The results of a quantitative microstructural characterization of the steel by the whole X-ray pattern fitting Rietveld software, materials analysis using diffraction (MAUD), indicated that the volume fraction of α bcc-martensite increases with increasing AGS. | 8 | OsSCE1 Encoding SUMO E2-Conjugating Enzyme Involves in Drought Stress Response of Oryza sativa显示文摘Small ubiquitin-like modifier(SUMO)-conjugating enzymes are involved in post-translational regulatory processes in eukaryotes, including the conjugation of SUMO peptides to protein substrate(SUMOylation). SUMOylation plays an important role in improving plant tolerance to abiotic stress such as salt, drought, heat and cold. Herein, we reported the isolation of OsSCE1(LOC_Os10 g39120) gene encoding a SUMO-conjugating enzyme from rice(Oryza sativa cv. Nipponbare) and its functional validation in response to drought stress. The E2 enzyme, Os SCE1, is one of three key enzymes involved in the conjugation of SUMO to its target proteins. Activated SUMO is transferred to the cysteine of an E2 enzyme and then to the target lysine residue of the substrate, with or without the help of an E3 SUMO ligase. Expression of OsSCE1 was strongly induced by polyethylene glycol 6000(PEG6000) treatment, which suggested OsSCE1 may be involved in the drought stress response. Overexpression of OsSCE1(OsSCE1-OX) in Nipponbare reduced the tolerance to drought stress. Conversely, the drought tolerance was slightly improved by the knockdown of OsSCE1(OsSCE1-KD). These results were further supported by measurement of proline content in OsSCE1-OX and OsSCE1-KD transgenic lines under induced drought stress, which showed OsSCE1-KD transgenic lines accumulated higher proline content than the wild type, whereas OsSCE1-OX line had lower proline content than the wild type. | 12 | Thermo-magnetic analysis of thick-walled spherical pressure vessels made of functionally graded materials显示文摘This study presents an analytical solution of thermal and mechanical displacements, strains, and stresses for a thick-walled rotating spherical pressure vessel made of functionally graded materials (FGMs). The pressure vessel is subject to axisymmetric mechanical and thermal loadings within a uniform magnetic field. The material properties of the FGM are considered as the power-law distribution along the thickness. Navier’s equation, which is a second-order ordinary differential equation, is derived from the mechanical equilibrium equation with the consideration of the thermal stresses and the Lorentz force resulting from the magnetic field. The distributions of the displacement, strains, and stresses are determined by the exact solution to Navier’s equation. Numerical results clarify the influence of the thermal loading, magnetic field, non-homogeneity constant, internal pressure, and angular velocity on the magneto-thermo-elastic response of the functionally graded spherical vessel. It is observed that these parameters have remarkable effects on the distributions of radial displacement, radial and circumferential strains, and radial and circumferential stresses. | M. A. | 13 | Biomarkers of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy:a systematic review显示文摘Background Current diagnostic criteria for hypoxic–ischemic encephalopathy in the early hours lack objective measurement tools.Therefore,this systematic review aims to identify putative molecules that can be used in diagnosis in daily clinical practice(PROSPERO ID:CRD42021272610).Data sources Searches were performed in PubMed,Web of Science,and Science Direct databases until November 2020.English original papers analyzing samples from newborns>36 weeks that met at least two American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists diagnostic criteria and/or imaging evidence of cerebral damage were included.Bias was assessed by the Newcastle–Ottawa Scale.The search and data extraction were verified by two authors separately.Results From 373 papers,30 met the inclusion criteria.Data from samples collected in the first 72 hours were extracted,and increased serum levels of neuron-specific enolase and S100-calcium-binding protein-B were associated with a worse prognosis in newborns that suffered an episode of perinatal asphyxia.In addition,the levels of glial fibrillary acidic protein,ubiquitin carboxyl terminal hydrolase isozyme-L1,glutamic pyruvic transaminase-2,lactate,and glucose were elevated in newborns diagnosed with hypoxic–ischemic encephalopathy.Moreover,pathway analysis revealed insulin-like growth factor signaling and alanine,aspartate and glutamate metabolism to be involved in the early molecular response to insult.Conclusions Neuron-specific enolase and S100-calcium-binding protein-B are potential biomarkers,since they are correlated with an unfavorable outcome of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy newborns.However,more studies are required to determine the sensitivity and specificity of this approach to be validated for clinical practice. | Ines Caramelo Margarida Coelho Miguel Rosado Carla M.P.Cardoso Alexandra Dinis Carlos B.Duarte Mario Graos Bruno Manadas | 2023 | World Journal of Pediatrics2023，19，6： | 2 |

| 15 | Neutrophile-to-lymphocyte,lymphocyte-to-monocyte,and platelet-tolymphocyte ratios as prognostic and response biomarkers for resectable locally advanced gastric cancer显示文摘BACKGROUND Perioperative fluorouracil plus leucovorin,oxaliplatin,and docetaxel(FLOT)improves prognosis in locally advanced gastric cancer(LAGC).Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte(NLR),lymphocyte-tomonocyte(LMR),and platelet-to-lymphocyte(PLR)ratios are prognostic biomarkers but not predictive factors.AIM To assess blood ratios’(NLR,LMR and PLR)potential predictive response to FLOT and survival outcomes in resectable LAGC patients.METHODS This was a multicentric retrospective study investigating the clinical potential of NLR,LMR,and PLR in resectable LAGC patients,treated with at least one preoperative FLOT cycle,from 12 Portuguese hospitals.Means were compared through non-parametric Mann-Whitney tests.Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis defined the cut-off values as:High PLR>141 for progression and>144 for mortality;high LMR>3.56 for T stage regression(TSR).Poisson and Cox regression models the calculated relative risks/hazard ratios,using NLR,pathologic complete response,TSR,and tumor regression grade(TRG)as independent variables,and overall survival(OS)as the dependent variable.RESULTS This study included 295 patients(mean age,63.7 years;59.7% males).NLR was correlated with survival time(r=0.143,P=0.014).PLR was associated with systemic progression during FLOT(P=0.022)and mortality(P=0.013),with high PLR patients having a 2.2-times higher risk of progression[95% confidence interval(CI):0.89-5.26]and 1.5-times higher risk of mortality(95%CI:0.92-2.55).LMR was associated with TSR,and high LMR patients had a 1.4-times higher risk of achieving TSR(95%CI:1.01-1.99).OS benefit was found with TSR(P=0.015)and partial/complete TRG(P<0.001).Patients without TSR and with no evidence of pathological response had 2.1-times(95%CI:1.14-3.96)and 2.8-times(95%CI:1.6-5)higher risk of death.CONCLUSION Higher NLR is correlated with longer survival time.High LMR patients have a higher risk of decreasing T stage,whereas high PLR patients have higher odds of progressing under FLOT and dying.Patients with TSR and a pathological response have better OS and lower risk of dying. | Tiago Cruz Tomás Ines Eiriz Marina Vitorino Rodrigo Vicente Joao Gramaca Alicia Guadalupe Oliveira Paulo Luz Mafalda Baleiras Ana Sofia Spencer Luísa Leal Costa Patrícia Liu Joana Mendonca Magno Dinis Teresa Padrao Marisol Correia Goncalo Atalaia Michelle Silva Teresa Fiúza | 2022 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology2022，14，7： | 2 |
