3Exploring traffic safety climate with driving condition and driving behaviour:a random parameter structural equation model approach显示文摘This study aimed to explore traffic safety climate by quantifying driving conditions and driving behaviour.To achieve the objective,the random parameter structural equation model was proposed so that driver action and driving condition can address the safety climate by integrating crash features,vehicle profiles,roadway conditions and environment conditions.The geo-localized crash open data of Las Vegas metropolitan area were collected from 2014 to 2016,including 27 arterials with 16827 injury samples.By quantifying the driving conditions and driving actions,the random parameter structural equation model was built up with measurement variables and latent variables.Results revealed that the random parameter structural equation model can address traffic safety climate quantitatively,while driving conditions and driving actions were quantified and reflected by vehicles,road environment and crash features correspondingly.The findings provide potential insights for practitioners and policy makers to improve the driving environment and traffic safety culture.Daiquan Xiao Xiaofei Jin Xuecai Xu Changxi Ma Quan Yuan 2021Transportation Safety and Environment2021,3,3:0
4Fabrication and characterization of AlGaN/GaN HEMTs with high power gain and efficiency at 8 GHz显示文摘State-of-the-art AlGaN/GaN high electron mobility structures were grown on semi-insulating 4H-SiC substrates by MOCVD and X-band microwave power high electron mobility transistors were fabricated and characterized.Hall mobility of 2291.1 cm^(2)/(V·s)and two-dimensional electron gas density of 9.954×10^(12)cm^(-2)were achieved at 300 K.The HEMT devices with a 0.45-μm gate length exhibited maximum drain current density as high as 1039.6 mA/mm and peak extrinsic transconductance of 229.7 mS/mm.The f_(T)of 30.89 GHz and f_(max)of 38.71 GHz were measured on the device.Load-pull measurements were performed and analyzed under(-3.5,28)V,(-3.5,34)V and(-3.5,40)V gate/drain direct current bias in class-AB,respectively.The uncooled device showed high linear power gain of 17.04 dB and high power-added efficiency of 50.56%at 8 GHz when drain biased at(-3.5,28)V.In addition,when drain biased at(-3.5,40)V,the device exhibited a saturation output power dens-ity up to 6.21 W/mm at 8 GHz,with a power gain of 11.94 dB and a power-added efficiency of 39.56%.Furthermore,the low f_(max)/f_(T)ratio and the variation of the power sweep of the device at 8 GHz with drain bias voltage were analyzed.Quan Wang Changxi Chen Wei Li Yanbin Qin Lijuan Jiang Chun Feng Qian Wang Hongling Xiao Xiufang Chen Fengqi Liu Xiaoliang Wang Xiangang Xu Zhanguo Wang 2021Journal of Semiconductors2021,42,12:0

6LncRNA109897-JrCCR4-JrTLP1b forms a positive feedback loop to regulate walnut resistance against anthracnose caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides显示文摘Walnut anthracnose induced by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides is a disastrous disease that severely restricts the development of the walnut industry in China.Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)are involved in adaptive responses to disease,but their roles in the regulation of walnut anthracnose resistance response are not well defined.In this study,transcriptome analysis demonstrated that a C.gloeosporioides-induced lncRNA,lncRNA109897,located upstream from the target gene JrCCR4,upregulated the expression of JrCCR4.JrCCR4 interacted with JrTLP1b and promoted its transcriptional activity.In turn,JrTLP1b induced the transcription of lncRNA109897 to promote its expression.Meanwhile,transient expression in walnut leaves and stable transformation of Arabidopsis thaliana further proved that lncRNA,JrCCR4,and JrTLP1b improve the resistance of C.gloeosporioides.Collectively,these findings provide insights into the mechanism by which the lncRNA109897-JrCCR4-JrTLP1b transcriptional cascade regulates the resistance of walnut to anthracnose.Rui Zhou Yuhui Dong Changxi Wang Jianning Liu Qiang Liang Xiaoye Meng Xinya Lang Shengyi Xu Wenjun Liu Shuhui Zhang Nan Wang Ke Qiang Yang Hongcheng Fang 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,6:0
7Twelve-week study of moxa smoke: occupational exposure in female rats显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To assess the toxicity of moxa smoke in rats.METHODS: Forty-eight female Wister rats were randomly divided into 4 groups(n = 12/group) to simulate moxa smoke exposure in Chinese medicine clinics(CMCs): the control group, and three moxa-smoke exposed groups of PM10 mass concentrations 3-5, 7-9 and 27-30 mg/m^3, respectively.These concentrations were 1 ×, 2-3 ×, and 7-9 ×fold the concentrations found in CMCs. Exposures continued for 12 weeks(200 min/d, 5 d/week).RESULTS: No deaths were noted. After the exposure, the body weights, ratios of organ weight to body weight, urinary parameters, hematological parameters, clinical chemistry parameters and microscopic examinations revealed no obvious toxicity.CONCLUSION: Moxa smoke did not induce toxic effects in female rats in the study.
