| 1 | 折叠式结石拦截器在经皮肾镜取石术中的应用显示文摘目的探讨折叠式结石拦截器在经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)治疗’肾结石中的有效性和安全性。方法回顾分析108例行PCNL肾结石患者临床资料。术中应用折叠式结石拦截器56例,未应用52例。2组患者性别、年龄、结石大小比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。比较2组在结石清除率、手术时间、术中出血量、住院天数和并发症等差异。结果2组结石清除率分别为94.6%(53/56)和82.7%(43/52),手术时间分别为112、142min,出血量为205、245ml,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。2组住院时间分别为2.8、3.0d,并发症发生率分别为16.1%(9/56)和15.4%(8/52),2组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论折叠式结石拦截器使用简单、方便、安全,PCNI。术中能有效阻止结石碎片下滑进入输尿管,提高结石清除率、缩短手术时间、减少手术出血量、不增加手术并发症。 | 陆鸿海 李爱华 Demetrius H Bagley Steve Dong | 2011 | 中华泌尿外科杂志2011，32，1： | 7 |
| 2 | Using experimental data to reduce the single-building sigma of fragility curves:case study of the BRD tower in Bucharest,Romania显示文摘The lack of knowledge concerning modelling existing buildings leads to significant variability in fragility curves for single or grouped existing buildings.This study aims to investigate the uncertainties of fragility curves,with special consideration of the single-building sigma.Experimental data and simplified models are applied to the BRD tower in Bucharest,Romania,a RC building with permanent instrumentation.A three-step methodology is applied:(1)adjustment of a linear MDOF model for experimental modal analysis using a Timoshenko beam model and based on Anderson’s criteria,(2)computation of the structure’s response to a large set of accelerograms simulated by SIMQKE software,considering twelve ground motion parameters as intensity measurements(IM),and(3)construction of the fragility curves by comparing numerical interstory drift with the threshold criteria provided by the Hazus methodology for the slight damage state.By introducing experimental data into the model,uncertainty is reduced to 0.02 considering S d(f1)as seismic intensity IM and uncertainty related to the model is assessed at 0.03.These values must be compared with the total uncertainty value of around0.7 provided by the Hazus methodology. | Matthieu Perrault Philippe Gueguen Alexandru Aldea Sorin Demetriu | 2013 | Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2013，12，4： | 4 |
| 3 | 159例腹腔镜根治性前列腺癌切除术的疗效评估显示文摘目的探讨腹腔镜根治性前列腺切除术的疗效.方法回顾性分析2000年3月至2003年8月159例腹腔镜根治性前列腺切除术患者资料.平均年龄58岁(42~74岁),同时行双侧盆腔淋巴结清扫术57例(35.9%).术前159例患者前列腺活检均确诊为前列腺癌.Gleason肿瘤分级:3+3:129例(81.1%),3+4:23例(14.5%),4+3:4例(2.5%),4+4:3例(1.9%).TNM肿瘤分期:T1c126例(79.3%),T2a 33例(20.7%).结果 159例患者平均手术时间298 min(165~660min).术中估计失血量平均293 ml(50~2500 ml),发生严重并发症15例(9.4%),其中中转开放手术6例(3.8%),无死亡病例.术后病理确诊为前列腺癌158例,1例诊断为良性前列腺增生伴急性前列腺炎.标本切缘阳性34例(21.5%).术后1年53例患者获得随访,术前31例(58.5%)有阴茎勃起功能的患者根据国际阴茎勃起功能指数(ⅡEF-5)评分分组进行术后变化评估.术后ⅡEF-5评分显著下降,各评分组间的差异无统计学意义.36例(67.9%)可通过使用Viagra等药物进行性生活,6例(11.3%)有尿失禁.结论腹腔镜根治性前列腺切除术是一种相对安全、微创、并发症低、术后康复快,同时又能达到肿瘤治疗效果的手术方法.但长期疗效尚待进一步观察. | 李爱华 Demetrius H.Bagley Edouard Trabulsi Deborah T.Glassman Stephen Strup Mark Chang Dolores Shupp-Byrne Leonard G.Gomella | 2005 | 中华泌尿外科杂志2005，26，12： | 4 |

| 7 | 在男吸烟者之中的白血球 DNA methylation 和 colorectal 癌症显示文摘 AIM: To explore the association between methylation in leukocyte DNA and colorectal cancer (CRC) risk in male smokers using the α-tocopherol, β-carotene cancer prevention study. METHODS: About 221 incident CRC cases, and 219controls, frequency-matched on age and smoking intensity were included. DNA methylation of 1505 CpG sites selected from 807 genes were evaluated using Il-lumina GoldenGate Methylation Cancer Panel I in prediagnostic blood leukocytes of study subjects. Tertiles of methylation level classified according to the distribution in controls for each CpG site were used to analyze the association between methylation level and CRC risk with logistic regression. The time between blood draw to cancer diagnosis (classifying cases according to latency) was incorporated in further analyses using proportional odds regression. RESULTS: We found that methylation changes of 31 CpG sites were associated with CRC risk at P<0.01 level. Though none of these 31 sites remained statistically significant after Bonferroni correction, the most statistically significant CpG site associated with CRC risk achieved a Pvalue of 1.0×10-4 . The CpG site is located in DSP gene, and the risk estimate was 1.52 (95% CI: 0.91-2.53) and 2.62 (95% CI: 1.65-4.17) for the second and third tertile comparing with the lowest tertile respectively. Taking the latency information into account strengthened some associations, suggesting that the methylation levels of corresponding sites might change over time with tumor progression. CONCLUSION: The results suggest that the methylation level of some genes were associated with cancer susceptibility and some were related to tumor development over time. The cyclic voltammetry(CV) experiments showed an irreversible oxidation peak at t 1.06 V in 0.1 mol/L BRBS(p H ? 2.0) at 50 m V/s. Different voltammetric scan rates(from 10 to 250 m V/s) suggested that the oxidation of SFD on the GCE was a diffusioncontrolled process. Square-wave voltammetry(SWV) method under optimized conditions showed a linear response to SFD from 5.0 to 74.7 μmol/L(R ? 0.999) with detection and quantification limits of 0.92 and3.10 μmol/L, respectively. The developed SWV method showed better results for detection limit and linear range than the chronoamperometry method.
