| 1 | Gearbox Fault Diagnosis using Adaptive Zero Phase Time-varying Filter Based on Multi-scale Chirplet Sparse Signal Decomposition显示文摘When used for separating multi-component non-stationary signals, the adaptive time-varying filter(ATF) based on multi-scale chirplet sparse signal decomposition(MCSSD) generates phase shift and signal distortion. To overcome this drawback, the zero phase filter is introduced to the mentioned filter, and a fault diagnosis method for speed-changing gearbox is proposed. Firstly, the gear meshing frequency of each gearbox is estimated by chirplet path pursuit. Then, according to the estimated gear meshing frequencies, an adaptive zero phase time-varying filter(AZPTF) is designed to filter the original signal. Finally, the basis for fault diagnosis is acquired by the envelope order analysis to the filtered signal. The signal consisting of two time-varying amplitude modulation and frequency modulation(AM-FM) signals is respectively analyzed by ATF and AZPTF based on MCSSD. The simulation results show the variances between the original signals and the filtered signals yielded by AZPTF based on MCSSD are 13.67 and 41.14, which are far less than variances (323.45 and 482.86) between the original signals and the filtered signals obtained by ATF based on MCSSD. The experiment results on the vibration signals of gearboxes indicate that the vibration signals of the two speed-changing gearboxes installed on one foundation bed can be separated by AZPTF effectively. Based on the demodulation information of the vibration signal of each gearbox, the fault diagnosis can be implemented. | 5 | Regulation of pathological BBB restoration via nanostructured ROS-responsive glycolipid-like copolymer entrapping siVEGF for glioblastoma targeted therapeutics显示文摘Glioblastoma(GBM)is one of the malignant brain tumors with high mortality and no curative treatments.Abnormally elevated vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in GBM seriously disrupts the blood brain barrier(BBB)with an increased permeability,resulting in poor outcome and prognosis.RNAi interference has shown strong potential to inhibit VEGF expression,thus it is necessary to development an effective and safe gene delivery system possessing the ability to cross the BBB and target GBM cells.This study aims to explore the anti-GBM effect of angiopep-2(Ap)peptide modified reactive oxygen species(ROS)cleavable thioketal(TK)linked glycolipid-like nanocarrier(CSTKSA)delivering anti-VEGF siRNA(R),termed as Ap-CSTKSA/R complexes.Ap functionalized modification produced an enhanced cellular uptake and a stronger bio-distribution of Ap-CSTKSA/R complexes in U87 MG cells and brain tumor tissues,respectively.Ap-CSTKSA/R complexes exhibited great superiority in GBM growth inhibition and finally translated into the longest survival period mainly via receptor-mediated targeting delivery,VEGF gene silencing accompanied with remarkable angiogenesis inhibition,and suppressed expression of caveolin-1 which is involved in BBB functional regulation in the occurrence and treatment of GBM.The study indicated that Ap functionalization on ROS-responsive glycolipid-like copolymer exhibits a promising and effective gene delivery platform for GBM targeted treatment. | Lijuan Wen Yu Peng Kai Wang Zhihua Huang Shiying He Ruiwen Xiong Longping Wu Fengtian Zhang Fuqiang Hu | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,2: | 2 |
| 6 | Response of Growing Season Gross Primary Production to El Nino in Different Phases of the Pacific Decadal Oscillation over Eastern China Based on Bayesian Model Averaging显示文摘Gross primary production(GPP) plays a crucial part in the carbon cycle of terrestrial ecosystems.A set of validated monthly GPP data from 1957 to 2010 in 0.5°× 0.5° grids of China was weighted from the Multi-scale Terrestrial Model Intercomparison Project using Bayesian model averaging(BMA).The spatial anomalies of detrended BMA GPP during the growing seasons of typical El Nino years indicated that GPP response to El Nino varies with Pacific Decadal Oscillation(PDO) phases: when the PDO was in the cool phase,it was likely that GPP was greater in northern China(32°–38°N,111°–122°E) and less in the Yangtze River valley(28°–32°N,111°–122°E);in contrast,when PDO was in the warm phase,the GPP anomalies were usually reversed in these two regions.The consistent spatiotemporal pattern and high partial correlation revealed that rainfall dominated this phenomenon.The previously published findings on how El Nino during different phases of PDO affecting rainfall in eastern China make the statistical relationship between GPP and El Nino in this study theoretically credible.This paper not only introduces an effective way to use BMA in grids that have mixed plant function types,but also makes it possible to evaluate the carbon cycle in eastern China based on the prediction of El Nino and PDO. | Yueyue LI Li DAN Jing PENG Junbang WANG Fuqiang YANG Dongdong GAO Xiujing YANG Qiang YU | 2021 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2021,38,9: | 2 |

| 11 | Non-host plants:Are they mycorrhizal networks players?显示文摘Common mycorrhizal networks(CMNs)that connect individual plants of the same or different species together play important roles in nutrient and signal transportation,and plant community organization.However,about 10%of land plants are non-mycorrhizal species with roots that do not form any wellrecognized types of mycorrhizas;and each mycorrhizal fungus can only colonize a limited number of plant species,resulting in numerous non-host plants that could not establish typical mycorrhizal symbiosis with a specific mycorrhizal fungus.If and how non-mycorrhizal or non-host plants are able to involve in CMNs remains unclear.Here we summarize studies focusing on mycorrhizal-mediated host and non-host plant interaction.Evidence has showed that some host-supported both arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)and ectomycorrhizal(EM)hyphae can access to non-host plant roots without forming typical mycorrhizal structures,while such non-typical mycorrhizal colonization often inhibits the growth but enhances the induced system resistance of non-host plants.Meanwhile,the host growth is also differentially affected,depending on plant and fungi species.Molecular analyses suggested that the AMF colonization to non-hosts is different from pathogenic and endophytic fungi colonization,and the hyphae in non-host roots may be alive and have some unknown functions.Thus we propose that non-host plants are also important CMNs players.Using non-mycorrhizal model species Arabidopsis,tripartite culture system and new technologies such as nanoscale secondary ion mass spectrometry and multiomics,to study nutrient and signal transportation between host and non-host plants via CMNs may provide new insights into the mechanisms underlying benefits of intercropping and agro-forestry systems,as well as plant community establishment and stability. | Yanliang Wang Xinhua He Fuqiang Yu | 2022 | Plant Diversity2022,44,2: | 1 |
