| 4 | 绿茶儿茶酚: 对心血管疾病的防御作用(英文)显示文摘Green tea,Camellia sinensis(Theaceae),a major source of flavonoids such as catechins,has recently shown multiple cardiovascular health benefits through various experimental and clinical studies.These studies suggest that green tea catechins prevent the incidence of detrimental cardiovascular events,and also lower the cardiovascular mortality rate.Catechins present in green tea have the ability to prevent atherosclerosis,hypertension,endothelial dysfunction,ischemic heart diseases,cardiomyopathy,cardiac hypertrophy and congestive heart failure by decreasing oxidative stress,preventing inflammatory events,reducing platelet aggregation and halting the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells.Catechins afford an anti-oxidant effect by inducing anti-oxidant enzymes,inhibiting pro-oxidant enzymes and scavenging free radicals.Catechins present anti-inflammatory activity through the inhibition of transcriptional factor NF-κB-mediated production of cytokines and adhesion molecules.Green tea catechins interfere with vascular growth factors and thus inhibit vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation,and also inhibit thrombogenesis by suppressing platelet adhesion.Additionally,catechins could protect vascular endothelial cells and enhance vascular integrity and regulate blood pressure.In this review various experimental and clinical studies suggesting the role of green tea catechins against the markers of cardiovascular disorders and the underlying mechanisms for these actions are discussed. | Pooja Bhardwaj Deepa Khanna | 2013 | 中国天然药物2013，11，4： | 10 |

| 9 | Pancreatic intraepithelial neoplasia arising from an ectopic pancreas in the small bowel显示文摘BACKGROUND: Ectopic pancreatic tissue is relatively uncommon, and is characterized as pancreatic tissue with no contact with the normal pancreas, and with its own ductal system and blood supply. It is usually asymptomatic, and can be incidentally diagnosed by conventional imaging studies.METHOD: A 69-year-old woman with a prior history of bilateral breast carcinoma presented with ectopic pancreatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PanI N) that was identified incidentally in the small bowel during an oncological resection of a synchronous primary pancreatic adenocarcinoma, and renal cell carcinoma.RESULTS: The patient underwent subtotal pancreatectomy with splenectomy, regional lymphadenectomy, radical left nephrectomy, and small bowel resection with primary anastomosis of ectopic Pan IN-2. She had an uneventful hospitalization and was discharged home on postoperative day 7.CONCLUSIONS: The occurrence of ectopic PanI N is extremely unusual with only few cases previously reported in the literature. | 13 | Novel predictors of permanent pacemaker implantation following transcatheter aortic valve replacement显示文摘BACKGROUND Conduction and rhythm abnormalities requiring permanent pacemakers(PPM)are short-term complications following transcatheter aortic valve replacement(TAVR),and their clinical outcomes remain conflicting.Potential novel predictors of post-TAVR PPM,like QRS duration,QTc prolongation,and supraventricular arrhythmias,have been poorly studied.AIM To evaluate the effects of baseline nonspecific interventricular conduction delay and supraventricular arrhythmia on post-TAVR PPM requirement and determine the impact of PPM implantation on clinical outcomes.METHODS RESULTS Out of the 357 patients that met inclusion criteria,the mean age was 80 years,188(52.7%)were male,and 57(16%)had a PPM implantation.Baseline demographics,valve type,and cardiovascular risk factors were similar except for type II diabetes mellitus(DM),which was more prevalent in the PPM cohort(59.6%vs 40.7%;P=0.009).The PPM cohort had a significantly higher rate of pre-procedure right bundle branch block,prolonged QRS>120 ms,prolonged QTc>470 ms,and supraventricular arrhythmias.There was a consistently significant increase in the odds ratio(OR)of PPM implantation for every 20 ms increase in the QRS duration above 100 ms:QRS 101-120[OR:2.44;confidence intervals(CI):1.14-5.25;P=0.022],QRS 121-140(OR:3.25;CI:1.32-7.98;P=0.010),QRS 141-160(OR:6.98;CI:3.10-15.61;P<0.001).After model adjustment for baseline risk factors,the OR remained significant for type II DM(aOR:2.16;CI:1.18-3.94;P=0.012),QRS>120(aOR:2.18;CI:1.02-4.66;P=0.045)and marginally significant for supraventricular arrhythmias(aOR:1.82;CI:0.97-3.42;P=0.062).The PPM cohort had a higher adjusted OR of heart failure(HF)hospitalization(aOR:2.2;CI:1.1-4.3;P=0.022)and nonfatal myocardial infarction(MI)(aOR:3.9;CI:1.1-14;P=0.031)without any difference in mortality(aOR:1.1;CI:0.5-2.7;P=0.796)at one year.CONCLUSION Pre-TAVR type II DM and QRS duration>120,regardless of the presence of bundle branch blocks,are predictors of post-TAVR PPM.At 1-year post-TAVR,patients with PPM have higher odds of HF hospitalization and MI. | Somto Nwaedozie Haibin Zhang Javad Najjar Mojarrab Param Sharma Paul Yeung Peter Umukoro Deepa Soodi Rachel Gabor Kelley Anderson Romel Garcia-Montilla | 2023 | World Journal of Cardiology2023，15，11： | 2 |

| 15 | Effect of copper nanoparticles exposure in the physiology of the common carp(Cyprinus carpio):Biochemical,histological and proteomic approaches显示文摘Copper nanoparticles(Cu-NPs)are serious water pollutants but their impact in teleosts performance remains poorly understood.In the present study,we have exposed juvenile carps(Cyprinus carpio),a freshwater teleost edible in India to two different doses(20 and 100 mg/L)of Cu-NPs for seven days.The doses selected were eco-relevant considering the contamination levels of certain water resources.The results indicated that the activity oxidative stress enzymes catalase,superoxide dismutase,and glutathione-S-transferase were significantly increased in the kidney,liver and gills of the treated groups when compared to control.Histological analysis revealed that after exposure,disruption of the secondary lamellae of gills,liver damage with pyknotic nuclei and structural disarray of the kidney occurred.Proteomic analysis of the liver showed down-regulation of several proteins including the ferritin heavy chain,rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 17-like,cytoglobin-1 and up-regulation of diphosphomevalonate decarboxylase and selenide&water dikinase-1.Taken together,the results of suggest that short-term exposure of juvenile carp to Cu-NPs causes oxidative stress and impart serious deleterious effects in the tissues which may affect fish growth and development. | Yugantak Raj Gupta Durai Sellegounder Monica Kannan Seetharam Deepa Balasubramanian Senthilkumaran Yaraguntappa Basavaraju | 2016 | Aquaculture and Fisheries2016，1，1： | 2 |
| 16 | 中国实生和无性系苹果砧木及其杂交后代矮化基因型分子鉴定显示文摘【目的】利用已开发的矮化性状分子标记(Dw1/Dw2)筛选中国实生和自育无性系苹果砧木,探明各个砧木品种的矮化基因型,为苹果砧木育种工作中亲本选择及矮化分子辅助育种提供帮助。【方法】以不同地区采集的24份中国实生和自育的无性系苹果砧木、147份新疆野苹果(李2-3)בM9’和345份山荆子(野1-2)בM9’杂交后代单株的叶片DNA为模板,以矮化砧木‘M9’‘M116’和‘MM106’为对照,利用已经开发的Dw1和Dw2矮化标记的SSR引物进行PCR扩增,然后用毛细管电泳检测PCR产物,分析确定各个样品的矮化基因型。【结果】在24份中国苹果砧木中鉴定出8份携带Dw1矮化基因,5份携带Dw2矮化基因,3个自育杂交品种同时携带Dw1和Dw2矮化基因;新疆野苹果(李2-3)בM9’组合的147个杂种实生苗中有48株携带Dw1矮化基因,14株同时携带Dw1和Dw2基因,山荆子(野1-2)בM9’的345个杂交后代中仅有11个单株携带Dw1基因型,其余单株均不携带任一矮化基因。【结论】试验中检测的八棱海棠(房2-3)、山荆子(野1-2)和平邑甜茶(野2-22)等中国常用实生砧木均不携带Dw1或Dw2基因,仅新疆野苹果(李2-3)中含有Dw2矮化基因;中国自育的杂交砧木品种中,以‘M9’等矮化品种为亲本的后代大多携带Dw1或Dw2;双亲都含有矮化基因的杂交组合后代能获得更多的携带矮化基因的单株。 | 张恒涛 BUS Vincent G.M. 张亚茹 王欢 王美丽 BOWATTE Deepa GARDINER Susan E.
