1上颌快速扩弓联合前牵引对安氏Ⅲ类患者上气道和舌位置的影响显示文摘目的:评价上颌快速扩弓联合前牵引对安氏Ⅲ类错患者咽腔和舌位置的影响。方法:对17名不伴有呼吸障碍的青少年安氏Ⅲ类错患者实施上颌快速扩弓联合前牵引矫治。于矫治前后拍摄头颅侧位定位片,对矫治后舌位置、上气道矢状径及相关数据进行统计学分析。结果:矫治结束后患者反解除,上齿槽座点(A点)前移,下颌发生顺时针旋转,舌姿势处于与腭穹更加接近的位置,上气道矢状径增加。结论:上颌快速扩弓联合前牵引矫治可以在短期内增加上气道矢状径及改善舌位置,矫治结果有利于口颌形态及功能的改善。邱严力 杜凤芝 Kapika Faustin 田倩倩 王万里 2011实用口腔医学杂志2011,27,3:20
2磷石膏对麦田CO_2排放和小麦产量的影响及其经济环境效益分析显示文摘磷石膏是一种可以利用的磷化工废渣,本文以磷石膏为麦田温室气体减排剂,研究磷石膏对小麦生长、麦田温室气体二氧化碳(CO2)排放的影响,并分析磷石膏资源化利用的经济环境效益.结果表明,在常规施肥条件下,增施磷石膏2 100kg·hm-2能显著促进小麦生长,增产达37.71%.磷石膏对麦田CO2的减排作用在小麦生长的各个时期有所不同:施用磷石膏1 050 kg·hm-2处理,在小麦生长拔节期、抽穗期和灌浆期对麦田CO2的减排效果较为明显,相比对照分别减少8%、10%和6%;在整个小麦生长季累计减少CO2排放3%;施用磷石膏2 100 kg·hm-2处理,在小麦越冬返青期、拔节期和抽穗期,相比对照减少CO2排放11%、4%和12%,在小麦生长季累计减少CO2排放7%.磷石膏施用量较大的处理对CO2的抑制和减排效果较好.研究还表明在施用磷石膏的情况下,一定范围内,CO2的排放强度(单位鲜重CO2排放与单位产量CO2排放)与小麦穗长、鲜重和产量呈现显著负相关:即穗长越长,鲜重和产量越大,CO2的排放效率越低.在碳交易背景下,磷石膏资源化利用具有较高的经济和环境效益,主要体现在:与对照相比,投入/产出从1∶8.3变为1∶10.7,即在相同投入的情况下可提高28.92%的产出;每吨磷石膏作为麦田温室气体减排剂,可节省治理环境的费用与增产总额合计约290元.废渣磷石膏资源化利用,不仅可以减少环境污染、促进小麦生长,而且可以减少CO2排放,对发展低碳农业、生态农业以及可持续发展农业具有重要应用价值.李季 吴洪生 高志球 尚小厦 郑培慧 印进 Kakpa Didier 任迁琪 Ogou Katchele Faustin 陈素云 徐亚 姚童言 季炜 钱景珊 马世杰 2015环境科学2015,36,8:14
3Developmental pathways associated with cancer metastasis:Notch,Wnt,and Hedgehog显示文摘Master developmental pathways, such as Notch, Wnt, and Hedgehog, are signaling systems that control proliferation, cell death,motility, migration, and stemness. These systems are not only commonly activated in many solid tumors, where they drive or contribute to cancer initiation, but also in primary and metastatic tumor development. The reactivation of developmental pathways in cancer stroma favors the development of cancer stem cells and allows their maintenance, indicating these signaling pathways as particularly attractive targets for efficient anticancer therapies, especially in advanced primary tumors and metastatic cancers. Metastasis is the worst feature of cancer development. This feature results from a cascade of events emerging from the hijacking of epithelial-mesenchymal transition, angiogenesis, migration, and invasion by transforming cells and is associated with poor survival, drug resistance, and tumor relapse. In the present review, we summarize and discuss experimental data suggesting pivotal roles for developmental pathways in cancer development and metastasis, considering the therapeutic potential. 4间作板蓝根对冬小麦生长及麦田CH_4通量影响与经济环境效益分析显示文摘本文研究冬小麦间作板蓝根对小麦生长和麦田CH4通量的影响,并对其进行经济与环境效益分析。试验在南京信息工程大学农业气象试验站采用田间小区试验进行,采用静态箱(暗箱)0气相色谱法在小麦生育期定期取样分析麦田CH4通量,同时记录不同处理下小麦的生物量,收获后测定小麦及板蓝根产量。结果表明,与对照施肥单作处理(NPKW)相比,施肥间作板蓝根处理(NPKWR)小麦产量与千粒重分别增加9%和1%;冬小麦田CH4的通量主要是吸收,吸收量表现为施肥间作板蓝根处理(NPKWR)>不施肥处理(N0P0K0W)>裸地(N0P0K0W0)>施肥单作处理(NPKW),施肥间作板蓝根处理(NPKWR)比施肥单作处理(NPKW)冬小麦田的CH4吸收量累计增加34%,间作模式使板蓝根与小麦综合增产5%,每公顷多盈利2017.25元。本研究表明冬小麦间作板蓝根为提高土地资源利用率、发展低碳农业、增加经济效益环境效益提供一项新技术。尚小厦 吴洪生 高志球 李季 任迁琪 季炜 马世杰 Ogou Katchele Faustin Kakpa Didier 徐亚 陈素云 邹建文 张要军 姚童言 钱璟珊 王从 2016西南农业学报2016,29,1:6
5Mesenchymal stromal cells' role in tumor microenvironment:involvement of signaling pathways显示文摘Mesenchymal stromal cells(MSCs) are adult multipotent stem cells residing as pericytes in various tissues and organs where they can differentiate into specialized cells to replace dying cells and damaged tissues. These cells are commonly found at injury sites and in tumors that are known to behave like 'wounds that do not heal.' In this article, we discuss the mechanisms of MSCs in migrating, homing, and repairing injured tissues. We also review a number of reports showing that tumor microenvironment triggers plasticity mechanisms in MSCs to induce malignant neoplastic tissue formation, maintenance, and chemoresistance, as well as tumor growth. 6Hypolipidemic,antioxidant and anti-atherosclerogenic effects of aqueous extract of Zanthoxylum heitzii stem bark in diet-induced hypercholesterolemic rats显示文摘Objective:To evaluate anti-dyslipidemic,antioxidant and anti-atherosclerogenic properties of this extract in diet-induced hypercholesterolemic rat.a model of metabolic syndrome-induced atherosclerosis and associated cardiovascular diseases.Methods:Normocholeslerolemic(NC) male rats were divided into six groups(n=10) and fed a high-cholesterol(HC) diet for 30 days(5 groups),or normal rat chow(normal control group).Rats given a HC diet also received distilled water(disease control),the potent hypocholcsterolcmic agent with antiatherosclerotic activity atorvastatin(2 mg/kg,positive control),or one of the three doses of Zanthoxylum heitzii stem bark aqueous extract tested(225,300 and 375 mg/kg) concomitantly for four months.Signs of general toxicity,body temperature and weight,and water and food intake were monitored in live animals.After sacrifice,lipid profiles and oxidative stress markers were assessed in the blood and liver,aorta,and feces,and histopathological analysis of aorta was performed.Results:Plant extract prevented the elevation of aortic total cholesterol and triglycerides,and hepatic low density lipoprotein,very low density lipoprotein,and total cholesterol.Lipid peroxidation(TBARS) was decreased and aortic atherosclerotic plaque formation prevented.Conclusions:These observations strongly suggest that stem bark aqueous extract of Zanthoxylum heitzii has anti-atherosclerogenic properties,at least partly mediated by antioxidant and hypolipidemic effects.Fidele Ntchapda Kakesse Maguirgue Hamadjida Adjia Paul Faustin Seke Etet Théophile Dimo 2015Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2015,8,5:3
7Diuretic and antioxidant activities of the aqueous extract of leaves of Cassia occidentalis(Linn.) in rats显示文摘Objective: To assess the putative diuretic and antioxidant properties of Cassia occidentalis(C. occidentalis) leaves' aqueous extract. Methods: Adult rats were administered with C. occidentalis leaves aqueous extract acutely(24-h) and subchronically(7 d), at doses 80, 160, 240, 320, and 400 mg/kg(per os). Negative control group received only an equivalent volume of distilled water, while the two positive control groups received the diuretic drugs furosemide(20 mg/kg, i.p.) and hydrochlorothiazide(HCTZ, 20 mg/kg, i.p.). Urinary elimination of electrolytes in response to treatments was evaluated, together with changes in concentrations of creatinine, urea, aldosterone, glucose, and albumin in urine and plasma. Various urinary indicators of kidney function and plasmatic markers of oxidative stress were also assessed. Results: The acute administration of C. occidentalis increased the urinary excretion of 107.58% at the higher dose tested, compared to negative control. The reference drugs furosemide and HCTZ induced increases of 84.27 % and 48.05 %, respectively. Acutely, the extract induced Na+ and Cl- elimination, whereas subchronically an increase in K+ elimination was also observed. The extract also improved the kidney function indexes and oxidative stress markers. These effects were dose-dependent and comparable with positive control observations. 8磷石膏废渣对小麦生长及麦田N_2O排放影响与经济环境效益分析显示文摘磷化工业产生的大量废渣磷石膏污染环境、占用土地,尚未得到很好的治理和利用。文章研究磷石膏废渣资源化利用,探索其对小麦田氧化亚氮(N_2O)排放以及小麦生长以及产量的影响。结果表明:施用不同量的磷石膏废渣对小麦生长、产量以及麦田N_2O的排放量的影响有所不同。施用磷石膏2 100 kg/hm^2对小麦千粒重以及产量等都有显著影响,可增产达48.11%。同时在整个小麦生长季,与单施有机肥处理相比,施用磷石膏废渣2 100 kg/hm^2可减少麦田N_2O排放量达30.14%,且减排作用具有持续性,在小麦的拔节期、抽穗期以及灌浆期的减排效果尤为显著。与之相比施用磷石膏1050 kg/hm^2的各项效果都比较微弱。研究还表明施用45%复合肥900 kg/hm^2虽然也促进小麦生长,增加小麦产量,但在整个生长季会显著增加N_2O的排放54.70%。在施用磷石膏条件下,小麦的鲜重和产量与麦田N_2O排放呈现显著负相关,与麦田N_2O排放强度呈现显著正相关,即磷石膏在显著促进小麦生长的同时可以显著降低麦田N_2O的排放。以碳交易背景为基础,分析磷石膏减排剂的田经济环境效益,结果表明,施用磷石膏废渣2 100 kg/hm^2,麦田的收入与产出比由1∶9.93提高到1∶17.82,产出增加约79.46%,同时还能够累计减少N_2O的排放达161.71 kg/hm^2。每吨磷石膏废渣可以减少N_2O排放76.48 kg,折合减少CO_2排放22 944 kg,环境收益达到1 140.55元。磷石膏作为减排剂施用,不仅可以减少环境污染,还能促进小麦生长,减少N_2O排放,对发展生态农业并缓解温室效应具有重要的应用价值。李季 吴洪生 高志球 尚小厦 任迁琪 印进 郑培慧 Ogou Katchele Faustin Kakpa Didier 徐亚 陈素云 邹建文 张令 张要军 王从 王晓飞 2016环境科学与技术2016,39,4:2
