1全尾砂-粗骨料膏体早期抗压强度影响规律及固化机理显示文摘以某矿尾砂、废石、棒磨砂为实验材料,采用正交设计实验方法,研究膏体质量分数、水泥掺量、尾骨比(全尾砂、废石和棒磨砂质量比)、泵送剂掺量对充填体早期抗压强度的影响规律。对实验数据进行三维曲面可视化分析和多元非线性回归分析,最后根据实验结果对膏体固结性能的机理进行分析。研究结果表明:水泥掺量和质量分数是早期抗压强度的主要影响因素,m(全尾砂)꞉m(废石)꞉m(棒磨砂)以及泵送剂掺量存在最优值,最优值范围分别为5.0꞉2.5꞉2.5~4꞉3꞉3和1.5%~2.0%。多元非线性二次多项式回归拟合效果最佳,根据所选模型和主观权重T可知,所得目标函数f存在最大值和最小值,最大值为8.97 MPa,最小值为2.87 MPa,均满足7 d强度要求(R7≥2.5 MPa);粗骨料的掺入不仅能进一步提高早期抗压强度,而且粗骨料中的活性物质能与Ca(OH)2发生反应,起到部分胶凝效果。尹升华 刘家明 邵亚建 张海胜 ARMELLE Belibi 寇永渊 2020中南大学学报(自然科学版)2020,51,2:36
2基于RSM的胶结充填体强度回归及料浆寻优研究显示文摘为了提升充填料浆性价比,针对多种骨料混合充填类矿山开展料浆优化配比研究。首先,根据骨料物化性质,采用Talbol理论分析碎石-棒磨砂的最大堆积密实度并确定碎石与棒磨砂这2种材料的最优配比范围;然后,根据响应面法(RSM)提供的中心复合试验方案进行17组配比试验,构建强度为响应值的回归模型,揭示料浆质量分数、碎棒比(碎石与棒磨砂的质量比)和胶砂比(水泥和骨料的质量比)单一或交互作用对充填体强度的影响机制。最后,采用目标规划法对充填料浆配合比寻优。研究结果表明:强度对单一因素的响应极敏感,对因素交互的响应具有显著性;在因素交互下,早期强度对料浆质量分数和胶砂比交互作用敏感,中期强度受碎棒比和胶砂比的交互作用影响大,料浆质量分数和碎棒比的交互作用对后期强度影响显著;考虑性价比的料浆最优配合比是料浆质量分数为77%,碎棒比为2.33,胶砂比为1:5,该配合比满足金川二矿区输送与充填强度设计标准。尹升华 郝硕 邹龙 寇永渊 李希雯 ARMELLE Belibi 2020中南大学学报(自然科学版)2020,51,6:13
3Developmental pathways associated with cancer metastasis:Notch,Wnt,and Hedgehog显示文摘Master developmental pathways, such as Notch, Wnt, and Hedgehog, are signaling systems that control proliferation, cell death,motility, migration, and stemness. These systems are not only commonly activated in many solid tumors, where they drive or contribute to cancer initiation, but also in primary and metastatic tumor development. The reactivation of developmental pathways in cancer stroma favors the development of cancer stem cells and allows their maintenance, indicating these signaling pathways as particularly attractive targets for efficient anticancer therapies, especially in advanced primary tumors and metastatic cancers. Metastasis is the worst feature of cancer development. This feature results from a cascade of events emerging from the hijacking of epithelial-mesenchymal transition, angiogenesis, migration, and invasion by transforming cells and is associated with poor survival, drug resistance, and tumor relapse. In the present review, we summarize and discuss experimental data suggesting pivotal roles for developmental pathways in cancer development and metastasis, considering the therapeutic potential. 6Mesenchymal stromal cells' role in tumor microenvironment:involvement of signaling pathways显示文摘Mesenchymal stromal cells(MSCs) are adult multipotent stem cells residing as pericytes in various tissues and organs where they can differentiate into specialized cells to replace dying cells and damaged tissues. These cells are commonly found at injury sites and in tumors that are known to behave like 'wounds that do not heal.' In this article, we discuss the mechanisms of MSCs in migrating, homing, and repairing injured tissues. We also review a number of reports showing that tumor microenvironment triggers plasticity mechanisms in MSCs to induce malignant neoplastic tissue formation, maintenance, and chemoresistance, as well as tumor growth. 7Relationship between the severity of hepatitis C virus-related liver disease and the presence of Helicobacter species in the liver: A prospective study显示文摘AIM: To determine the presence of Helicobacter species DNA in the liver of chronic hepatitis C (CHC) patients with and without cirrhosis as compared to controls, and to identify the bacterial species involved. METHODS: Seventy-nine consecutive patients (HBV and HIV negative) with a liver sample obtained after liver biopsy or hepatic resection were studied: 41 with CHC without cirrhosis, 12 with CHC and cirrhosis, and 26 controls (HCV negative). Polymerase chain reactions (PCRs) targeting Helicobacter 16S rDNA and species- specific were performed on DNA extracted from the liver. A gastric infection with H pylori was determined by serology and confirmed by 13C-urea breath test. RESULTS: Overall, Helicobacter 16S rDNA was found in 16 patients (20.2%). Although positive cases tended to be higher in CHC patients with cirrhosis (41.6%) than in those without cirrhosis (17.0%) or in controls (15.4%), the difference was not statistically significant (P =0.08). H pylori-like DNA was identified in 12 cases and H. pullorum DNA in 2, while 2 cases remained unidenti- fied. Gastric infection with H pylori was found in only 2 of these patients. CONCLUSION: Our results do not confirm the associ- ation of Helicobacter species DNA in the liver of CHC patients with advanced liver disease.
