2In vivo flow cytometry reveals a circadian rhythm of circulating tumor cells显示文摘Circulating tumor cells(CTCs)is an established biomarker of cancer metastasis.The circulation dynamics of CTCs are important for understanding the mechanisms underlying tumor cell dissemination.Although studies have revealed that the circadian rhythm may disrupt the growth of tumors,it is generally unclear whether the circadian rhythm controls the release of CTCs.In clinical examinations,the current in vitro methods for detecting CTCs in blood samples are based on a fundamental assumption that CTC counts in the peripheral blood do not change significantly over time,which is being challenged by recent studies.Since it is not practical to draw blood from patients repeatedly,a feasible strategy to investigate the circadian rhythm of CTCs is to monitor them by in vivo detection methods.Fluoresce nee in vivo flow cytometry(IVFC)is a powerful optical technique that is able to detect fluoresce nt circulating cells directly in living animals in a noninvasive manner over a long period of time.In this study,we applied fluorescence IVFC to monitor CTCs noninvasively in an orthotopic mouse model of human prostate cancer.We observed that CTCs exhibited stochastic bursts over cancer progression.The probability of the bursting activity was higher at early stages than at late stages.We longitudinally monitored CTCs over a 24-h period,and our results revealed striking daily oscillations in CTC counts that peaked at the onset of the night(active phase for rodents),suggesting that the release of CTCs might be regulated by the circadian rhythm.Xi Zhu Yuanzhen Suo Yuting Fu Fuli Zhang Nan Ding Kai Pang Chengying Xie Xiaofu Weng Meilu Tian Hao He Xunbin Wei 2021Light(Science & Applications)2021,10,6:6

4Engineering rock mechanics practices in the underground powerhouse at JinpingⅠhydropower station显示文摘Based on the analyses of data obtained from the underground powerhouse at Jinping Ⅰ hydropower station,a comprehensive review of engineering rock mechanics practice in the underground powerhouse is first conducted.The distribution of strata,lithology,and initial geo-stress,the excavation process and corresponding rock mass support measures,the deformation and failure characteristics of the surrounding rock mass,the stress characteristics of anchorage structures in the cavern complex,and numerical simulations of surrounding rock mass stability and anchor support performance are presented.The results indicate that the underground powerhouse of Jinping Ⅰ hydropower station is characterized by high to extremely high geo-stresses during rock excavation.Excessive surrounding rock mass deformation and high stress of anchorage structures,surrounding rock mass unloading damage,and local cracking failure of surrounding rock masses,etc.,are mainly caused by rock mass excavation.Deformations of surrounding rock masses and stresses in anchorage structures here are larger than those found elsewhere:20%of extensometers in the main powerhouse record more than 50 mm with the maximum at around 250 mm observed in the downstream sidewall of the transformer hall.There are about 25%of the anchor bolts having recorded stresses of more than 200 MPa.Jinping Ⅰ hydropower plant is the first to have an underground powerhouse construction conducted in host rocks under extremely high geo-stress conditions,with the ratio of rock mass strength to geo-stress of less than 2.0.The results can provide a reference to underground powerhouse construction in similar geological conditions.Aiqing Wu Jimin Wang Zhong Zhou Shuling Huang Xiuli Ding Zhihong Dong Yuting Zhang 2016Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2016,8,5:4
5Identification and differentiation of major components in three different “Sheng-ma” crude drug species by UPLC/Q-TOF-MS显示文摘Cimicifugae Rhizoma(Sheng ma) is a Ranunculaceae herb belonging to a composite family and well known in China,has been widely used in traditional Chinese medicine.The Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China contains three varieties(Cimicifuga dahurica(Turcz.),Cimicifuga foetida L.and Cimicifuga heracleifolia Kom.) which have been used clinically as 'Sheng-ma'.However,the chemical constituents of three components of 'Sheng-ma' have never been documented.In this study,a rapid method for the analysis of the main components of 'Sheng-ma' was developed using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography with quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC/Q-TOF-MS).The present study reveals the major common and distinct chemical constituents of C.dahurica,C.foetida and C.heracleifolia and also reports principal component and statistical analyses of these results.The components were identified by comparing the retention time,accurate mass,mass spectrometric fragmentation characteristic ions and matching empirical molecular formula with that of the published compounds.A total of 32 common components and 8 markers for different 'Sheng-ma' components were identified.These findings provide an important basis for the further study and clinical utilities of the three 'Sheng-ma' varieties.Mengxue Fan Kunming Qin Fei Ding Yuting Huang Xiaoli Wang Baochang Cai 2017Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2017,7,2:4
6Modulating the optical and electrical properties of MAPbBr_(3) single crystals via voltage regulation engineering and application in memristors显示文摘Defect density is one of the most significant characteristics of perovskite single crystals(PSCs)that determines their optical and electrical properties,but few strategies are available to tune this property.Here,we demonstrate that voltage regulation is an efficient method to tune defect density,as well as the optical and electrical properties of PSCs.A three-step carrier transport model of MAPbBr_(3) PSCs is proposed to explore the defect regulation mechanism and carrier transport dynamics via an applied bias.Dynamic and steady-state photoluminescence measurements subsequently show that the surface defect density,average carrier lifetime,and photoluminescence intensity can be efficiently tuned by the applied bias.In particular,when the regulation voltage is 20 V(electrical poling intensity is 0.167 Vμm^(−1)),the surface defect density of MAPbBr_(3) PSCs is reduced by 24.27%,the carrier lifetime is prolonged by 32.04%,and the PL intensity is increased by 112.96%.Furthermore,a voltage-regulated MAPbBr_(3) PSC memristor device shows an adjustable multiresistance,weak ion migration effect and greatly enhanced device stability.Voltage regulation is a promising engineering technique for developing advanced perovskite optoelectronic devices.Jun Xing Chen Zhao Yuting Zou Wenchi Kong Zhi Yu Yuwei Shan Qingfeng Dong Ding Zhou Weili Yu Chunlei Guo 2020Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1:3
7Inflammation-induced inhibition of chaperone-mediated autophagy maintains the immunosuppressive function of murine mesenchymal stromal cells显示文摘Macroautophagy has been implicated in modulating the therapeutic function of mesenchymal stromal cells(MSCs).However,the biological function of chaperone-mediated autophagy(CMA)in MSCs remains elusive.Here,we found that CMA was inhibited in MSCs in response to the proinflammatory cytokines interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α).In addition,suppression of CMA by knocking down the CMA-related lysosomal receptor lysosomal-associated membrane protein 2(LAMP-2A)in MSCs significantly enhanced the immunosuppressive effect of MSCs on T cell proliferation,and as expected,LAMP-2A overexpression in MSCs exerted the opposite effect on T cell proliferation.This effect of CMA on the immunosuppressive function of MSCs was attributed to its negative regulation of the expression of chemokine C-X-C motif ligand 10(CXCL10),which recruits inflammatory cells,especially T cells,to MSCs,and inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS),which leads to the subsequent inhibition of T cell proliferation via nitric oxide(NO).Mechanistically,CMA inhibition dramatically promoted IFN-γplus TNF-α-induced activation of NF-κB and STAT1,leading to the enhanced expression of CXCL10 and iNOS in MSCs.Furthermore,we found that IFN-γplus TNF-α-induced AKT activation contributed to CMA inhibition in MSCs.More interestingly,CMA-deficient MSCs exhibited improved therapeutic efficacy in inflammatory liver injury.Taken together,our findings established CMA inhibition as a critical contributor to the immunosuppressive function of MSCs induced by inflammatory cytokines nd highlighted a previously unknown function of CMA.Jie Zhang Jiefang Huang Yuting Gu Mingxing Xue Fengtao Qian Bei Wang Wanlin Yang Hongshuang Yu Qiwei Wang Xin Guo Xinyuan Ding Jina Wang Min Jin Yanyun Zhang 2021Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,6:3
8Review on grid-forming converter control methods in high-proportion renewable energy power systems显示文摘Grid-forming(GFM)converters can provide inertia support for power grids through control technology,stabilize voltage and frequency,and improve system stability,unlike traditional grid-following(GFL)converters.Therefore,in future“double high”power systems,research on the control technology of GFM converters will become an urgent demand.In this paper,we first introduce the basic principle of GFM control and then present five currently used control strategies for GFM converters:droop control,power synchronization control(PSC),virtual synchronous machine control(VSM),direct power control(DPC),and virtual oscillator control(VOC).These five strategies can independently establish voltage phasors to provide inertia to the system.Among these,droop control is the most widely used strategy.PSC and VSM are strategies that simulate the mechanical characteristics of synchronous generators;thus,they are more accurate than droop control.DPC regulates the active power and reactive power directly,with no inner current controller,and VOC is a novel method under study using an oscillator circuit to realize synchronization.Finally,we highlight key technologies and research directions to be addressed in the future.Yuting Teng Wei Deng Wei Pei Yifeng Li Li Ding Hua Ye 2022Global Energy Interconnection2022,5,3:3

11Damage-Monitoring Forward Equivalent-model Construction of Rosette Eddy Current Sensors显示文摘结构损伤监测对于保证结构安全是极其重要的。针对金属螺栓连接结构中螺栓孔位置处的裂纹损伤定量监测需求,在Goldfine等人的基础之上,该文提出一种花萼状涡流传感器,构建了传感器损伤监测正向等效模型并通过搭建实验装置验证损伤监测正向等效模型准确性并进行误差分析。相对于传统的多层导电结构谐波涡流场的积分/级数解析模型,构建的损伤监测正向等效模型考虑了在高频激励下导线电流密度分布的集肤效应,并可用于互感式涡流传感器建模。实验结果表明:对测量结果经空气标定后,传感器贴于2A12-T4标准试件表面时的模型计算结果和实验结果较为吻合,第1、2和3感应通道的幅值比量模型计算结果误差随频率变化均在10%以内,第4感应通道的幅值比量模型计算结果误差随频率变化在15%以内。DING Hua HE Yuting JIAO Shenbo DU Jingqiang 2013中国电机工程学报2013,33,9:2

14Topological electronic states in HfRuP family superconductors显示文摘Based on the first-principles calculations and experimental measurements,we report that the hexagonal phase of ternary transition metal pnictides TT’X(T=Zr,Hf;T’=Ru;X=P,As),which are well-known noncentrosymmetric superconductors with relatively high transition temperatures,host nontrivial bulk topology.Before the superconducting phase transition,we find that HfRuP belongs to a Weyl semimetal phase with 12 pairs of type-II Weyl points,while ZrRuAs,ZrRuP and HfRuAs belong to a topological crystalline insulating phase with trivial Fu-Kane Z_(2) indices but nontrivial mirror Chern numbers.High-quality single crystal samples of the noncentrosymmetric superconductors with these two different topological states have been obtained and the superconductivity is verified experimentally.The wide-range band structures of ZrRuAs have been identified by ARPES and reproduced by theoretical calculations.Combined with intrinsic superconductivity,the nontrivial topology of the normal state may generate unconventional superconductivity in both bulk and surfaces.Our findings could largely inspire the experimental searching for possible topological superconductivity in these compounds.Yuting Qian Simin Nie Changjiang Yi Lingyuan Kong Chen Fang Tian Qian Hong Ding Youguo Shi Zhijun Wang Hongming Weng Zhong Fang 2019npj Computational Materials2019,,1:1
