1经络系统与针刺效应机制的科学评价显示文摘Objective:To search all available sources to find incontrovertible scientific explanation of the meridian system and mechanism of acupuncture action.Methods:Extensive search of electronic databases was carried out to identify all published scientific articles,research papers and experimental findings regarding meridian system,acupuncture points and mechanisms of acupuncture action,from both English and Chinese language journals,from inception till date.Results:There are many hypotheses and studies about meridian system such as,primovascular system as meridian,nuclear tracers study to locate the track of meridian,infrared imaging studies to prove existence of meridians,investigations about anatomical structure of acupoints,etc.There are many researches and theories about mechanism of acupuncture action such as gate control theory of acupuncture analgesia,neurotransmitters,neuro-endocrine-immune network,fMRI evidences of brain’s processing of pain signal etc.Conclusion:Researchers over half a century discovered many factual information about meridian system,acupoints,neuro-transmitters and acupuncture analgesia,neuro-hormonal mechanism etc.All these important discoveries contributed to clarify the mysteries of meridian system and acupuncture action,but they still fell short of providing an incontrovertible scientific explanation.Further coordinated studies are warranted to explore more plausible and scientifically valid explanation of meridian system and acupuncture action. 毛慧娟 赵玲 沈雪勇 2020World Journal of Acupuncture-Moxibustion2020,30,2:5
2Applications of synchrophasor technologies in power systems显示文摘Synchrophasors are time-synchronized electrical measurements that represent both the magnitude and phase angle of the electrical sinusoids. Synchrophasors are measured by fast time-stamped devices called phasor measurement units(PMUs) to constitute the basis of realtime monitoring and control actions in the electric grid.Due to its enhanced situational awareness capabilities,many applications of PMUs are presented in the literature in the past decades. This paper presents a comprehensive summary of synchrophasor technology, its architecture,optimal placement techniques and its applications in electric power transmission and distribution systems. These applications include wide-area situational awareness and monitoring, state estimation, fault location and protective relaying, islanding detection etc. This review also covers some of the existing challenges in its implementation and its potential applications.Muhammad Usama USMAN M. 3Single nucleotide polymorphisms in candidate genes are significantly associated with resistance to Haemonchus contortus infection in goats显示文摘Background: Haemonchosis is a major economic problem in goat production in humid, tropical and subtropical regions. The disease is caused by an abomasal nematode, Haemonchus contortus, which is highly pathogenic in small ruminants. The aim of this study was to identifying single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNP) that were associated with fecal egg counts(FEC) and could be used as markers to identify resistance to H. contortus in goats.Results: Ten novel variants in the CI TA, ATP2 A3, HSPA8, STAT5 B, ESYT1, and SERPING1 genes were associated with FEC in goats with a nominal significance level of P < 0.05. Two missense mutation in the exon region of the caprine CI TA gene resulted in replacement of arginine with cysteine at position 9473550(R9473550 C) and aspartic acid with glutamic acid at position 9473870(D9473870 E). Chinese goat breeds had significantly higher FEC than Bangladeshi goat breeds within their respective genotypes. Polymorphism information content(PIC), effective al ele number(Ne), and heterozygosity(He)were greatest for the STAT5 B197A > G SNP locus in al goat breeds. Pairwise coefficients of linkage disequilibrium(D′, r2)revealed complete LD(r2= 1) between significant SNP polymorphisms in CI TA and SERPING1 and strong LD(r2= 0.93 and0.98) between polymorphisms in HSPA8 and ATP2 A3, respectively. Correlation coefficient(r) between FEC and body weight(BW) was significantly positive(r = 0.56***, P < 0.001) but that between FEC and packed cel volume(PCV) was negatively significant(r =-0.47**, P < 0.01) in the total population of goats. On the other hand, correlation coefficient(r)between BW and PCV was not significant in total population of goats. Association analysis revealed that haplotypes within ATP2 A3, HSPA8, and SERPING1 were significantly associated with FEC. 4Roles of different fertilizer management practices on mulberry leaf yield and quality显示文摘Effects of fertilizer management practices on leaf yield and quality of mulberry plant are important for sustainable mulberry plant production.This study was undertaken to improve the growth,yield and biochemical contents in an instant available form in mulberry plant through different fertilizer management practices.There were four fertilizer management practices like control(CT),basal(BS),urea+magic growth(UM)and basal+urea+magic growth(BUM)were applied on mulberry plant(Morus SPP.).Results of this investigation revealed that among the various fertilizer treatments on the foliar application of(3 g urea+3 mL magic growth)per liter water with BSRTI recommended BS of NPK performed well in respect of growth parameters and biochemical constituents.The highest 10 leaf area(638.64 cm^(2)),leaf number per branch(50),total leaf weight per plant(785.64 g),node per meter(28.67),specific leaf weight(0.005817 g/cm^(2)),length of longest shoot(173.25 cm)and total leaf yield per hectare per year(41610 kg)were noticed in BUM treatment followed by UM,BS and CT treatments.Further the highest moisture(74.38%),moisture retention capacity(33.31%),total mineral(12.10%),total sugar(3.99%),reducing sugar(4.05%),crude protein(21.01%),starch(9.72%)and soluble carbohydrate(11.41%)were also recorded in BUM treatment as compare to UM,BS and CT treatments.The outcome of research implies that among the four fertilizer management practices foliar spray of(3 g urea+3 mL magic growth)per liter water with BSRTI recommended BS dose of NPK performed well and successfully augments the productivity and biochemical constituents of mulberry plant.Faruque Ahmed Rafia Sultana Oli Ahmed Md.Akhtaruzzaman Md.Toufiq Iqbal 2017International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,5:2
