1Regional Tectonic Transformation in East Kunlun Orogenic Belt in Early Paleozoic: Constraints from the Geochronology and Geochemistry of Helegangnaren Alkali-feldspar Granite显示文摘The Helegangnaren feldspar granite exposed in the eastern part of East Kunlun, is characterized by high concentrations of SiO2 and alkaline, low abundances of Fe, Mg and Ca, metaluminous-weak peraluminous. Trace elements analysis shows that the granite is depleted extremely in Ba, Sr and Eu, and rich in some large-ion lithophile elements and high field strength elements. Besides, the granite has high Ga contents, the values of 104 (Ga/Al) vary from 2.50 to 2.77, which is mainly greater than the lower limit of A-type granites (2.6), and is higher than the I-and S-type granites' average (2.1 and 2.28, respectively). Rare earth element (REE) is characterized by relatively high fractionations of light REE (LREE) and heavy REE (HREE) (LREE/HREE=9.3-13.60, (La/Yb)N =10.92-18.02), pronounced negative Eu anomalies (δEu=0.08-0.13), and exhibits right-dipping gull pattern. Major elements, rare elements and trace elements features show the granite is ascribed to A-type granite and A2 subtype in tectonic genetic type. They are plotted into post-collision or within-plate area in a variety of tectonic discriminations. Geological and geochemical data comprehensively suggest that the granite is formed in a post-collision extensive tectonic setting. Laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS) zircon U-Pb dating yields a weighted mean age of 425 Ma, belonging to Middle Silurian, which is similar to the age of the post-collision geological events in the region. 2Distribution of high-risk human papillomavirus genotype prevalence and attribution to cervical precancerous lesions in rural North China显示文摘Objective: Precise prevention is more desired for cervical cancer due to the huge population, high prevalence of human papillomavirus(HPV) infection in China and the vision of screen-and-treat strategies in low-and middleincome countries(LMICs). Considerations of combining type-specific prevalence and attribution proportion to high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia are informative to more precise and effective region-specific cervical cancer prevention and control programs. The aim of the current study was to determine the genotype distribution of HPV and attribution to cervical precancerous lesions among women from rural areas in North China.Methods: A total of 9,526 women participated in the cervical cancer screening project in rural China. The samples of women who tested positive for HPV were retested with a polymerase chain reaction(PCR)-based HPV genotyping test. The attribution proportion of specific high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV) types for different grades of cervical lesions was calculated by using the type contribution weighting method.Results: A total of 22.2%(2,112/9,526) of women were HR-HPV positive and HPV52(21.7%) was the most common HR-HPV genotype, followed by HPV58(18.2%), HPV53(18.2%) and HPV16(16.2%). The top three genotypes detected in HR-HPV-positive cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)1 were HPV16(36.7%), HPV58(20.4%), HPV56(15.3%). Among CIN2+, the most frequent genotypes were HPV16(75.6%), HPV52(17.8%),HPV58(16.7%). HPV16, 56, 58, 53, 52, 59, 68, and 18 combined were attributed to 84.17% of all CIN1 lesions,and HPV16, 58, and 52 combined were attributed to 86.98% of all CIN2+ lesions.Conclusions: The prevalence of HR-HPV infection among women from rural areas in North China was high and HPV16, HPV58, HPV52 had paramount attributable fraction in CIN2+. 3Characteristics of two types of C-S-H gel in hardened complex binder pastes blended with slag显示文摘The characteristics of C-S-H gel in hardened Portland cement pastes and complex binder pastes with ground granulated blast furnace slag were investigated with nanoindentation. The composition of C-S-H gel was analysed with SEM-EDS. The obtained results showed that the volume fraction of LD C-S-H gradually reduced and the volume fraction of HD C-S-H increased with the prolongation of hydration age. Most of the C-S-H gel produced at later age was HD C-S-H. The volume fraction of HD C-S-H increased as the fraction of slag in complex binder pastes increased, suggesting that HD C-S-H was mainly in the hydration products of slag. 4Accuracy of triage strategies for human papillomavirus DNA-positive women in low-resource settings:A cross-sectional study in China显示文摘Objective: Care HPV is a human papillomavirus(HPV) DNA test for low-resource settings(LRS).This study assesses optimum triage strategies for care HPV-positive women in LRS.Methods: A total of 2,530 Chinese women were concurrently screened for cervical cancer with visual inspection with acetic acid(VIA),liquid-based cytology and HPV testing by physician-and self-collected care HPV,and physician-collected Hybrid Capture 2(HC2).Screen-positive women were referred to colposcopy with biopsy and endocervical curettage as necessary.HPV-positivity was defined as ≥1.0 relative light units/cutoff(RLU/CO) for both care HPV and HC2.Primary physician-HC2,physician-care HPV and self-care HPV and in sequential screening with cytology,VIA,or increased HPV test-positivity performance,stratified by age,were assessed for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) grade 2/3 or worse(CIN2/3+) detection.Results: The sensitivities and specificities of primary HPV testing for CIN2+ were: 83.8%,88.1% for physiciancare HPV; 72.1%,88.2% for self-care HPV; and 97.1%,86.0% for HC2.Physician-care HPV test-positive women with VIA triage had a sensitivity of 30.9% for CIN2+ versus 80.9% with cytology triage.Self-care HPV testpositive women with VIA triage was 26.5% versus 66.2% with cytology triage.The sensitivity of HC2 test-positive women with VIA triage was 38.2% versus 92.6% with cytology triage.The sensitivity of physician-care HPV testing for CIN2+ decreased from 83.8% at ≥1.0 RLU/CO to 72.1% at ≥10.00 RLU/CO,while the sensitivity of selfcare HPV testing decreased from 72.1% at ≥1.0 RLU/CO to 32.4% at ≥10.00 RLU/CO; similar trends were seen with age-stratification.Conclusions: VIA and cytology triage improved specificity for CIN2/3 than no triage.Sensitivity with VIA triage was unsuitable for a mass-screening program.VIA provider training might improve this strategy.Cytology triage could be feasible where a high-quality cytology program exists.Triage of HPV test-positive women by increased test positivity cutoff adds another LRS triage option.Margaret Wang Shangying Hu Shuang Zha o Wenhua Zhang Qinjing Pan Xun Zhang FengChen Jinxiu Han Junfei Ma Jennifer S.Smith Youlin Qiao Caihong Zhou Fanghui Zhao 2017Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2017,29,6:6

6Preparation, characterization, antimicrobial and cytotoxicity studies of copper/zincloaded montmorillonite显示文摘Background: A series of modified montmorillonites(Mt) including zinc-loaded Mt(Zn-Mt), copper-loaded Mt(Cu-Mt), copper/zinc-loaded Mt with different Cu/Zn ratio(Cu/Zn-Mt-1, Cu/Zn-Mt-2, Cu/Zn-Mt-3) were prepared by an ion-exchange reaction, and characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD), fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The specific surface areas, antimicrobial activity and cytotoxicity of the modified Mt were investigated.Results: In the modified Mt, hydrated Cu ions and Zn ions were exchanged in the interlayer space of Mt and the particles were irregular shapes. The results showed that Cu/Zn-Mt enhanced antibacterial and antifungal activity compared with Zn-Mt and Cu-Mt possibly due to the synergistic effect between Cu and Zn. Among the Cu/Zn-Mt with different Cu/Zn raitos, Cu/Zn-Mt with a Cu/Zn ratio of 0.98 or 0.51 showed higher antimicrobial activity against gram-negative bacteria(Escherichia coli), gram-positive bacteria(Staphylococcus aureus), fungi(Candida albicans).Moreover, the antimicrobial activity of Cu/Zn-Mt was correlated with its specific surface area. 7Economic evaluation of cervical cancer screening strategies in urban China显示文摘Objective:This study evaluated the feasibility of different cervical cancer screening strategies in urban China.Methods:A Markov model was constructed to simulate a hypothetical cohort of 100,000 females aged 30-59 years in a 20-year period.Screening strategies included liquid-based cytology(LBC)every three years,human papillomavirus(HPV)DNA testing every three and five years,respectively,and a combination of HPV DNA testing and LBC(HPV+LBC)every three and five years,respectively.Model outcomes included cumulative incidence over 20 years,cumulative risk of cervical cancer,costs,life year saved(LYS),quality-adjusted life years(QALYs)and benefits.The cost-effectiveness ratios(CERs),incremental cost-effectiveness ratios(ICERs),costutility ratios(CURs),and benefit-cost ratios(BCRs)were used as outcomes in the health economic evaluation analysis.Univariate sensitivity analyses were performed to examine the stability of the results.Results:The cumulative incidence of the five screening strategies ranged from 833.02 to 1,158.07 cases per100,000 females.HPV DNA testing was most effective in reducing the cumulative risk of cervical cancer,saving life years and QALYs and gaining benefits.The CERs of HPV DNA testing every three and five years,and LBC every three years were considered to be very cost-effective if they were below China's GDP per capita.The CERs of HPV+LBC were considered to be cost-effective if they were below three times GDP per capita.The incremental cost-effectiveness analysis showed that HPV DNA testing every three and five years,LBC every three years and HPV+LBC every five years were dominant strategies.Conclusions:The findings of this study indicated that HPV DNA testing every five years or LBC every three years should be recommended in urban China.Li Ma Yuying Wang Xiaohong Gao Yi Dai Yu Zhang Zhaojing Wang Xiaoxia Wang Limin Wang Jing Jiang Xinhua Jing Chunxia Yang Fanghui Zhao Jinghe Lang Youlin Qiao 2019Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2019,31,6:4

9Provenance and Tectonic Implications of Paleozoic Strata in the South Yellow Sea Basin, China-Revealed from the Borehole CSDP-2显示文摘Well CSDP-2 is a fully coring deep drilling hole, penetrating the thick Paleozoic marine strata in the South Yellow Sea Basin(SYSB) in the lower Yangtze Block(LYB). Based on the petrological and geochemical analysis of 40 sandstone samples from the core CSDP-2, the provenance and tectonic features of Paleozoic detrital rocks from SYSB are analyzed and systematically delineated in this article. The results show that the Silurian – Carboniferous sandstones are mature sublitharenite, while the Permian sandstones are unstable feldspathic litharenite. The average CIA(chemical index of alteration) is 74.61, which reflects these sediments were derived from source rocks with moderate chemical weathering. The REE(rare earth element) patterns are characterized by LREE enrichment, flat HREE and obviously negative Eu anomaly, which are similar to that of the upper continental crust. Dickinson QFL discrimination results indicate the recycled orogeny provenance. Various diagrams for the discrimination of sedimentary provenance based on major and trace element data show all the sediments were derived predominantly from quartz sedimentary rocks, of which the Permian strata contain more felsic sedimentary rocks. 10Post-transcriptional regulator Rbm47 elevates IL-10 production and promotes the immunosuppression of B cells显示文摘Regulatory B cells(Bregs)are a functionally defined B cell subset,and IL-10 is crucial for the suppressive functions of Bregs.However,little is known regarding how IL-10 production is regulated in B cells.To explore the mechanisms by which IL-10 is regulated in B cells,we used mRNA microarrays to screen for molecules that are upregulated in IL-10-producing B cells and identified RNA-binding motif protein 47(Rbm47)as a post-transcriptional regulator.Rbm47 was found to promote IL-10 production in B cells.We found that Rbm47 promotes the stability of IL-10 mRNA by binding to AU-rich elements in the 3′untranslated region of Il10 mRNA.In addition,we demonstrated that the overexpression of Rbm47 enabled B cells to facilitate Foxp3+regulator T-cell induction and reduce the severity of DSS-induced ulcerative colitis.Taken together,these results suggest that Rbm47 plays an important role in regulating IL-10 at the post-transcriptional level,thus promoting the regulatory functions of B cells.The findings presented in this study not only increase our understanding of the post-translational regulation of IL-10 in B cells but also identify a novel strategy for the potential application of Bregs.Yinxiang Wei Fanghui Zhang Yu Zhang Xiaoqian Wang Chen Xing Jing Guo Hui Zhang Zhimin Suo Yan Li Jianli Wang Renxi Wang Zhijian Cai 2019Cellular & Molecular Immunology2019,16,6:2

12Experimental Investigation on Micro Deep Drawing of Stainless Steel Foils with Different Microstructural Characteristics显示文摘In the present work,austenitic stainless steel(ASS)304 foils with a thickness of 50μm were first annealed at temperatures ranging from 700 to 1100℃for 1 h to obtain different microstructural characteristics.Then the effects of microstructural characteristics on the formability of ASS 304 foils and the quality of drawn cups using micro deep drawing(MDD)were studied,and the mechanism involved was discussed.The results show that the as-received ASS 304 foil has a poor formability and cannot be used to form a cup using MDD.Serious wrinkling problem occurs on the drawn cup,and the height profile distribution on the mouth and the symmetry of the drawn cup is quite non-uniform when the annealing temperature is 700℃.At annealing temperatures of 900 and 950℃,the drawn cups are both characterized with very few wrinkles,and the distribution of height profile,symmetry and mouth thickness are uniform on the mouths of the drawn cups.The wrinkling becomes increasingly significant with a further increase of annealing temperature from 950 to 1100℃.The optimal annealing temperatures obtained in this study are 900 and 950℃for reducing the generation of wrinkling,and therefore improving the quality of drawn cups.With non-optimized microstructure,the distribution of the compressive stress in the circumferential direction of the drawn foils becomes inhomogeneous,which is thought to be the cause of the occurrence of localized deformation till wrinkling during MDD.Jingwei Zhao Tao Wang Fanghui Jia Zhou Li Cunlong Zhou Qingxue Huang Zhengyi Jiang 2021Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2021,34,2:2

17Value of multi-quadrants biopsy:Pooled analysis of 11 population-based cervical cancer screening studies显示文摘Objective:The accuracy of colposcopy-guided biopsy is key to the success of colposcopic triage in cervical cancer screening programs.However,there is no widely adopted biopsy guideline up to date.Our study aimed to determine whether multi-quadrants biopsy improves the yield of cervical lesions.Methods:Eleven population-based cervical cancer screening studies were conducted in China.Cytology,highrisk human papillomavirus(hrHPV)testing and visual inspection were performed for primary screening.Females positive on one or more tests were referred for colposcopy and biopsy.The proportion of detected cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)2+and yields by quadrant lesion-targeted biopsy or 4-quadrant random biopsy were compared.Results:Among 4,923 females included,1,606 had quadrant lesion-targeted biopsy,and 3,317 had 4-quadrant random biopsy.The cumulative CIN2+yield increased from 0.10 for only one quadrant-targeted biopsy to 0.21,0.34,and 0.58 for at most two,three and four quadrants targeted biopsies.Among hrHPV positive females with high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL)+cytology,the cumulative CIN2+yield of a second targeted biopsy in another quadrant was significantly increased(P<0.05).Among hrHPV-negative females,the yield of 4-quadrant random biopsies was 0.005,and the yield by lesion-targeted biopsies was 0.017.For hrHPV positive females who had 4-quadrant random biopsy,the additional CIN2+yield for HSIL+,low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(LSIL)cytology,or abnormal visual inspection via acetic acid and Lugol’s iodine(VIA/VILI)were 0.46,0.11,0.14.Conclusions:A 4-quadrant random biopsy is recommended only for hrHPV positive females with HSIL cytology,and is acceptable if hrHPV positive with LSIL cytology or with abnormal VIA/VILI.Our findings add evidences for an objective and practical biopsy standard to guide colposcopy in cervical cancer screening programs in low-and middle-income countries.Yuqian Zhao Fanghui Zhao Shangying Hu Xun Zhang Wenhua Zhang Qinjing Pan Julia C Gage Rengaswamy Sankaranarayanan Youlin Qiao 2020Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2020,32,3:1

19An Improvement of the Rational Representation for High-Dimensional Systems显示文摘Based on the rational univariate representation of zero-dimensional polynomial systems,Tan and Zhang proposed the rational representation theory for solving a high-dimensional polynomial system,which uses so-called rational representation sets to describe all the zeros of a high-dimensional polynomial system.This paper is devoted to giving an improvement for the rational representation.The idea of this improvement comes from a minimal Dickson basis used for computing a comprehensive Grobner system of a parametric polynomial system to reduce the number of branches.The authors replace the normal Grobner basis G satisfying certain conditions in the original algorithm(Tan-Zhang’s algorithm)with a minimal Dickson basis G_(m) of a Grobner basis for the ideal,where G_(m) is smaller in size than G.Based on this,the authors give an improved algorithm.Moreover,the proposed algorithm has been implemented on the computer algebra system Maple.Experimental data and its performance comparison with the original algorithm show that it generates fewer branches and the improvement is rewarding.XIAO Fanghui LU Dong MA Xiaodong WANG Dingkang 2021Journal of Systems Science & Complexity2021,34,6:1
