1高危型HPVE6/E7 mRNA原位杂交对102例宫颈、外阴、肛周及头颈部肿瘤PCR、DNA原位杂交和p16免疫组化染色结果的验证(英)显示文摘调节致癌蛋白E6/E7异常表达在人乳头状瘤病毒的致癌过程中具有一定作用。HPV E6/E7 mRNA原位杂交(RISH)检测包括18种常见高危类型(HR-RISH/HR-HPV RNA 18 ISH),在肛门与生殖器肿瘤中尚未得到广泛的研究。作者对HPV相关肛门与生殖器及头颈部肿瘤中,PCR、P16免疫组化染色和HPV DNA原位杂交检测结果与HR-RISH结果进行比较。共搜集102例病理结果异常病例,其中宫颈鳞状上皮内病变(16 CIN1,25 CIN3,3 AIN1,12 AIN3,9 VIN3)及浸润性鳞状细胞癌(17宫颈癌,2外阴肿瘤,18头颈部肿瘤)及10例病理结果为正常宫颈和15例宫颈慢性炎症(对照组)。Mills AM Dirks DC Poulter MD 曹琪(译) 张建中(校) 2017诊断病理学杂志2017,24,11:16
