| 1 | BISAP评分与Ranson评分和CT严重指数预测印度急性胰腺炎患者并发症发生率和病死率的比较研究显示文摘目的:本研究通过印度中东部地区一家三甲医院,前瞻性评估急性胰腺炎严重度床边指数(BISAP)评分预测急性胰腺炎患者病死率及疾病进展中间指标的准确性,从而为贫困人群提供一个经济、有效的预后预测方法。方法:2012-2014年间我们中心连续收治的119例急性胰腺炎患者纳入研究。起病24 h内对所有病例进行BISAP评分,同时也进行Ranson评分和CT严重指数(CTSI)评估。采用趋势和判别分析来对这三种评分系统对病死率的预测价值进行评价。通过受试者操作特征(ROC)曲线评估这三种评分系统对急性胰腺炎患者病死率及疾病进展中间指标(器官衰竭和胰腺坏死)的预测情况。结果:119例入组病例中42例(35.2%)出现器官衰竭,定义为重症急性胰腺炎,47例(39.5%)发生胰腺坏死,12例(10.1%)死亡。BISAP评分预测重症急性胰腺炎、胰腺坏死和死亡的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.962、0.934和0.846。Ranson评分预测重症急性胰腺炎(AUC 0.956)和死亡(AUC 0.841)的准确性稍低于BISAP评分。CTSI在预测胰腺坏死方面的准确性最高,AUC为0.958。以≥3分作为截点,BISAP评分预测病死率的敏感性和特异性分别为100%和69.2%。结论:BISAP评分简单实用,在急性胰腺炎起病24 h内即可鉴别出高危死亡风险及高危疾病进展风险的患者。这种风险分层方法可用以提高临床诊治,并有助于临床研究中的病例入组。 | Jitin Yadav Sanjay Kumar Yadav Satish Kumar Ranjan George Baxla Dipendra Kumar Sinha Pankaj Bodra Ram Chandra Besra Babu Mani Baski Om Prakash Abhinav Anand | 2016 | Gastroenterology Report2016，4，3： | 2 |
| 2 | Estimation of the internal and external damping from the forward and backward spectrum of a rotor with a fatigue crack显示文摘Both internal and external damping are concurrently present in a rotor system.However,the internal damping that originates from various sources often leads to instability in the rotor system,and hence its accurate estimation is crucial.The goal of the present paper is to distinctly estimate both external and internal damping in a Jeffcott rotor containing transverse crack.The modelling of the fatigue crack is based on the assumption of a switching crack,which additionally provides the internal damping due to rubbing on crack faces,which is hardly addressed in literature.Moreover,the fatigue crack leads to the forward and backward whirls due to asymmetry in the rotor.In the process of development of the identification procedure in the form of the regression equation for the estimation of internal damping,other important unknown rotor system parameters,like the external damping,unbalance and loss of stiffness of the shaft due to the crack,are also identified.This reduces the estimation error of the internal damping due to reduction in deviations of other model parameters.Numerically simulated responses are obtained from equations of motion of the rotor system in the form of a closed-form expression and by the Runge-Kutta integration method.The full-spectrum response data(both magnitude and phase)are utilized during the testing of the proposed identification procedure.Phase corrections have been incorporated in the full-spectrum.Measurement noise is added in numerical responses during identification of parameters to check the robustness of the algorithm and found to be working satisfactorily. | Dipendra Kumar Roy Rajiv Tiwari | 2020 | Propulsion and Power Research2020，9，1： | 2 |

| 5 | Highly photostable nanogels for fluorescence-based theranostics显示文摘A novel photo-crosslinkable nanogel is prepared from a biodegradable polymer template with intrinsic photoluminescence and high photostability.The fluorescent nanogels display excellent biodegradability and cytocompatibility owed to the facile synthesis scheme involving a solvent-and surfactant-free onepot reaction,derived entirely from biocompatible monomers citric acid,maleic acid,L-cysteine,and poly(ethylene glycol).The resultant nanogels are less than 200 nm in diameter with a narrow size distribution and monodispersity,and demonstrate long-term structural stability in biological buffer for two weeks.To gauge potential in theranostic applications,the fluorescent nanogels were surface functionalized with biologically active RGD peptides and encapsulated with active anti-cancer drug Doxorubicin,resulting in a pH-responsive controlled drug release in acidic pH resembling tumor environments.The strong fluorescence of the nanogels enabled tracking of targeted drug delivery,showing that drug-loaded nanogels homed into the cytoplasmic regions of prostate cancer cells to significantly induce cell death.These photo-crosslinkable and biodegradable nanogels pose as a strong candidate for theranostic medicine,demonstrating versatile functionalization,high stability in biological buffers,and capacity for real-time fluorescence-based monitoring of targeted drug delivery. | Dipendra Gyawali Jimin P.Kim Jian Yang | 2018 | Bioactive Materials2018，3，1： | 1 |
| 6 | A Short Note on Linkage of Climatic Records between Terai and Mid-mountain of Central Nepal显示文摘The steep North to South (N-S) gradient and complex topography markssignificant variations in the spatial and temporal patterns of climatic variationsurrounding within a few distances in the Nepal Himalayas. Hence,to validate climatic linkages between the stations under two distinct topographicconditions, the study examines the observational climatic data from106m a.s.l. and 1801m a.s.l., as a representative station from a plain andhilly area. Different statistical tools including Pearson correlation analysisand a best-fit regression model were applied to analyze climate data. Theanalysis of 13129 daily average temperature records and 13147 daily totalprecipitation records showed that the variation in their sum and average ofdaily, five days, ten days, and monthly values between the stations in thedifferent elevations marked significantly.Despite these variations, temperaturerecords are measured to be consistent in different altitudes and stronglycorrelated. The precipitation data showed a comparatively weaker correlation.The coefficients (0.85-1.6) with R2>0.50 in the regression models forthe lower elevation and higher elevation station in the mid-mountain regionexcept for the monsoon season. It indicated a similar fluctuation of temperaturebetween these two stations in the respective area.
