1Study on Functional and Structure Properties of Soluble Dietary Fiber Modified by Extrusion-expansion Technology from Peanut Shells显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to investigate the feasibility of using modified peanut dietary fiber as a functional food ingredient. [Methods]Using peanut shells as a test material,the process parameters of soluble dietary fiber( SDF) modified by extrusion and expansion were studied,and the functional and structural characteristics of SDF before and after modification were discussed. [Results] The optimum conditions were as follows: screw speed 200 rpm,temperature 130 ℃ and moisture content 20 %,and the SDF extraction yield was 22. 3%. The modified SDF showed BCmax values of( 378. 5 ± 5. 3),( 278. 3 ± 3. 2)and( 167. 2 ± 2. 5) μmol/g and BCmin of( 30. 4 ± 1. 3),( 63. 4 ± 3. 7) and( 71. 3 ± 4. 2) μmol/L,for Pb,As and Cu,respectively,indicating that the adsorption to the three heavy metals was enhanced. The modified SDF had a porous network like honeycomb and swelled structure. 2Alumina Supported Vanadium Oxide Catalysts for Residue Hydrotreating显示文摘In order to evaluate the role of vanadium in the hydrogenation (HYD) reaction, a series of alumina supported vanadium catalysts were prepared and characterized by SEM, XRD, Raman spectrometry, 51V NMR, XPS, as well as TPR analyses. The catalytic performance of vanadium in HYD of model molecules (naphthalene) and real feedstock (Kuwait atmospheric residue) was studied after sulfidation of the catalysts. It can be concluded that the HYD capabilities of V/Al2O3 catalysts are lower than that of conventional NiMo/Al2O3 catalyst (RefNiMo). The V/Al2O3 catalysts can only facilitate hydrogenation of the first ring of naphthalene, but have little effect on the further hydrogenation of tetralin. 3Mild hypothermia effects on intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and serum interleukin-6 expression in brain tissues of a rat focal ischemia model显示文摘BACKGROUND: Previous studies have confirmed the neuroprotective effect of mild hypothermia on ischemic brain injury. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of mild hypothermia on intercellular adhesion molecule-1 expression and serum interleukin-6 levels in ischemic brain tissues of focal brain ischemia rats, and to explore the neuroprotective effects of mild hypothermia on ischemic brain injury. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: A randomized, controlled, neurobiological experiment was performed at the Central Laboratory, First Affiliated Hospital, Xinxiang Medical College, China from February to July 2006. MATERIALS: Thirty healthy, adult, Sprague Dawley rats were used to establish middle cerebral artery occlusion models using the suture method. The immunohistochemistry (streptavidin-biotin-peroxidase complex method) kit was purchased from Boster, China. Interleukin-6 radioimmunoassay was supplied by Institute of Radioimmunity, Technology Development Center, General Hospital of Chinese PLA. METHODS: The rats were equally and randomly assigned into mild hypothermia and control groups, and middle cerebral artery occlusion models were established. The rectal temperature was maintained at (37 ± 0.5) ℃ in the control group. In the mild hypothermia group, the rectal temperature was maintained at (33 ± 1) ℃. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: At 12 hours after model establishment, the ischemic brain hemispheres were coronally sliced at the level of the optic chiasm. The number of intercellular adhesion molecule-1-positive vessels per high-power field was observed with an optical microscope. Serum interleukin-6 levels were measured by radioimmunoassay. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and serum interleukin-6 expressions were significantly decreased in ischemic brain tissues of the mild hypothermia group (P < 0.01). 4Improvement of giant magneto impedance of Co-rich melt extraction wires by stress-current annealing显示文摘In order to improve the giant magneto impedance(GMI) of Co-rich wires for high sensitive sensor applications,Co68Fe4.5Si15B12.5 wires were prepared by melt an extraction technique and subjected to Joule stress-current anneal treatments with different tensile stresses applied.And then their GMI response was investigated at a frequency range from 0.1 to 13 MHz.It was found through the comparison of results that the GMI effect of these wires had been improved through stress-current anneal treatments,because the tensile stress applied on these Co-rich wires introduced magnetoelastic energy and increased anisotropy,which improved the circular permeability and GMI effect.Their impedance ratio △Z/Z increased from 244% to 480.9% at 7 MHz and the field sensitivity increased to 0.83%/(A/m) at 5 MHz,when a tensile stress of 244 MPa was applied at an anneal current of 100 mA for 10 min.It was therefore concluded that these annealed wires were suitable for high sensitive sensor applications.ZHANG Shuling SUN Jianfei XING Dawei 2011Rare Metals2011,30,4:0

7For more and purer hydrogen-the progress and challenges in water gas shift reaction显示文摘The water gas shift(WGS) reaction is a standard reaction that is widely used in industrial hydrogen production and removal of carbon monoxide. The improved catalytic performance of WGS reaction also contributes to ammonia synthesis and other reactions. Advanced catalysts have been developed for both high and low-temperature reactions and are widely used in industry. In recent years, supported metal nanoparticle catalysts have been researched due to their high metal utilization. Low-temperature catalysts have shown promising results, including high selectivity, high shift rates, and higher activity potential. Additionally, significant progress has been made in removing trace CO through the redox reaction in electrolytic cell. This paper reviews the development of WGS reaction catalysts, including the reaction mechanism, catalyst design, and innovative research methods. The catalyst plays a crucial role in the WGS reaction, and this paper provides an instant of catalyst design under different conditions. The progress of catalysts is closely related to the development of advanced characterization techniques.Furthermore, modifying the catalyst surface to enhance activity and significantly increase reaction kinetics is a current research direction. 8Application of Cameriere’s method for dental age estimation in children in South China显示文摘The aim of this study was to evaluate the applicability of Cameriere’s European formula for age estimation in children in South China and to adapt the formula to establish a more suitable formula for these children.Moreover,the performance of dental age estimation based on Cameriere’s method combining the developmental information of permanent teeth(PT)and third molar(TM)was also analysed.Orthopantomographs of 720 healthy children in Group A,and orthopantomographs of 320 children and 280 subadults in Group B were assessed.The samples of Group A were divided into training dataset 1 and test dataset 1,and the samples of Group B were also divided into training dataset 2 and test dataset 2.A South China-specific formula was established based on the training dataset 1,and the comparison of accuracy between the Cameriere’s European formula and the South China-specific formula was conducted with the test dataset 1.Additionally,a PT regression model,a TM regression model,and a combined regression model(PTþTM)were established based on the training dataset 2,and the performance of these three models were validated on the test dataset 2.The Cameriere’s European formula underestimated chronological age with a mean difference(ME)of-0.47±1.11 years in males and-0.69±1.19 years in females.However,the South China-specific formula underestimated chronological age,with a mean difference(ME)of-0.02±0.71 years in males and-0.14±0.73 years in females.Compared with PT model and TM model,the PT and TM combined model obtained the smallest root mean square error(RMSE)of 1.29 years in males and 0.93 years in females.In conclusion,the South China-specific formula was more suitable for assessing the dental age of children in South China,and the PT and TM combined model can improve the accuracy of dental age estimation in children.Zedeng Yang Dan Wen Jiao Xiao Qianying Liu Shule Sun Aliye Kureshi Yunfeng Chang Lagabaiyila Zha 2022Forensic Sciences Research2022,7,2:0
9Investigation on the Current Situation of China’s DTP Pharmacy and Suggestions for Its Development显示文摘Objective To summarize the main characteristics and development approaches of direct-to-patient(DTP)pharmacies,and to explore its future development trend.Methods Firstly,relevant policies of DTP pharmacies were sorted out based on some documents on the government website,and related articles were studied.Secondly,499 DTP pharmacies were investigated.Finally,the current status of the industry was summarized and analyzed.Results and Conclusion Policies on China’s DTP pharmacy have been constantly improved.According to industry standards,the current compliance rate of DTP pharmacies is about 46.09%.In terms of varieties,the market share concentration rate of biological products is higher than that of chemical drugs.The regional distribution of these drugs is mainly concentrated in the central and eastern provinces.However,63.45%of DTP pharmacies have less than 50 product specifications.DTP pharmacies have an average of 7.3 pharmacy technicians and 2.3 licensed pharmacists,which is higher than that of ordinary pharmacies.Due to the policy promotion,DTP pharmacies will be paid more attention by the public and the government,and the market share will become larger than before.Patients shifting from hospitals to drug-to-pharmacies can make them better layout.Besides,pharmaceutical services will become more specialized,and disease division will be more detailed.With the deepening of medical reform and the continuous improvement of national medical security as well as drug procurement and medical insurance payment methods,DTP pharmacies can play an important role in the national basic medical security system.Wen Dong Dou Lele Sun Yuyuan Wang Shuling 2023Asian Journal of Social Pharmacy2023,18,2:0
10CALCULATION OF FUEL SLOSHING AND ITS COUPLING VIBRATION WITH A TANK显示文摘The response of fuel-tank-sloshing to aircraft maneuver is a difficult mathematical problem to be solved. Beginning with setting up the mechanical model and the respective mathematical model, this paper uses both F.E. and B.E.M. to imitate the sloshing process. The paper has developed some special techniques to deal with strong nonlinear characteristics, and provided satisfactory numerical results of displacements and stress for low frequency, resonance, high frequency and fuel tank dynamic response characteristics. The program not only assures convergence and stability of the solution, but also has the function of graphic display. 11The Validation of Goldeneye^(™)DNA ID 22NC kit and the Genetic Polymorphism of 21 Short Tandem Reeat Loci in the Chinese Hunan Han Population显示文摘Goldeneye™DNA ID 22NC Kit is a novel short tandem repeat(STR)genotyping system that investigate 20 non-CODIS loci(D4S2366,D6S477,D22GATA198B05,D15S659,D8S1132,D3S3045,D14S608,D17S1290,D3S1744,D2S441,D18S535,D13S325,D7S1517,D1OS1435,D11S236&D19S253,D1S1656,D7S3O4&D10S14&and D5S2500),a CODIS locus(D3S1358),and a sex-determining locus amelogenin in one assay.In the present study,this STR genotyping system was validated according to the guidelines of'Wlidation Guidelines for DNA Analysis Methods(2016)'updated by the Scientific Working Group on DNA Analysis Methods.A series of tests,such as polymerase chain reaction-based studies,sensitivity,inhibitors,DNA mixture,species specificity,precision and accuracy evaluation,stutter percentage,and peak height ratio,was conducted.The genetic polymorphism of 21 STR loci that included in the 22NC system was also investigated in the Chinese Hunan Han population.The validation results demonstrated that Goldeneye™DNA ID 22NC Kit is a robust and reliable identification assay as required for genotyping in kinship analysis and forensic investigation.The 21 STR loci in this kit also showed a high level of genetic polymorphism for the Hunan Han population.Therefore,it can be used for forensic applications and population studies.Xiaoliang Fu Shule Sun Yanfang Liu Jing He Jifeng Cai Zha 2018Journal of Forensic Science and Medicine2018,4,3:0
12Selection Method of Production Enterprises by Large Pharmaceutical Commercial Companies Based on AHP显示文摘Objective To study the policies of integrating medical resources and centralized drug procurement in China from 2018 to 2020,and to provide a reference for large pharmaceutical commercial companies to select partners.Methods Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy synthesis evaluation method were used to establish the index evaluation system and assign values to each index.Results and Conclusion According to the questionnaire survey data,the weight of each evaluation index was determined,and the evaluation results were obtained by using the fuzzy synthesis evaluation method.The selection of production enterprises by large pharmaceutical commercial companies includes five first-level indicators and 11 second-level indicators.They can provide a favorable reference for the selection of production enterprises by large pharmaceutical commercial companies against the background of complex pharmaceutical industry.Wang Xinyue Lin Xiangpeng Sun Xiaohua Wang Shuling 2021Asian Journal of Social Pharmacy2021,16,4:0
