Insight-HXMT observations of the first binary neutron star merger GW170817显示文摘Finding the electromagnetic(EM) counterpart of binary compact star merger, especially the binary neutron star(BNS) merger,is critically important for gravitational wave(GW) astronomy, cosmology and fundamental physics. On Aug. 17, 2017,Advanced LIGO and Fermi/GBM independently triggered the first BNS merger, GW170817, and its high energy EM counterpart,GRB 170817 A, respectively, resulting in a global observation campaign covering gamma-ray, X-ray, UV, optical, IR, radio as well as neutrinos. The High Energy X-ray telescope(HE) onboard Insight-HXMT(Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope) is the unique high-energy gamma-ray telescope that monitored the entire GW localization area and especially the optical counterpart(SSS17 a/AT2017 gfo) with very large collection area(~1000 cm^2) and microsecond time resolution in 0.2-5 MeV. In addition,Insight-HXMT quickly implemented a Target of Opportunity(ToO) observation to scan the GW localization area for potential X-ray emission from the GW source. Although Insight-HXMT did not detect any significant high energy(0.2-5 MeV) radiation from GW170817, its observation helped to confirm the unexpected weak and soft nature of GRB 170817 A. Meanwhile,Insight-HXMT/HE provides one of the most stringent constraints(~10^(-7) to 10^(-6) erg/cm^2/s) for both GRB170817 A and any other possible precursor or extended emissions in 0.2-5 MeV, which help us to better understand the properties of EM radiation from this BNS merger. Therefore the observation of Insight-HXMT constitutes an important chapter in the full context of multi-wavelength and multi-messenger observation of this historical GW event. | TiPei Li ShaoLin Xiong ShuangNan Zhang FangJun Lu LiMing Song XueLei Cao Zhi Chang Gang Chen Li Chen TianXiang Chen Yong Chen YiBao Chen YuPeng Chen Wei Cui WeiWei Cui JingKang Deng YongWei Dong YuanYuan Du MinXue Fu GuanHua Gao He Gao Min Gao MingYu Ge YuDong Gu Ju Guan ChengCheng Guo DaWei Han Wei Hu Yue Huang Jia Huo ShuMei Jia LuHua Jiang WeiChun Jiang Jing Jin YongJie Jin Bing Li ChengKui Li Gang Li MaoShun Li Wei Li Xian Li XiaoBo Li XuFang Li YanGuo Li ZiJian Li ZhengWei Li XiaoHua Liang JinYuan Liao CongZhan Liu GuoQing Liu HongWei Liu ShaoZhen Liu XiaoJing Liu Yuan Liu YiNong Liu Bo Lu XueFeng Lu Tao Luo Xiang Ma Bin Meng Yi Nang JianYin Nie Ge OU JinLu Qu Na Sai Liang Sun Yin Tan Lian Tao WenHui Tao YouLi Tuo GuoFeng Wang HuanYu Wang Juan Wang WenShuai Wang YuSa Wang XiangYang Wen BoBing WU Mei Wu GuangCheng Xiao He Xu YuPeng Xu LinLi Yan JiaWei Yang Sheng Yang YanJi Yang AiMei Zhang ChunLei Zhang ChengMo Zhang Fan Zhang HongMei Zhang Juan Zhang Qiang Zhang Shu Zhang Tong Zhang Wei Zhang WanChang Zhang WenZhao Zhang Yi Zhang Yue Zhang YiFei Zhang YongJie Zhang Zhao Zhang ZiLiang Zhang HaiSheng Zhao JianLing Zhao XiaoFan Zhao ShiJie Zheng Yue Zhu YuXuan Zhu ChangLin Zou | 2018 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2018,61,3: | 12

Graphitizing N-doped mesoporous carbon nanospheres via facile single atom iron growth for highly efficient oxygen reduction reaction显示文摘Single atom catalyst is of great importance for the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).However, facile preparation of single atom catalyst without using well-designed precursors or labor-intensive acid leaching remains an urgent challenge.Herein,a simple pyrolysis of Fe3+-loaded mesoporous phenolic resin(mPF)-melamine precursor is used to prepare the single atom iron-anchored N-doped mesoporous graphitic carbon nanospheres(Fe/N-MGN).Investigation of the synthesis reveals the appropriate Fe-assisted catalysis effect and mPF template effect, which not only spurs the highly graphitic porous framework of Fe/N-MGN with plentiful pyridinic N/graphitic N,but also assures the dispersed single atom Fe anchoring without elaborated procedures. As a result, the as-synthesized Fe/N-MGN demonstrates high catalytic activity, good durability and excellent methanol tolerance for ORR.This work promises a facile method to regulate the graphitic carbon growth and single atom Fe loading for the highly efficient electrocatalysis. | Yunshi Xu Liping Zhu Xuexue Cui Mingyu Zhao Yaling Li Leilei Chen Weicun Jiang Ting Jiang Shuguang Yang Yi Wang | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,3: | 5
Multi-modal anti-counterfeiting and encryption enabled through silicon-based materials featuring pH-responsive fluorescence and room-temperature phosphorescence显示文摘Nano Research volume 13,pages1614–1619(2020)Cite this article 236 Accesses Metrics details Abstract Optical silicon(Si)-based materials are highly attractive due to their widespread applications ranging from electronics to biomedicine. It is worth noting that while extensive efforts have been devoted to developing fluorescent Si-based structures, there currently exist no examples of Si-based materials featuring phosphorescence emission, severely limiting Si-based wide-ranging optical applications. To address this critical issue,we herein introduce a kind of Si-based material,in which metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)are in-situ growing on the surface of Si nanoparticles(SiNPs)assisted by microwave irradiation.Of particular significance, the resultant materials,i.e.,MOFs-encapsulated SiNPs(MOFs@SiNPs)could exhibit pH-responsive fluorescence, whose maximum emission wavelength is red-shifted from 442 to 592 nm when the pH increases from 2 to 13.More importantly, distinct room-temperature phosphorescence(maximum emission wavelength:505 nm)could be observed in this system, with long lifetime of 215 ms.Taking advantages of above-mentioned unique optical properties, the MOFs@SiNPs are further employed as high-quality anti-counterfeiting inks for advanced encryption. In comparison to conventional fluorescence anti-counterfeiting techniques(static fluorescence outputs are generally used, thus being easily duplicated and leading to counterfeiting risk),pH-responsive fluorescence and room-temperature phosphorescence of the resultant MOFs@SiNPs-based ink could offer advanced multi-modal security, which is therefore capable of realizing higher-level information security against counterfeiting. | Jinhua Wang Bin Song Jiali Tang Guyue Hu Jingyang Wang Mingyue Cui Yao He | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,6: | 3
A highly selective fluorescent probe for real-time imaging of UDP-glucuronosyltransferase 1A8 in living cells and tissues显示文摘Uridine diphosphate(UDP)-glucuronosyltransferases(UGTs)are enzymes involved in the biotransformation of important endogenous compounds such as steroids, bile acids, and hormones as well as exogenous substances including drugs, environmental toxicants, and carcinogens. Here,a novel fluorescent probe BDMP was developed based on boron-dipyrromethene(BODIPY)with high sensitivity for the detection of UGT1A8.The glucuronidation of BDMP not only exhibited a redemission wavelength(lex/lem=500/580 nm),but also displayed an excellent UGT1A8-dependent fluorescence signal with a good linear relationship with UGT1A8 concentration.Based on this perfect biocompatibility and cell permeability,BDMP was successfully used to image endogenous UGT1A8 in human cancer cell lines(LoVo and HCT15)in real time.In addition,BDMP could also be used to visualize UGT1A8 in tumor tissues. These results suggested that BDMP is a promising molecular tool for the investigation of UGT1A8-mediated physiological function in humans. | Mingyue Zhu Zhenhao Tian Lingling Jin Xiaokui Huo Chao Wang Jingnan Cui Yan Tian Xiangge Tian Lei Feng | 2022 | Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2022,16,1: | 3

Facile growth of ultra-small Pd nanoparticles on zeolite-templated mesocellular graphene foam for enhanced alcohol electrooxidation显示文摘Labor-saving preparation of highly active electrocatalysts for alcohols oxidation, especially for the ethylene glycol and glycerol electrooxidation is of great importance for the development of fuel cells. Herein, mesocellular graphene foam (MGF) constructed by ultrathin nanosheets were prepared using lamellar MCM-22 zeolite as template and then ultra-small Pd NPs were facile grew on it via the stabilizer-free synthesis. Detailed characterizations showed that the obtained Pd/MGF had large surface area, hierarchical porous architecture, semi-graphitic framework and dispersed Pd NPs an chori ng. Electrochemical measurements dem on strated that Pd/MGF possessed the higher catalytic activity (1.7-2.9 fold higher) and stability for the different alcohols electrooxidation, especially for the ethylene glycol and glycerol electrooxidation in the alkaline solution, than the commercial Pd/C (10 wt.%) catalyst. Reaction kinetics analysis revealed the expanded diffusion-controlled process of Pd/MGF as compared to Pd/C. These findings promised a potential electrocatalyst for direct alcohol fuel cells (DAFC), especially for the direct ethylene glycol or glycerol fuel cells with high energy density. | Xuexue Cui Yaling Li Mingyu Zhao Yunshi Xu Leilei Chen Shuguang Yang Yi Wang | 2019 | Nano Research2019,12,2: | 1
Auxin signaling module OsSK41-OsIAA10-OsARF regulates grain yield traits in rice显示文摘Auxin is an important phytohormone in plants, and auxin signaling pathways in rice play key roles in regulating its growth, development, and productivity. To investigate how rice grain yield traits are regulated by auxin signaling pathways and to facilitate their application in rice improvement, we validated the functional relationships among regulatory genes such as OsIAA10, OsSK41, and OsARF21 that are involved in one of the auxin(OsIAA10) signaling pathways. We assessed the phenotypic effects of these genes on several grain yield traits across two environments using knockout and/or overexpression transgenic lines.Based on the results, we constructed a model that showed how grain yield traits were regulated by OsIAA10 and OsTIR1, OsAFB2, and OsSK41 and OsmiR393 in the OsSK41-OsIAA10-OsARF module and by OsARF21 in the transcriptional regulation of downstream auxin response genes in the OsSK41-OsIAA10-OsARF module. The population genomic analyses revealed rich genetic diversity and the presence of major functional alleles at most of these loci in rice populations. The strong differentiation of many major alleles between Xian/indica and Geng/japonica subspecies and/or among modern varieties and landraces suggested that they contributed to improved productivity during evolution and breeding. We identified several important aspects associated with the genetic and molecular bases of rice grain and yield traits that were regulated by auxin signaling pathways. We also suggested rice auxin response factor(OsARF) activators as candidate target genes for improving specific target traits by overexpression and/or editing subspecies-specific alleles and by searching and pyramiding the ‘best' gene allelic combinations at multiple regulatory genes in auxin signaling pathways in rice breeding programs. | Fuying Ma Fan Zhang Yu Zhu Dengyong Lan Peiwen Yan Ying Wang Zejun Hu Xinwei Zhang Jian Hu Fuan Niu Mingyu Liu Shicong He Jinhao Cui Xinyu Yuan Ying Yan Shujun Wu Liming Cao Hongwu Bian Jinshui Yang Zhikang Li Xiaojin Luo | 2023 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2023,65,7: | 1

Achieving high strength-ductility synergy in a Mg_(97)Y_(1)Zn_(1)Ho_(1) alloy via a nano-spaced long-period stacking-ordered phase显示文摘Achieving high strength in Mg alloys is usually accompanied by ductility loss. Here,a novel Mg97Y1Zn1Ho1 at.%alloy with a yield strength of 403 MPa and an elongation of 10%is developed. The strength-ductility synergy is obtained by a comprehensive strategy, including a lamella bimodal microstructure design and the introduction of nano-spaced solute-segregated 14H long-period stacking-ordered phase(14H LPSO phase)through rare-earth Ho alloying. The lamella bimodal microstructure consists of elongated un-recrystallized(un-DRXed)coarse grains and fine dynamically-recrystallized grains(DRXed regions). The nano-spaced solute-segregated 14H LPSO phase is distributed in DRXed regions. The outstanding yield strength is mainly contributed by grain-boundary strengthening,18R LPSO strengthening, and fiberlike reinforcement strengthening from the nano-spaced 14H LPSO phase. The high elongation is due primarily to the combined effects of the bimodal and lamellar microstructures through enhancing the work-hardening capability. | Mingyu Fan Ye Cui Yang Zhang Xinghao Wei Xue Cao Peter K.Liaw Yuansheng Yang Zhongwu Zhang | 2023 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2023,11,4: | 1

Mediating role of resilience in the relationship between COVID-19 related stigma and mental health among COVID-19 survivors:a cross-sectional study显示文摘Background The global coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has caused many negative effects on physical and mental health of patients who have survived COVID-19.Apart from some long-lasting physical sequelae, those COVID-19 survivors are also suffering stigma and discrimination at different levels around the world. The current study aims to assess the role resilience played in stigma and mental disorders among COVID-19 survivors. Methods The cross-sectional study was carried out among former COVID-19 patients in Jianghan District(Wuhan,China)from June 10 to July 25,2021.The demographic questions, the Impact of Events Scale-Revised,the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Questionnaire, the Patient Health Questionnaire, the Resilience Style Questionnaire and the Short Version of COVID-19 Stigma Scale of 12 items were used to collect relevant information of the participants.Descriptive analyses,Pearson correlation analysis and Structural Equation Modeling were used to make data description and analysis. Results A total of 1541 out of 1601 COVID-19 survivors(887 females and 654 males)were included in the analysis.Perceived stigma of those COVID-19 survivors correlates significantly with anxiety(r=0.335,P<0.001),depression(r=0.325,P<0.001)and post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)(r=0.384,P<0.001).It has a direct effect on COVID-19 survivors’anxiety(β=0.326,P<0.001),depression(β=0.314,P<0.001),PTSD(β=0.385,P<0.001)and their resilience(β=−0.114,P<0.01).Resilience partially mediated the association between perceived stigma and anxiety(β=0.020,P<0.01),depression(β=0.020,P<0.01),and PTSD(β=0.014,P<0.01)among COVID-19 survivors. Conclusion Stigma has a significant negative impact on mental health, while resilience plays a mediator role in the relationship between stigma and mental health among COVID-19 survivors.Based on our study,we suggested that when designing psychological interventions for COVID-19 survivors, consideration should be taken into account to reduce stigma and improve resilience. | Weijun Xiao Xiaoyang Liu Hao Wang Yiman Huang Zhenwei Dai Mingyu Si Jiaqi Fu Xu Chen Mengmeng Jia Zhiwei Leng Dan Cui Winnie W.S.Mak Liming Dong Xiaoyou Su | 2023 | Infectious Diseases of Poverty2023,12,2: | 0
Effects of Ulva prolifera dissipation on the offshore environment based on remote sensing images and field monitoring data显示文摘Outbreaks of Ulva prolifera have continued in the South Yellow Sea of China(SYS)since 2007,becoming a serious marine ecological disaster.Large amounts of U.prolifera drift to the coast of the Shandong Peninsula to dissipate under the action of southeast monsoons and ocean surface currents. This causes serious harm to the ecological environment and economic activities of coastal cities. To investigate the impact of U.prolifera dissipation, this study extracted the spatiotemporal distribution of U.prolifera in the SYS from 2012 to 2020 based on the Google Earth Engine. The outbreak cycle of U.prolifera was determined by fitting analysis of outbreak time and coverage area through MATLAB.This study also looked at the effect of U.prolifera dissipation on water quality through field monitoring data. The results showed that the growth curve of the U.prolifera has a significant Gaussian distribution. The U.prolifera dissipates in Haiyang,China,in July and August every year and affects the offshore environment.Water quality parameters of seawater at different depths had significant differences after the U.prolifera dissipation.Changes in pH,chemical oxygen demand, nitrite nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, chlorophyll a,total phosphorus, and suspended solids were more significant in surface seawater than in deeper water.Changes in the concentrations of dissolved oxygen and total nitrogen were more significant in the deep seawater(1.63 and 1.1 times higher than those in the surface seawater, respectively). The dissipation of U.prolifera releases a large amount of carbon and nitrogen into the seawater, which provides rich nutrients for phytoplankton and may cause secondary disasters such as red tide. These findings are useful for further understanding the rules of U.prolifera dissipation,as well as preventing and controlling green tide disasters. | Longxiao Zheng Mengquan Wu Jie Zhao Shaopeng Luan Dongliang Wang Wei Jiang Mingyue Xue Jiayan Liu Yating Cui | 2023 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2023,42,6: | 0

Artificial optical microfingerprints for advanced anticounterfeiting显示文摘Artificial optical microfingerprints, known as physically unclonable functions(PUFs)offer a groundbreaking approach for anti-counterfeiting.However,these PUFs artificial optical microfingerprints suffer from a limited number of challenge-response pairs, making them vulnerable to machine learning(ML)attacks when additional error-correcting units are introduced. This study presents a pioneering demonstration of artificial optical microfingerprints that combine the advantages of PUFs,a large encoding capacity algorithm, and reliable deep learning authentication against ML attacks. Our approach utilizes the triple-mode PUFs,incorporating bright-field,multicolor fluorescence wrinkles, and the topography of surface enhanced Raman scattering in the mechanical and optical layers.Notably, the quaternary encoding of these PUFs artificial microfingerprints allows for an encoding capacity of 6.43×10^(24082) and achieves 100%deep learning recognition accuracy.Furthermore, the PUFs artificial optical microfingerprints exhibit high resilience against ML attacks, facilitated by generative adversarial networks(GAN)(with mean prediction accuracy of~85.0%).The results of this study highlight the potential of utilizing up to three PUFs in conjunction with a GAN training system, paving the way for achieving encoded information that remains resilient to ML attacks. | Xueke Pang Qiang Zhang Jingyang Wang Xin Jiang Menglin Wu Mingyue Cui Zhixia Feng Wenxin Xu Bin Song Yao He | 2024 | Nano Research2024,17,5: | 0

Transfer learning enhanced graph neural network for aldehyde oxidase metabolism prediction and its experimental application显示文摘Aldehyde oxidase(AOX)is a molybdoenzyme that is primarily expressed in the liver and is involved in the metabolism of drugs and other xenobiotics.AOX-mediated metabolism can result in unexpected outcomes, such as the production of toxic metabolites and high metabolic clearance, which can lead to the clinical failure of novel therapeutic agents.Computational models can assist medicinal chemists in rapidly evaluating the AOX metabolic risk of compounds during the early phases of drug discovery and provide valuable clues for manipulating AOX-mediated metabolism liability. In this study,we developed a novel graph neural network called AOMP for predicting AOX-mediated metabolism.AOMP integrated the tasks of metabolic substrate/non-substrate classification and metabolic site prediction, while utilizing transfer learning from 13C nuclear magnetic resonance data to enhance its performance on both tasks.AOMP significantly outperformed the benchmark methods in both cross-validation and external testing.Using AOMP,we systematically assessed the AOX-mediated metabolism of common fragments in kinase inhibitors and successfully identified four new scaffolds with AOX metabolism liability, which were validated through in vitro experiments.Furthermore, for the convenience of the community,we established the first online service for AOX metabolism prediction based on AOMP,which is freely available at http://gffzz614802becf7e49c4sb0onb5wkqn5v609c.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn. | Jiacheng Xiong Rongrong Cui Zhaojun Li Wei Zhang Runze Zhang Zunyun Fu Xiaohong Liu Zhenghao Li Kaixian Chen Mingyue Zheng | 2024 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2024,14,2: | 0
