1有机阴离子柱撑水滑石的插层组装及超分子结构显示文摘以水滑石Mg4Al2(OH)12CO3.4H2O为前体,采用离子交换法进行插层组装制备了丁二酸、己二酸、十二烷基磺酸、对羟基苯甲酸、苯甲酸和对苯二甲酸柱撑水滑石,并用XRD, FTIR和DTA测试技术对样品进行了表征. 结果表明,通过控制离子交换条件,6种有机酸根离子可以插入水滑石的层间完全取代CO32离子,并形成具有超分子结构的稳定有机阴离子柱撑水滑石.李殿卿 冯桃 Evans D G 段雪 2002过程工程学报2002,2,4:35

5Intentional ingestions of foreign objects among prisoners: A review显示文摘The intentional ingestion of foreign objects(IIFO) is described more commonly in prison populations than in the general population, with an estimated annual incidence of 1 in 1900 inmates in our state correctional facilities. Incidents often involve ingestion of small metal objects(e.g., paperclips, razor blades) or other commonly available items like pens or eating utensils. Despite ingestion of relatively sharp objects, most episodes can be clinically managed with either observation or endoscopy. Surgery should be reserved for those with signs or symptoms of gastrointestinal perforation or obstruction. For those with a history of IIFO, efforts should focus on prevention of recurrenceas subsequent episodes are associated with higher morbidity, significant healthcare and security costs. The pattern of IIFO is often repetitive, with escalation both in frequency of ingestions and in number of items ingested. Little is known about successful prevention strategies, but efforts to monitor patients and provide psychiatric care are potential best-practice strategies. 6Zn-Al-CO_3水滑石晶粒尺寸控制与光屏蔽作用研究显示文摘在旋转液膜反应器中制备成核浆液 ,通过控制晶化温度制备了不同粒径且晶体结构完整的Zn Al CO3水滑石 (LDHs)。将不同粒径的Zn Al CO3LDHs配成质量分数为 0 0 2 %的水分散液 ,测定在紫外 -可见光范围的透过率 ,结果发现 ,随晶化温度的升高 ,LDHs粒径增大 ,样品对紫外及可见光的阻隔作用增强 ;Zn Al CO3LDHs在不同波长下的吸光度与晶体粒子在a轴和c轴方向的尺寸呈线性关系。由外推法求得了Zn Al CO3LDHs对各波长紫外 -可见光产生屏蔽作用的晶粒尺寸阈值。对波长分别为 2 90、3 2 0、40 0、60 0和 80 0nm光波能够产生屏蔽作用的Zn Al CO3LDHs ,其粒子尺寸在a轴方向需分别大于 3 2 92、3 3 77、3 4 77、3 5 5 6、3 5 79nm ;在c轴方向需分别大于 9 73、12 79、16 47、19 3 5、2 0 2 2nm。邢颖 李殿卿 郭灿雄 D G Evans 段雪 2003精细化工2003,20,1:9

11Brugada phenocopy: A new electrocardiogram phenomenon显示文摘Brugada phenocopies(BrP) are clinical entities that are etiologically distinct from true congenital Brugada syndrome. BrP are characterized by type 1 or type 2 Brugada electrocardiogram(ECG) patterns in precordial leads V1-V3. However, BrP are elicited by various un-derlying clinical conditions such as myocardial ischemia, pulmonary embolism, electrolyte abnormalities, or poor ECG filters. Upon resolution of the inciting underlying pathological condition, the BrP ECG subsequently nor-malizes. To date, reports have documented BrP in the context of singular clinical events. More recently, recur-rent BrP has been demonstrated in the context of re-current hypokalemia. This demonstrates clinical repro-ducibility, thereby advancing the concept of this new ECG phenomenon. The key to further understanding the pathophysiological mechanisms behind BrP requires experimental model validation in which these phenom-ena are reproduced under strictly controlled environ-mental conditions. The development of these validation models will help us determine whether BrP are tran-sient alterations of sodium channels that are not repro-ducible with a sodium channel provocative test or al-ternatively, a malfunction of other ion channels. In this editorial, we discuss the conceptual emergence of BrP as a new ECG phenomenon, review the progress made to date and identify opportunities for further investiga-tion. 14Yttrium-90 microsphere selective internal radiation therapy for liver metastases following systemic chemotherapy and surgical resection for metastatic adrenocortical carcinoma显示文摘Adrenocortical carcinoma(ACC)is a rare malignancy with generally poor outcomes and limited treatment options.While surgical resection can be curative for early local disease,most patients present with advanced ACC owing to nonspecific symptoms.For those patients,treatment options include systemic chemotherapy and locoregional therapies including radiofrequency ablation and transarterial chemoembolization.We present the first reported case of utilizing yttrium-90 microsphere selective internal radiation therapy(SIRT)in combination with first line EDP-M(Etoposide,Doxorubicin,Cisplatin,Mitotane)chemotherapy and debulking surgical primary tumor resection for treatment of metastatic ACC.Stable complete radiologic response has been maintained after twelve months with resolution of clinical symptoms.These findings prompt the need for further consideration and studies to elucidate the role of SIRT in combination with systemic and surgical treatment for metastatic ACC.Mina S Makary Lawrence S Krishner Evan J Wuthrick Mark P Bloomston Joshua D Dowell 2018World Journal of Clinical Oncology2018,9,1:2
