通过不同机理抗氧剂之间的协同,不仅可以获得优秀的抗氧化性能,还可获得附加的极压、抗磨和减摩性能,而且有的减摩、抗磨性能还非常突出,如烷基化二苯胺、氨基甲酸锌和有机钼酸酯组成的三元复合添加剂体系。姚俊兵 Gaston Aguilar Steven G. 2Advantages and disadvantages of biodegradable platforms in drug eluting stents显示文摘Coronary angioplasty with drug-eluting stent(DES)implantation is currently the most common stent procedure worldwide.Since the introduction of DES,coronary restenosis as well as the incidence of target vessel and target lesion revascularization have been significantly reduced.However,the incidence of very late stent thrombosis beyond the first year after stent deployment has more commonly been linked to DES than to baremetal stent(BMS)implantation.Several factors have been associated with very late stent thrombosis after DES implantation,such as delayed healing,inflammation,stent mal-apposition and endothelial dysfunction. Some of these adverse events were associated with the presence of durable polymers,which were essential to allow the elution of the immunosuppressive drug in the first DES designs.The introduction of erodable polymers in DES technology has provided the potential to complete the degradation of the polymer simultaneously or immediately after the release of the immunosuppressive drug,after which a BMS remains in place.Several DES designs with biodegradable(BIO)polymers have been introduced in preclinical and clinical studies, including randomized trials.In this review,we analyze the clinical results from 6 observational and randomized studies with BIO polymers and discuss advantages and disadvantages of this new technology.Agustina Rodriguez-Granillo Bibiana Rubilar Gaston Rodriguez-Granillo Alfredo E Rodriguez 2011World Journal of Cardiology2011,3,3:7

4发动机油非磷抗氧、抗磨、减摩添加剂协同研究显示文摘降低发动机油的磷含量,提高燃料经济性,延长使用寿命,已是润滑油升级换代大势所趋。为了降低磷的含量,必须减少二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZnDDP)的使用,而二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌(ZnDDC)是ZnDDP最理想的替代物。为了提高油品的燃料经济性,需要加入有机钼摩擦改进剂,其中,不含硫磷的钼酸酯添加剂,因其良好的减摩保持性,其应用更为突出。为了满足更苛刻的油品高温性能要求,还必须加入烷基化二苯胺类抗氧剂(AD-PA)。因此有必要对非活性钼、ZnDDC和ADPA之间相互作用进行考察。研究表明,在非活性有机钼、ZnDDC、ADPA的三元添加剂体系中,存在着三种相互配合的协同作用:ZnDDC与非活性有机钼的抗磨协同,非活性有机钼与ADPA的抗氧化协同,以及ZnDDC与ADPA的抗氧化协同。利用非活性有机钼、ZnDDC、ADPA的三元非磷协同复合体系(OD 0401),可以大幅度提高油品的抗氧化性能、减摩性能和抗磨性能,这对发展低磷含量的GF-4和GF-5发动机润滑油具有十分积极的意义。利用该协同复合添加剂OD 0401,还可以有效地提高低档发动机油的抗氧化和抗磨性能。姚俊兵 Glenn A.Mazzamaro Gaston Aguilar Steve G.Donnelly 2008润滑油2008,23,2:5
5Anti-hepatitis C virus potency of a new autophagy inhibitor using human liver slices model显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the antiviral potency of a new antihepatitis C virus(HCV) antiviral agent targeting the cellular autophagy machinery. METHODS: Non-infected liver slices, obtained from human liver resection and cut in 350 μm-thick slices(2.7 × 106 cells per slice) were infected with cell culture-grown HCV Con1b/C3 supernatant(multiplicity of infection = 0.1) cultivated for up to ten days. HCV infected slices were treated at day 4 post-infection with GNS-396 for 6 d at different concentrations. HCV replication was evaluated by strand-specific real-time quantitative reverse transcription- polymerase chain reaction. The infectivity titers of supernatants were evaluated by foci formation upon inoculation into naive Huh-7.5.1 cells. The cytotoxic effect of the drugs was evaluated by lactate dehydrogenase leakage assays. RESULTS: The antiviral efficacy of a new antiviral drug, GNS-396, an autophagy inhibitor, on HCV infection of adult human liver slices was evidenced in a dosedependent manner. 6Model-based framework for multi-axial real-time hybrid simulation testing显示文摘Real-time hybrid simulation is an efficient and cost-effective dynamic testing technique for performance evaluation of structural systems subjected to earthquake loading with rate-dependent behavior. A loading assembly with multiple actuators is required to impose realistic boundary conditions on physical specimens. However, such a testing system is expected to exhibit significant dynamic coupling of the actuators and suffer from time lags that are associated with the dynamics of the servo-hydraulic system, as well as control-structure interaction(CSI). One approach to reducing experimental errors considers a multi-input, multi-output(MIMO) controller design, yielding accurate reference tracking and noise rejection. In this paper, a framework for multi-axial real-time hybrid simulation(ma RTHS) testing is presented. The methodology employs a real-time feedback-feedforward controller for multiple actuators commanded in Cartesian coordinates. Kinematic transformations between actuator space and Cartesian space are derived for all six-degrees-offreedom of the moving platform. Then, a frequency domain identification technique is used to develop an accurate MIMO transfer function of the system. Further, a Cartesian-domain model-based feedforward-feedback controller is implemented for time lag compensation and to increase the robustness of the reference tracking for given model uncertainty. The framework is implemented using the 1/5 th-scale Load and Boundary Condition Box(LBCB) located at the University of Illinois at UrbanaChampaign. To demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed methodology, a single-story frame subjected to earthquake loading is tested. One of the columns in the frame is represented physically in the laboratory as a cantilevered steel column. For realtime execution, the numerical substructure, kinematic transformations, and controllers are implemented on a digital signal processor. 10Copper-indium hydroxides derived electrocatalysts with tunable compositions for electrochemical CO_(2) reduction显示文摘Bimetallic Cu-In hybrid electrocatalysts are promising noble metal-free catalysts for selective electrochemical CO_(2) reduction reaction(ECO_(2) RR).Most reports show Cu-In catalysts are selective towards CO evolutio n.However,few show similarly high selectivity towards formate.Herein we fabricated composition tunable Cu-In hydroxides(Cu_xIn_y-OH) by the hydrothermal method and studied their composition effect on electrochemical CO_(2) reduction in detail.
