| 1 | Isolation and Identification of Photobacterium damselae subsp.damselae(PDD) from Tongue Sole显示文摘In May 2016,an epizootic occured among cultured tongue soles caused mass deaths in a fish farm in Qinhuangdao,China.In order to find out the etiological agent,a bacterial strain was isolated from ascites and other tissues of sick tongue sole aseptically collected.The isolate was identified as Photobacterium damselae subsp.damsela(PDD) by isolation culture,Gram staining,physiological identification,morohological observation,biochemical identification and 16S rDNA sequence analysis.The results showed that the isolate shared 99.6% homology with the reference strain in GenBank.The animal regression test displayed that the isolate had very strong pathogenicity to tongue sole.The LD_(50) was 3.1 × 10~4 CFU/mL,and it showed pathogenicity to mammals.The antimicrobial susceptibility test showed the isolate was highly sensitive to nrofloxacin,Norfloxacin,Ciprofloxacin,Mequindox;moderately sensitive to Cefradine,Doxycycline;and insensitive to Gentamicin,Ceftriaxone,Tilmicosin,etc.. | Yang Nan Zhang Zhiqiang Wu Tonglei Zhu Jianxin Fu Yanfang Han Hongsheng Wang Hongbin Shi Qiumei Gao Guisheng | 2018 | Animal Husbandry and Feed Science2018,10,2: | 2 |

| 5 | Influences of Echinacea Polysaccharide on Secretion of IL-8mRNA by LPS-injured IEC-6 Cells显示文摘[Objective] The paper aimed to study the effects of Echinacea polysaccharide on secretion of IL-8m RNA by LPS-injured IEC-6 cells,in order to figure out the mechanism of EPS on injured cells. [Method]Total RNA was extracted with TRIzon reagent. IL-8 m RNA was amplified by RT-PCR and detected by agarose gel electrophoresis. Furthermore,electrophoresis and image was analyzed. [Result] The 50 μg/m L EPS could partially inhibit IL-8 m RNA level produced by LPS-stimulated IEC-6; with the increasing concentration of EPS(200 and 500 μg/m L),the inhibitory effect against IL-8 m RNA gradually enhanced. IEC-6 was pretreated by 50,100,200 and 500 μg/m L EPS for 24 h,then stimulated by 10 μg/m L LPS for 1 and 4 h,respectively. RT-PCR analysis showed that the expression of IL-8 m RNA induced by LPS was effectively inhibited by EPS; the inhibitory effect of EPS on expression of IL-8m RNA after stimulated by LPS for 4 h was more intense and the expression concentration was lower; the inhibitory rate at 4 h was higher than that at 1 h. | 7 | Deployment Strategy for Multiple Controllers Based on the Aviation On-Board Software-Defined Data Link Network显示文摘In light of the escalating demand and intricacy of services in contemporary terrestrial,maritime,and aerial combat operations,there is a compelling need for enhanced service quality and efficiency in airborne cluster communication networks.Software-Defined Networking(SDN)proffers a viable solution for the multifaceted task of cooperative communication transmission and management across different operational domains within complex combat contexts,due to its intrinsic ability to flexibly allocate and centrally administer network resources.This study pivots around the optimization of SDN controller deployment within airborne data link clusters.A collaborative multi-controller architecture predicated on airborne data link clusters is thus proposed.Within this architectural framework,the controller deployment issue is reframed as a two-fold problem:subdomain partition-ing and central interaction node selection.We advocate a subdomain segmentation approach grounded in node value ranking(NDVR)and a central interaction node selection methodology predicated on an enhanced Artificial Fish Swarm Algorithm(AFSA).The advanced NDVR-AFSA(Node value ranking-Improved artificial fish swarm algorithm)algorithm makes use of a chaos algorithm for population initialization,boosting population diversity and circumventing premature algorithm convergence.By the integration of adaptive strategies and incorporation of the genetic algorithm’s crossover and mutation operations,the algorithm’s search range adaptability is enhanced,thereby increasing the possibility of obtaining globally optimal solutions,while concurrently augmenting cluster reliability.The simulation results verify the advantages of the NDVR-IAFSA algorithm,achieve a better load balancing effect,improve the reliability of aviation data link cluster,and significantly reduce the average propagation delay and disconnection rate,respectively,by 12.8%and 11.7%.This shows that the optimization scheme has important significance in practical application,and can meet the high requirements of modern sea,land,and air operations to aviation airborne communication networks. | Yuting Zhu Yanfang Fu Yang Ce Pan Deng Jianpeng Zhu Huankun Su | 2023 | Computers, Materials & Continua2023,77,12: | 0 |
| 8 | Two New Identification Methods for Encephalitozoon cuniculi on Tissue Section显示文摘[Objective] The paper aimed to search new identification methods of Encephalitozoon cuniculi on tissue sections. [Method] Using improved Gram staining method and methyl green pyronin staining method,the pathological sections of sick rabbits were stained and identified. [Result]The pathological changes in brain tissue could be clearly observed on sections,but parasites were not examined in pathological brain tissues stained by common staining method. When the pathological section was stained by improved Gram staining method,the pathological changes in brain tissue were not only stained very clearly,but blue parasites were also found in brain tissues. The parasites in epithelioid cells were stained into purple ones by methyl green pyronin staining method. | 9 | Case of catatonia misdiagnosed with coma显示文摘Catatonia is a state of high-degree psychomotor inhibition in which patients often maintain a constant fixed posture,and generally have unconscious obstacles and various reflex preservation.Patients suffering from severe catatonia will become stiff.Catatonia generally manifests unconsciousness while various reflexes are preserved.Patients show reticence,no food or drink intake,and immobility as signs of complete suppression of speech and movement,and even incontinence.Patients are often first diagnosed in non-psychiatric departments and are more likely to be misdiagnosed as having‘coma’or‘epilepsy,,thus delaying treatment.This article reports a case of a 19-year-old female patient who was misdiagnosed with'catatonia'.A month ago,she was admitted to a general hospital of our city because of'intermittent attacks of nausea,vomiting,stupor for 15 years,with one week of exacerbation'.During her hospitalisation,she suddenly appeared was mute,had no food or drink intake,and showed immobility and incontinence,presenting a'coma state'.She was transferred to a general hospital in Wuhan to further investigate the cause of her'coma'.After 7 days in the hospital,no abnormal examination results were found and the symptoms were not alleviated.Later,she was transferred to the mental health centre for hospitalisation in this city.The patient was diagnosed as having(1)‘epileptic psychosis’and(2)‘catatonic stupor*.After 3 days of treatment,the patient's recovered consciousness.She was clinically cured and discharged half a month later.We hereby report this case. | Rui Fu Yanfang Chen Shaohua Cao | 2020 | General Psychiatry2020,33,1: | 0 |
| 10 | Effect of Electric Field Intensity on the Morphology of Magnetic-field-assisted Electrospinning PVP Nanofibers显示文摘Polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) nanofibers were processed by magnetic-field-assisted electrospinning(MFAES) technique. Since electric field intensity was one of the most important parameters influencing fiber morphology, the research aimed to study how electric field intensity affects fiber morphology in MFAES technique. The experimental results revealed that the distribution of diameter widened while the average diameter of PVP fibers decreased and the degree of the alignment reduced with the increase of electric field intensity. However, the fibers would be conglutinated together when the electric field intensity was too low. Also, the increase of working distance made the average diameter and the degree of the alignment increase slightly under the same electric field intensity, but the fibers could be partially curved instead of being fully straight if the working distance was too long. | 13 | Isolation, Identification and Drug Susceptibility Test of a Strain of Escherichia coli Causing Fox Pneumonia显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to determine the pathogen causing fox pneumonia in a breeding factory in Changli County.[Method]Through autopsy, a dominant strain was isolated from the lung of dead foxes, which was then performed Gram staining, 16 S rRNA sequence analysis and biochemical identification.[Result] The strain was negative in Gram staining, and was identified as E. coli through 16 S rRNA sequence analysis and biochemical identification. Drug susceptibility test was conducted using 15 kinds of drug susceptibility papers. | 14 | Correlation Analysis of Drug Resistance and Resistant Genotypes of Pathogenic Klebsiella peneumoniae from Racoon Dog to Fluoroquinolones显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to analyze the correlation between drug resistance and resistant genotypes of pathogenic Klebsiella peneumoniae from racoon dog to fluoroquinolones.[Method] The drug resistance and resistant genes of 24 strains of pathogenic K. peneumoniae from racoon dog to fluoroquinolones were detected by K-B drug susceptibility paper and PCR.[Result] Multiple drug-resistant strains were dominant among 24 strains of pathogenic K. peneumoniae, and the drug resistance to levofloxacin, enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin and norfloxacin was 70.8%-79.2%;the strains resistant to 4, 3 and 2 antibiotics were 58.3%, 29.2% and 8.3%, respectively. The detection rates of drug-resistant genes TEM, gyrB, parC,parE, gyrA and SHV were 75%-100%, and the number of strains carrying 9, 8, 7, 6, 4 and 3 drug-resistant genes was 4.2%-41.7%. | 15 | Isolation and Identification of Four Strains of Salmonella and Drug Susceptibility Test显示文摘In order to isolate and identify the pathogenic bacteria causing dead chickens in a chicken farm in Qinhuangdao area, the liver, heart and other organs of dead chickens suspected of salmonella disease were collected aseptically, and streaked on SS agar medium and chromagar medium. Transparent colonies were observed on SS agar medium, and purple and transparent colonies on CAS medium. The isolate was conducted purification, staining microscopy, biochemical tests, and 16 S rRNA sequence analysis, and the results showed that four strains of the isolated bacte-ria were salmonella. The 16 S rRNA sequence analysis of four strains of salmonella showed that the isolates shared more than 99% homology. | 16 | Trapping Effects of Different Treatments on Bactrocera dorsalis and Bactrocera cucurbitae显示文摘Five different trapping treatments,spraying attractant on bottle surface and spraying attractant inside the bottles with 0,50,100 and 200 mL water,were set to trap Bactrocera dorsalis and B. cucurbitae in guava ( Psidium guajava) park. The results showed that when the usage of attractant was 1 g,both Haonian and Wende had trapping effect on B. dorsalis and B. cucurbitae. The trapping effect of Haonian on B. dorsalis was better than that of Wende,while their trapping effects on B. cucurbitae was just the opposite. The trapping effects of different treatments had great difference. The trapping effect of Haonian on two species of fruit flies enhanced with the increasing volume of water,and reached the maximum value as the water volume was 200 mL. With the increasing volume of water,the trapping effect of Wende on two species of fruit flies first increased,and then decreased,which reached the maximum value as the water volume was 50 mL.
