2Gearbox Fault Diagnosis using Adaptive Zero Phase Time-varying Filter Based on Multi-scale Chirplet Sparse Signal Decomposition显示文摘When used for separating multi-component non-stationary signals, the adaptive time-varying filter(ATF) based on multi-scale chirplet sparse signal decomposition(MCSSD) generates phase shift and signal distortion. To overcome this drawback, the zero phase filter is introduced to the mentioned filter, and a fault diagnosis method for speed-changing gearbox is proposed. Firstly, the gear meshing frequency of each gearbox is estimated by chirplet path pursuit. Then, according to the estimated gear meshing frequencies, an adaptive zero phase time-varying filter(AZPTF) is designed to filter the original signal. Finally, the basis for fault diagnosis is acquired by the envelope order analysis to the filtered signal. The signal consisting of two time-varying amplitude modulation and frequency modulation(AM-FM) signals is respectively analyzed by ATF and AZPTF based on MCSSD. The simulation results show the variances between the original signals and the filtered signals yielded by AZPTF based on MCSSD are 13.67 and 41.14, which are far less than variances (323.45 and 482.86) between the original signals and the filtered signals obtained by ATF based on MCSSD. The experiment results on the vibration signals of gearboxes indicate that the vibration signals of the two speed-changing gearboxes installed on one foundation bed can be separated by AZPTF effectively. Based on the demodulation information of the vibration signal of each gearbox, the fault diagnosis can be implemented. 3Effect of moxa-burning heat stimulating Liangmen(ST 21) and Zusanli(ST 36) on proliferation and apoptosis signaling proteins in rats with stress-induced gastric ulcer显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of moxa-burning heat stimulating acupoints of Liangmen(ST 21)and Zusanli(ST 36) on the proliferation and apoptosis signaling proteins in rats with stress-induced gastric ulcer.METHODS: Forty rats were randomly divided into four groups: negative control(NC), ulcer control(UC), acupoints of stomach meridian(ASM), and acupoints control(AC). The acute gastric ulcer model was established by bound and water immersion.Rats in NC and UC groups didn't receive any moxa-burning heat stimulating treatment, while rats in ASM and AC groups were treated with buringmoxa heat stimulating the acupoints of Liangmen(ST 21) and Zusanli(ST 36) and their controlled points, respectively. Rats in all groups were sacrificed after 12 consecutive days treatment. The ulcer index was evaluated by using Guth's method.The expression of tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α), apoptotic protease activating facter-1(Apaf-1), Caspase-3, p21 activated kinase 1(PAK1),extracellular regulated protein kinases 2(ERK2),phosphorylated ERK2(p ERK2), phosphoinositide3-kinase(PI3K) and RAC-alpha serine/threonine-protein kinase(Akt) in gastric mucosa was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).RESULTS: Compared with UC group, the ulcer index of ASM and AC groups decreased, and the injured gastric mucosa was improved, the expression of TNF-α, Apaf-1 and Caspase-3 in gastric mucosa was significantly reduced(P < 0.05), while the ex-pression of PAK1, ERK2, p ERK2, PI3 K and Akt in gastric mucosa was significantly increased(P < 0.05).And ASM showed better effect than AC group(P <0.05).CONCLUSION: Moxa-burning Heat stimulating of Liangmen(ST 21) and Zusanli(ST 36) could promote the recovery of gastric mucosal lesion probably by inhibiting cell apoptosis and promoting cell proliferation in stress-induced gastric ulcer.Peng Li Wang Yadong Chang Xiaorong Wu Huangan Liu Mi Ma Fuqiang Wang Hong Chen Jiaolong Wang Chao Quan Renfu Yang Zongbao 2016Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2016,36,3:9
4Scalable volumetric imaging for ultrahigh-speed brain mapping at synaptic resolution显示文摘The speed of high-resolution optical imaging has been a rate-limiting factor for meso-scale mapping of brain structures and functional circuits,which is of fundamental importance for neuroscience research.Here,we describe a new microscopy method of Volumetric Imaging with Synchronized on-the-fly-scan and Readout(VISo R)for high-throughput,high-quality brain mapping.Combining synchronized scanning beam illumination and oblique imaging over cleared tissue sections in smooth motion,the VISo R system effectively eliminates motion blur to obtain undistorted images.By continuously imaging moving samples without stopping,the system achieves high-speed 3D image acquisition of an entire mouse brain within1.5 hours,at a resolution capable of visualizing synaptic spines.A pipeline is developed for sample preparation,imaging,3D image reconstruction and quantification.Our approach is compatible with immunofluorescence methods,enabling flexible cell-type specific brain mapping and is readily scalable for large biological samples such as primate brains.Using this system,we examined behaviorally relevant whole-brain neuronal activation in 16 c-Fos-sh EGFP mice under resting or forced swimming conditions.Our results indicate the involvement of multiple subcortical areas in stress response.Intriguingly,neuronal activation in these areas exhibits striking individual variability among different animals,suggesting the necessity of sufficient cohort size for such studies.Hao Wang Qingyuan Zhu Lufeng Ding Yan Shen Chao-Yu Yang Fang Xu Chang Shu Yujie Guo Zhiwei Xiong Qinghong Shan Fan Jia Peng Su Qian-Ru Yang Bing Li Yuxiao Cheng Xiaobin He Xi Chen Feng Wu Jiang-Ning Zhou Fuqiang Xu Hua Han Pak-Ming Lau Guo-Qiang Bi 2019National Science Review2019,6,5:7

6Doped, conductive SiO_(2) nanoparticles for large microwave absorption显示文摘Although many materials have been studied for the purpose of microwave absorption,SiO_(2) has never been reported as a good candidate.In this study,we present for the first time that doped,microwave conductive SiO_(2) nanoparticles can possess an excellent microwave absorbing performance.A large microwave reflection loss(RL)of−55.09 dB can be obtained.The large microwave absorption originates mainly from electrical relaxation rather than the magnetic relaxation of the incoming microwave field.The electrical relaxation is attributed to a large electrical conductivity that is enabled by the incorporation of heterogeneous(N,C and Cl)atoms.The removal of the magnetic susceptibility only results in a negligible influence of the microwave absorption.In contrast,the removal of the heterogeneous atoms leads to a large decrease in the electrical conductivity and microwave absorption performance.Meanwhile,the microwave absorption characteristics can be largely adjusted with a change of the thickness,which provides large flexibility for various microwave absorption applications.Michael Green Zhanqiang Liu Peng Xiang Yan Liu Minjie Zhou Xinyu Tan Fuqiang Huang Lei Liu Xiaobo Chen 2018Light(Science & Applications)2018,7,1:4
7Nitrogen-doped hierarchical few-layered porous carbon for efficient electrochemical energy storage显示文摘Large surface area,high conductivity,and rich active site of carbon electrode materials are necessary characteristics for energy storage devices.However,high conductivity and high nitrogen doping of carbon electrode materials are difficult to coordinate.Here,a facile method via the carbonization of nitrogen-containing Schiff base polymer has been developed to prepare high conductivity and high nitrogen-doped hierarchical porous carbon.The organic components with a benzene ring structure in the polymer promote the formation of more sp^(2)-graphitized carbon,which is beneficial for the improvement of electrical conductivity.Nitrogen-doped hierarchical porous carbon calcined at 900℃ under the NH3 atmosphere possesses high nitrogen content of 7.48 at%,a large specific surface area of 1613.2m2/g,and high electrical conductivity of 2.7 S/cm.As electrode materials in an aqueous-based supercapacitor,nitrogen-doped hierarchical porous carbon exhibits superior specific capacitance of 385 F/g at 1 A/g as well as excellent rate performance(242 and 215 F/g at a current density of 100 and 200 A/g,respectively).In addition,the specific capacitance of electrode measured in a two-electrode system is 335 F/g at 1 A/g,and the long-term cycling stability can be achieved with more than 94%initial capacitance after 10000 cycles.The constructed symmetric supercapacitor delivers high energy density and high power density.The outstanding electrochemical performances combined with the novel and scalable synthetic approach make the nitrogen‐doped hierarchical porous carbon potential electrode material for electrochemical devices.Peng Wang Xiaohuan Qi Wei Zhao Meng Qian Hui Bi Fuqiang Huang 2021Carbon Energy2021,3,2:3
8Microwave absorption of aluminum/hydrogen treated titanium dioxide nanoparticles显示文摘Interactions between incident electromagnetic energy and matter are of critical importance for numerous civil and military applications such as photocatalysis,solar cells,optics,radar detection,communications,information processing and transport et al.Traditional mechanisms for such interactions in the microwave frequency mainly rely on dipole rotations and magnetic domain resonance.In this study,we present the first report of the microwave absorption of Al/H2 treated TiO_(2) nanoparticles,where the A_(l)/H_(2) treatment not only induces structural and optical property changes,but also largely improves the microwave absorption performance of TiO_(2) nanoparticles.Moreover,the frequency of the microwave absorption can be finely controlled with the treatment temperature,and the absorption efficiency can reach optimal values with a careful temperature tuning.A large reflection loss of58.02 dB has been demonstrated with 3.1mm TiO_(2) coating when the treating temperature is 700℃.The high efficiency of microwave absorption is most likely linked to the disordering-induced property changes in the materials.Along with the increased microwave absorption properties are largely increased visiblelight and IR absorptions,and enhanced electrical conductivity and reduced skin-depth,which is likely related to the interfacial defects within the TiO_(2) nanoparticles caused by the Al/H2 treatment.Michael Green Peng Xiang Zhanqiang Liu James Murowchick Xinyu Tan Fuqiang Huang Xiaobo Chen 2019Journal of Materiomics2019,5,1:3

10Response of Growing Season Gross Primary Production to El Nino in Different Phases of the Pacific Decadal Oscillation over Eastern China Based on Bayesian Model Averaging显示文摘Gross primary production(GPP) plays a crucial part in the carbon cycle of terrestrial ecosystems.A set of validated monthly GPP data from 1957 to 2010 in 0.5°× 0.5° grids of China was weighted from the Multi-scale Terrestrial Model Intercomparison Project using Bayesian model averaging(BMA).The spatial anomalies of detrended BMA GPP during the growing seasons of typical El Nino years indicated that GPP response to El Nino varies with Pacific Decadal Oscillation(PDO) phases: when the PDO was in the cool phase,it was likely that GPP was greater in northern China(32°–38°N,111°–122°E) and less in the Yangtze River valley(28°–32°N,111°–122°E);in contrast,when PDO was in the warm phase,the GPP anomalies were usually reversed in these two regions.The consistent spatiotemporal pattern and high partial correlation revealed that rainfall dominated this phenomenon.The previously published findings on how El Nino during different phases of PDO affecting rainfall in eastern China make the statistical relationship between GPP and El Nino in this study theoretically credible.This paper not only introduces an effective way to use BMA in grids that have mixed plant function types,but also makes it possible to evaluate the carbon cycle in eastern China based on the prediction of El Nino and PDO.Yueyue LI Li DAN Jing PENG Junbang WANG Fuqiang YANG Dongdong GAO Xiujing YANG Qiang YU 2021Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2021,38,9:2

15Subdaily to Seasonal Change of Surface Energy and Water Flux of the Haihe River Basin in China: Noah and Noah-MP Assessment显示文摘The land surface processes of the Noah-MP and Noah models are evaluated over four typical landscapes in the Haihe River Basin(HRB) using in-situ observations. The simulated soil temperature and moisture in the two land surface models(LSMs) is consistent with the observation, especially in the rainy season. The models reproduce the mean values and seasonality of the energy fluxes of the croplands, despite the obvious underestimated total evaporation. Noah shows the lower deep soil temperature. The net radiation is well simulated for the diurnal time scale. The daytime latent heat fluxes are always underestimated, while the sensible heat fluxes are overestimated to some degree. Compared with Noah, Noah-MP has improved daily average soil heat flux with diurnal variations. Generally, Noah-MP performs fairly well for different landscapes of the HRB. The simulated cold bias in soil temperature is possibly linked with the parameterized partition of the energy into surface fluxes. 20Spatiotemporal variations of carbon flux and nitrogen deposition flux linked with climate change at the centennial scale in China显示文摘The spatial and temporal variations of the vegetation carbon flux in China from 1901 to 2005 were studied using the vegetation net primary production(NPP)values from seven Earth-system models.In addition,the temporal and spatial changes in the nitrogen deposition flux in China were studied using the NHx and NOy fluxes from 1901 to 2005.The relationship between changes in the carbon flux,nitrogen flux and climate was analyzed.The results show that(1)over the past 100 years,NPP in China has shown an upward trend.The average trend coefficient is 0.88 and the NPP distribution trend is generally low in the north and high in the south,with a gradual increase from the northwest to the southeast.Temperature,precipitation and radiation are all conducive to plant growth in the direction of the gradient.The correlation coefficients between the ensemble model mean NPP and temperature,precipitation,longwave radiation and shortwave radiation are 0.88,0.73,0.91 and 0.67,respectively.(2)In the past 100 years,the NHx and NOy fluxes in China have shown an upward trend,with trend coefficients of 0.98 and 0.98,respectively,which pass the 99.9%confidence level of the t-test.NHx and NOy fluxes are also generally low in the north and high in the south,with a gradual increase from the northwest to the southeast in a step-like pattern.(3)The spatial distribution of the correlation coefficients between the NHx and NOy fluxes and air temperature is similar,with only slight differences in values.The spatial distribution of the correlation coefficients between the NHx and NOy fluxes and precipitation is similar in overall pattern,but the pattern is relatively complicated,with a positive-negative-positive-negative-positive pattern occurring across the monsoon region from north to south,and a negative-positive-negative-positive pattern occurring beyond the monsoon region from east to west.(4)The spatial distribution of the correlation coefficients between the NHx and NOy fluxes and NPP shows a generally consistent pattern,but the pattern is relatively uneven.The average distribution of the ensemble model mean is positive correlation in northeast China and southwest China,and alternating positive and negative correlation in other regions.Dongdong GAO Li DAN Guangzhou FAN Hanqin TIAN Jing PENG Xiujing YANG Fuqiang YANG Yueyue LI 2020Science China Earth Sciences2020,63,5:1
