| 1 | 国外肺通气功能指标预计值在我国北方地区的适用性显示文摘目的 研究国外肺通气功能指标预计值在我国北方地区的适用性。方法 通过对 2 82 5名受检者肺通气功能指标的分析 ,比较中国东北与国外预计值公式的预计值、实测值 /预计值、肺功能指标异常率。结果 证实中国东北预计值公式计算的男性用力肺活量 (FVC)、 1秒钟用力肺活量占用力肺活量比值 (FEV1 0 %)预计值较国外预计值公式计算的数值偏高 ,1秒钟用力呼气量 (FEV1 0 )偏低 ,且差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;女性的FVC、FEV1 0 和FEV1 0 %预计值偏高 ,且FEV1 0 和FEV1 0 %差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。中国东北预计值公式计算的男性FVC和FEV1 0 %的实测值 /预计值较国外预计值公式计算的数值偏低 ,而FEV1 0 偏高 (P <0 0 5 )。如果采用国外预计值公式 ,将导致判断FVC和FEV1 0 %为“异常”的病例数减少 ,而FEV1 0 “异常”的病例数增多 ;采用中国东北预计值公式计算女性FVC、FEV1 0 和FEV1 0 %的实测值 /预计值较国外公式计算的数值均偏低 ,如采用国外预计值公式 ,将使女性肺功能判定为“异常”的例数减少。结论 建议在使用装有预计值的进口肺功能测定仪时 。 | 吴永会 张忠义 那常筠 林磊光 卢卓扬 E.J Love | 2003 | 工业卫生与职业病2003，29，2： | 11 |
| 2 | 虹鳟鱼鳃及肝脏多种CYP1基因表达模式作为生物标志物监测海河水污染状况显示文摘以虹鳟鱼为受试生物,以鳃与肝脏多种CYP1基因为生物标志物,在天津境内开展了野外监测实验,分析多种CYP1转录物的表达量变化及它们在不同监测位点的表达模式.实验通过鱼类吊网在特定水域进行野外监测.结果表明,葛沽与海河入海口的6种CYP1基因表达模式很相近,但表达量不同,表明两地的污染成分相近似但水中污染物负荷不同.除了在马厂减河外,CYP1C1/C3在葛沽与入海口受到明显诱导作用,表明马厂减河中存在的污染物种类不同于其它监测位点.因此,利用虹鳟鱼鳃与肝脏中多种CYP1基因表达模式作为生物标志物监测污染物有着很好的前景,不仅可以作为研究环境污染物对水环境和鱼类健康影响的重要手段,还可以为进一步解释化学混合物成分与多种生物反应之间关系提供理论基础. | 高锴 闫佩 檀翠玲 罗彦鹤 孙静 Maria E.Jnsson Ingvar Brandt 唐运平 | 2015 | 环境科学2015，36，10： | 3 |
