| 1 | Adapting liposomes for oral drug delivery显示文摘Liposomes mimic natural cell membranes and have long been investigated as drug carriers due to excellent entrapment capacity, biocompatibility and safety. Despite the success of parenteral liposomes,oral delivery of liposomes is impeded by various barriers such as instability in the gastrointestinal tract,difficulties in crossing biomembranes, and mass production problems. By modulating the compositions of the lipid bilayers and adding polymers or ligands, both the stability and permeability of liposomes can be greatly improved for oral drug delivery. | 2 | MECHANICS ANALYSIS ON PRECISE FORMING PROCESS OF EXTERNAL SPLINE COLD ROLLING显示文摘According to the suitable assumption, the deformation process of external spline cold rolling is analyzed. By the graphing method, the slip-line field of plastically deforming area in process of external spline cold rolling is set up. Different friction-conditions are used in different contact areas in order to realistically reflect the actual situation. The unit average pressure on contact surface of the rolling process is solved according to the stress filed theory of slip-line. And the formulae of the rolling-force and rolling-moment are established. The theoretical result is well consistent with the finite element analysis. | 3 | Rolling Force and Rolling Moment in Spline Cold Rolling Using Slip-line Field Method显示文摘Rolling force and rolling moment are prime process parameter of external spline cold rolling.However,the precise theoretical formulae of rolling force and rolling moment are still very fewer,and the determination of them depends on experience.In the present study,the mathematical models of rolling force and rolling moment are established based on stress field theory of slip-line.And the isotropic hardening is used to improve the yield criterion.Based on MATLAB program language environment,calculation program is developed according to mathematical models established.The rolling force and rolling moment could be predicted quickly via the calculation program,and then the reliability of the models is validated by FEM.Within the range of module of spline m=0.5-1.5 mm,pressure angle of reference circle α=30.0°-45.0°,and number of spline teeth Z=19-54,the rolling force and rolling moment in rolling process(finishing rolling is excluded) are researched by means of virtualizing orthogonal experiment design.The results of the present study indicate that:the influences of module and number of spline teeth on the maximum rolling force and rolling moment in the process are remarkable;in the case of pressure angle of reference circle is little,module of spline is great,and number of spline teeth is little,the peak value of rolling force in rolling process may appear in the midst of the process;the peak value of rolling moment in rolling process appears in the midst of the process,and then oscillator weaken to a stable value.The results of the present study may provide guidelines for the determination of power of the motor and the design of hydraulic system of special machine,and provide basis for the farther researches on the precise forming process of external spline cold rolling. | ZHANG Dawei LI Yongtang FU Jianhua ZHENG Quangang | 2009 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2009,22,5: | 9 |
| 4 | Enhanced transdermal delivery of meloxicam by nanocrystals: Preparation, in vitro and in vivo evaluation显示文摘Meloxicam(MLX) is efficient in relieving pain and inflammatory symptoms, which, however, is limited by the poor solubility and gastrointestinal side effects. The objective of this study is to develop a nanocrystal formulation to enhance transdermal delivery of MLX. MLX nanocrystals were successfully prepared by the nanoprecipitation technique based on acidbase neutralization. With poloxamer 407 and Tween 80(80/20, w/w) as mixed stabilizers,MLX nanocrystals with particle size of 175 nm were obtained. The crystalline structure of MLX nanocrystals was confirmed by both differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray powder diffractometry. However, the nanoprecipitation process reduced the crystallinity of MLX.Nanocrystals increased both in vitro and in vivo transdermal permeation of MLX compared with the solution and suspension counterparts. Due to the enhanced apparent solubility and dissolution as well as the facilitated hair follicular penetration, nanocrystals present a high and prolonged plasma MLX concentration. And 2.58-and 4.4-fold increase in AUC0 →2 4 h was achieved by nanocrystals comparing with solution and suspension, respectively. | 5 | Gastrointestinal lipolysis and trans-epithelial transport of SMEDDS via oral route显示文摘Self-microemulsifying drug delivery systems(SMEDDSs)have recently returned to the limelight of academia and industry due to their enormous potential in oral delivery of biomacromolecules.However,information on gastrointestinal lipolysis and trans-epithelial transport of SMEDDS is rare.Aggregation-caused quenching(ACQ)fuorescent probes are utilized to visualize the in vivo behaviors of SMEDDSs,because the released probes during lipolysis are quenched upon contacting water.Two SMEDDSs composed of medium chain triglyceride and different ratios of Tween-80 and PEG-400 are set as models,meanwhile Neoral?was used as a control.The SMEDDS droplets reside in the digestive tract for as long as 24 h and obey frst order kinetic law of lipolysis.The increased chain length of the triglyceride decreases the lipolysis of the SMEDDSs.Ex vivo imaging of main tissues and histological examination confrm the trans-epithelial transportation of the SMEDDS droplets.Approximately 2%-4%of the given SMEDDSs are transported via the lymph route following epithelial uptake,while liver is the main termination.Caco-2 cell lines confrm the cellular uptake and trans-epithelial transport.In conclusion,a fraction of SMEDDSs can survive the lipolysis in the gastrointestinal tract,permeate across the epithelia,translocate via the lymph,and accumulate mainly in the liver. | Fei Xia Zhongjian Chen Quangang Zhu Jianping Qi Xiaochun Dong Weili Zhao Wei Wu Yi Lu | 2021 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,4: | 4 |
| 6 | A Novel Iterative Velocity Control Algorithm and Its FPGA Implementation Based on Trigonometric Function显示文摘The servo motor's flexible acceleration/deceleration(acc/dec) control is an emerging research topic in the automation field. A velocity control algorithm based on trigonometric function is proposed in this paper.With required parameters, it transforms trigonometric calculations into elementary mathematical operations and calculates the velocity controlling values iteratively, which could avoid trigonometric calculation and reduce the computation time. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is suitable for implementation on field programmable gate arrays and achieves a flexible controlling, enhancing both the equipment's stability and reliability.
