1Research on key techniques of expendable conductivity temperature depth measuring system显示文摘This paper analysis the developing of expendable conductivity temperature depth measuring system(XCTD)and introduce its principle of measuring about temperature,salinity and depth of ocean.Some key techniques are put forward.According to the real needs of XCTD,conductivity sensor with high sensitivity is designed by principle of electromagnetic induce,the ocean conductivity from induced electromotive force has been calculated.Adding temperature correction circuit would help to reduce error of conductivity measurement because of sharply changing temperature.Advanced temperature measuring circuit of high precision and the constant current source is used to weaken effect of self-heating of resistance and fluctuation of the source.On respect of remote data transmission,LVDS is a good choice for the purpose of guarantee the quality of data transmitted and the transmission distance is reaching to thousand meters in the seawater.Modular programming method is also brought into this research aimed at improve the stability,reliability and maintainability of the whole measuring system.In February,2015,the trials in South China Sea demonstrate that the developed XCTD realize effective measurement at a speed of 6 knots and detection depth at 800 m.The consistency coefficient of the acquired data is greater than 0.99 and the success rate of probe launching is above 90%.CHEN Guangyuan DU Libin HE Haijing LEI Zhuo ZHANG Qisheng WU Chengxuan 2015Instrumentation2015,2,2:5

3Fruit harvesting continuum manipulator inspired by elephant trunk显示文摘By combining the investigation of the biomechanics and behavior of elephant trunk in the performance of a wide range of dexterous manipulations,a novel approach in the design and kinematics modeling of a fruit harvesting continuum manipulator was proposed.By comparing the structure of two different species of elephant trunk,a new continuum structure which matched the key features of elephant trunk was designed.Based on analysis of the underlying elephant trunk’s grasping mode,a novel kinematics model was proposed.Contrast to traditional robot kinematics which focused on end effector’s position and posture,the proposed continuum manipulator kinematics focus on the center of manipulator’s position and posture,which is more effective when trunk robot realizing grasp and establishes the foundation for its application.Finally,three typical grasping experiments were implemented.The experiment results showed that the manipulator could conduct wrap/pinch manipulations effectively for both small objects and bigger ones.Shao Tiefeng Zhang Libin Du Mingyu Bao Guanjun Yang Qinghua 2015International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2015,8,1:2

5Construction of polysulfides defense system for greatly improving the long cycle life of metal sulfide anodes for sodium-ion batteries显示文摘Metal sulfides are promising anode materials for sodium ion batteries(SIBs)due to their high theoretical specific capacity and abundant source.Nevertheless,significant challenges,including large volume change,sluggish Na^(+)transport kinetics and polysulfides intermediates,have greatly affect their long cycle stability.Unfortunately,the majority of current studies only focus on the first two aspects,but lack of sufficient attention and insights into the effect of polysulfides intermediates.Here,a porous of CoS_(x)(P-CoS_(x))electrode material is fabricated as an example to investigate the influence of polysulfides on its cycling performance.The results show that polysulfides cause a slight loss of reversible capacity during the battery cycling,while the failure of the battery is due to its significant fluctuations in reversible capacity after extensive cycles.Detailed analyses demonstrate that the intense fluctuation in capacity originates from the faster growth of dendrites caused by the reaction of sodium polysulfides with sodium foil and/or the reaction of elemental sulfur with sodium foil to penetrate the separator,resulting in a local short circuit.To suppress these undesirable side reaction,N,S co-doped porous carbon tubes(N,S-PC)rich in C–S and C–N bonds have been added to adsorb polysulfides and alleviate their reaction with sodium foil.As a result,the capacity of the P-CoS_(x) electrode with N,S-PC(P-CoS_(x)/N,S-PC)remains stable without significant fluctuations for 1000 cycles,which is much better than that of the pure P-CoS_(x) electrode(intense fluctuation in capacity after 320 cycles).Our work offers insights into the crucial influence of polysulfides on the cycle performance of the P-CoS_(x) anode and provides a feasible strategy to prolong the cycle life of metal sulfide anode for SIBs.Xucai Yin Yang Ren Libin Wu Zhiguo Zhang Chunyu Du Jiajun Wang Gepin Yin Hua Huo 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,8:1
6Tuning the phase evolution pathway of LiNi_(0.5)Mn_(1.5)O_(4) synthesis from binary intermediates to ternary intermediates with thermal regulating agent显示文摘Transition metal cation ordering is essential for controlling the electrochemical performance of cubic spinel LiNi_(0.5)Mn_(1.5)O_(4)(LNMO),which is conventionally adjusted by optimizing the high temperature sintering and annealing procedures.In this present work,multiple characterization techniques,including 6,7Li NMR,XRD and HRTEM,have been combined to trace the phase transformation and morphology evolution during synthesis.It has been illustrated that simultaneous formation of LiMn_(2)O_(4)(LMO)and LiNiO_(2)(LNO)binary oxides and their conversion into highly reactive LixNi^(3+)_(y)Mn_(3.5+)_(z)O ternary intermediate is a thermal dynamically difficult but crucial step in the synthesis of LNMO ternary oxide.A new strategy of modifying the intermediates formation pathway from binary mode to ternary mode using thermal regulating agent has been adopted.LNMO synthesized with thermal regulating agent exhibits supreme rate capability,long-cycling performance(even at elevated temperature)and excellent capacity efficiency.At a high rate of 100 C,the assembled battery delivers a discharge capacity of 99 mAh g^(-1).This study provides a way to control the formation pathway of complex oxides using thermal regulating agent.Libin Wu Hua Huo Qun Wang Xucai Yin Shu Guo Jiajun Wang Chunyu Du Pengjian Zuo Geping Yin Yunzhi Gao 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,2:1

9UAV search-and-rescue planning using an adaptive memetic algorithm显示文摘The use of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) is becoming more commonplace in search-and-rescue tasks,but UAV search planning can be very complex due to limited response time, large search area, and multiple candidate search modes. In this paper, we present a UAV search planning problem where the search area is divided into a set of subareas and each subarea has a prior probability that the target is present in it. The problem aims to determine the search sequence of the subareas and the search mode for each subarea to maximize the probability of finding the target. We propose an adaptive memetic algorithm that combines a genetic algorithm with a set of local search procedures and dynamically determines which procedure to apply based on the past performance of the procedures measured in fitness improvement and diversity improvement during problem-solving. 123-33 Dose Effects of Neon Irradiation on Root and Hypocotyl Growth of Arabidopsis thaliana显示文摘Arabidopsis thaliana has many advantages for plant research, including a short generation time, small size,large number of offspring, and a relatively small nuclear genome. These advantages promoted deepen scientificinvestigation for various biological issues and characterized many genes using Arabidopsis thaliana[1].In this study, dry seeds of Arabidopsis thaliana were irradiated by neon ion beams from 100 to 500 Gy. Thenabout 10 dry seeds were sown on Murashige and Skoog medium, each treatment group repeated for three times,and all the culture dishes were grown in the culture rooms with the condition of 22?C under 18 h-light/6 h-darkcycle. 14Synergistic effects of plant hormones on spontaneous late-ripening mutant of'Jinghong'peach detected by transcriptome analysis显示文摘Objectives:Peach(Prunus persica L.)is an ancient fruit tree that originated from China.It is the climacteric fruit belonging to genus Prunus in family Rosaceae.Ethylene,which is produced during ripening,accelerates fruit softening,and therefore peaches cannot be stored for a long time.Materials and Methods:To study the mechanism of fruit late ripening,transcriptome analysis of the fruit of a late-ripening mutant of'Jinghong'peach was performed to identify genes and pathways involved in fruit late ripening.Results:A total of 1805,1511,and 2309 genes were found to be differentially expressed in W2_vs_M1,W3_vs_M2,and W3_vs_M3,respectively.Functional enrichment analysis of the differentially expressed genes showed they were related to carotenoid biosynthesis,starch and sucrose metabolism plant hormone signal transduction,flavonoid biosynthesis,and photosynthesis.The expression trends of ripening-related genes that encode transcription factors and plant hormone signal transduction-related genes that encode enzymes were similar.Conclusions:It will help to elucidate the transcriptional regulatory network of fruit development in the spontaneous late-ripening mutant of‘Jinghong’peach and provide a theoretical basis for understanding the molecular regulatory mechanism of fruit ripening.Man Zhang Tingting Du Yarui Yin Hongyan Cao Zhihua Song Mao Ye Yating Liu Yanhong Shen Libin Zhang Qing Yang Dong Meng Junkai Wu 2022Food Quality and Safety2022,6,1:0
15碳离子束辐照橡胶草干种子的生物学效应显示文摘Heavy-ion beams irradiation is one of the principal methods used to create various plant mutants,which are important in plant genetics and gene function research.In present study,dry seeds of Taraxacum kok-saghyz(TKS)were exposed to high-energy carbon-ion beams(Energy:80.55 MeV/u;Dose:0,100,200,300,400,500,600 and 700 Gy)provided by the Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou(HIRFL).Survival rate and the growth of primary root were studied in this research.Results indicated that the carbon-ion beams had inhibition effects on the survival rate and growth of primary root.Both the survival rate and root length of TKS decreased after exposure by carbon-ion beams,and the degree of this inhibition effects enhanced by the increasing dose.More specifically,the growth of seedlings was inhibited seriously when the dose was above 400 Gy,there was nearly no root growth could be observed in 600 and 700 Gy groups(Fig.1).In summary,for high-energy carbon-ion beams,0200 Gy are suitable dosage range for mutation breeding of TKS.Chen Xia Feng Zhuo Du Yan Yu Lixia Li Wenjian Zhou Libin 2018IMP & HIRFL Annual Report2018,,1:0
