| 1 | 高危型HPVE6/E7 mRNA原位杂交对102例宫颈、外阴、肛周及头颈部肿瘤PCR、DNA原位杂交和p16免疫组化染色结果的验证(英)显示文摘调节致癌蛋白E6/E7异常表达在人乳头状瘤病毒的致癌过程中具有一定作用。HPV E6/E7 mRNA原位杂交(RISH)检测包括18种常见高危类型(HR-RISH/HR-HPV RNA 18 ISH),在肛门与生殖器肿瘤中尚未得到广泛的研究。作者对HPV相关肛门与生殖器及头颈部肿瘤中,PCR、P16免疫组化染色和HPV DNA原位杂交检测结果与HR-RISH结果进行比较。共搜集102例病理结果异常病例,其中宫颈鳞状上皮内病变(16 CIN1,25 CIN3,3 AIN1,12 AIN3,9 VIN3)及浸润性鳞状细胞癌(17宫颈癌,2外阴肿瘤,18头颈部肿瘤)及10例病理结果为正常宫颈和15例宫颈慢性炎症(对照组)。 | Mills AM Dirks DC Poulter MD 曹琪(译) 张建中(校) | 2017 | 诊断病理学杂志2017，24，11： | 16 |

| 8 | 使用i-gel 与LaPremiere 一次性喉罩后咽喉与颈部并发症的比较:一项双盲随机对照试验显示文摘背景很多声门上的气道装置都可用于气道管理。由于i.gel 不使用可充气的套囊,我们推测,相对于标准的喉罩(LM),使用i-gel 应该能减少手术后喉部与颈部的不适。方法218例患者被随机分组,分别使用i-gel 或LaPremiere 喉罩进行气道管理,并于手术后1、24和48小时随访患者喉部与颈部的不适症状,随访者和患者对所用通气装置均不知情。结果109例患者应用i-gel,103例患者使用LaPremiere喉罩。与Ⅲ组比较,i—gel组在手术后1小时(6与32)、24小时(7与48)、48小时(5与25)咽喉疼痛的发生率明显减少;出现吞咽困难的情况两组患者相似;i-gel组在手术后24小时(1与27)、48小时(1与7)颈部疼痛的发生率也较少。结论通过本随机研究,使用i-gel声门上装置导致的手术后喉部与颈部的不适小于LaPremiere喉罩。 | Christiaan Keijzer, MD, PhD Dirk R.
