1小尺度土壤养分的空间变异及其影响因素探讨—以江苏省无锡市典型城乡交错区为例显示文摘以江苏省无锡市城乡交错区为例,在8km2范围内,采集102个土壤表层样,利用地统计学和G IS相结合的方法,研究了土壤全量和速效氮、磷、钾的空间变异特征,并对其影响因素进行了探讨。结果表明土壤养分空间变异程度从大到小依次为:土壤全氮>土壤全磷>土壤速效磷>土壤速效氮>土壤速效钾>土壤全钾。土壤全氮空间变异受到土壤类型的影响,土壤全磷的空间变异与居民点分布有关,土壤全钾空间变异与土壤粘粒关系最密切。土壤全量养分和相应的速效养分具有显著相关关系,在空间分布上,也分别存在不同程度的相似性。同时土壤全磷和土壤速效养分受土地利用影响也较大。研究还表明,城乡交错区土壤氮、磷流失风险增加,需要实施有效措施控制氮、磷肥料的过度施用。赵彦锋 史学正 于东升 黄标 王洪杰 赵永存 Ingrid born Karin Blombck 2006土壤通报2006,37,2:48
2工业型城乡交错区农业土壤Cu、Zn、Pb和Cd的空间分布及影响因素研究显示文摘在江苏省无锡市工业型城乡交错区,选择8 km2区域,采集119个土壤样品,对土壤Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd及其有效态含量的空间分布和影响因素进行探讨。结果表明:该区土壤Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd含量和变异系数都明显增加,土壤有效态重金属含量与相应的全量重金属含量具有显著相关性。土壤Cu、Zn、Cd空间变异主要受到工业影响,但由于该区工业类型的多样性和工厂分布的分散性,Cu、Zn、Cd空间分布模式并不相同。本区土壤Pb的分布与工厂分布的相关性不大,但随与城市距离增加而降低。公路和土地利用与土壤重金属含量的关系表现不明显。该区工业污染对土壤重金属空间变异的影响可能掩盖了公路和土地利用等的影响,建议在城乡交错区合理安排工业布局以控制土壤受重金属污染的范围。赵彦锋 史学正 于东升 黄标 王洪杰 孙志英 赵永存 Ingrid born Karin Blombck 2007土壤学报2007,44,2:31
3Long-term outcome and prognostic factors of patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the long-term outcome and prognostic factors of patients with hilar cholangiocarinoma. METHODS: Ninety-six consecutive patients underwent treatment for malignant hilar bile duct tumors during 1995–2005. Of the 96 patients, 20 were initially treated with surgery (n = 2 R0 / n = 18 R1). In non-operated patients, data analysis was performed retrospectively. RESULTS: Among the 96 patients, 76 were treated with endoscopic transpapillary (ERC, n = 45) and/or percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage (PTBD, n = 31). The mean survival time of these 76 patients undergoing palliative endoscopic and/or percutaneous drainage was 359 ± 296 d. The mean survival time of patients with initial bilirubin levels > 10 mg/dL was significantly lower (P < 0.001) than patients with bilirubin levels < 10 mg/dL. The mean survival time of patients with Bismuth stage Ⅱ (n = 8), Ⅲ (n = 28) and Ⅳ (n = 40) was 496 ± 300 d, 441 ± 385 d and 274 ± 218 d, respectively. Thus, patients with advanced Bismuth stage showed a reduced mean survival time, but the difference was not significant. The type of biliary drainage had no significant beneficial effect on the mean survival time (ERC vs PTBD, P = 0.806). CONCLUSION: Initial bilirubin level is a significant prognostic factor for survival of patients. In contrast, age, tumor stage according to the Bismuth-Corlette classification, and types of intervention are not significant prognostic parameters for survival. 4太湖典型河网区地表水与沉积物氮、磷和重金属含量空间分异显示文摘将无锡城乡交错区河网分为城镇生活区水巷、工业区主河道、农业区主河道、农业区支流和鱼塘5种类型区。通过秋季(旱季)和夏季(雨季)2次采样,研究氮、磷和Cu、Zn、Pb、Cr、Cd在地表水和沉积物中的含量及其空间变化。结果表明:(1)城乡交错区地表水氮、磷来源于生活污染和工业污染的比例大于农田,同时具有来源分散、污染面广的特征。(2)由于城镇地表径流和工业活动影响,各类型区地表水重金属含量均有不同程度提高。但地表水重金属主要沿主河道迁移,旱季和雨季主河道重金属含量均大于农业区支流,而且随着与城镇距离增加,主河道沉积物重金属含量迅速降低,重金属污染影响范围较小。(3)与重金属相比,地表水氮、磷污染仍是太湖水网区主要的环境问题。但城镇及其周围河流沉积物中富集的重金属含量很高,其潜在环境风险不容忽视。赵彦锋 史学正 于东升 黄标 王洪杰 Ingrid born Karin Blombck 2007生态与农村环境学报2007,23,1:13
5城乡交错区蔬菜生态系统氮循环的数值模拟研究显示文摘GLEAMS是美国农业部开发的一个模拟农田氮磷循环的模型,主要用来评价农田管理措施的环境效益。本研究运用GLEAMS模型模拟了南京市东郊蔬菜生态系统的氮素循环,将氮素的主要来源和去向作了系统的分类和量化。模拟结果表明,从2003年7月到2005年7月,该区蔬菜生态系统通过施肥施入氮素3750kghm^-2,降水与灌溉水引入氮素57.0kghm^-2;氮素的输出主要有:淋溶1100kghm^-2、流失43.0kghm^-2、作物吸收960kghm^-2、氨态氮挥发260kghm^-2和反硝化913kghm^-2,氮素盈余531kghm^-2;并且计算出该区作物对氮素的吸收利用率仅为21.6%~25.2%。研究表明,该区农业生产对地下水环境的污染较大,农业生产系统的肥料利用率较低。本模拟研究为探索农田最佳施肥量,以及如何改善生态环境奠定了基础。张东升 史学正 于东升 黄标 赵永存 黄耀 Ingrid born Martin Larsson 2007土壤学报2007,44,3:6

7Sieving characteristics of cytokine-and peroxide-induced epithelial barrier leak:Inhibition by berberine显示文摘AIM:To study whether the inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)colon which exhibits varying severity and cytokine levels across its mucosa create varying types of transepithelial leak.METHODS:We examined the effects of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin-1-β(IL1β)and hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2)-singly and in combinations-on barrier function of CACO-2 cell layers.Our focus was on the type(not simply the magnitude)of transepithelial leak generated by these agents as measured by transepithelial electrical resistance(TER)and transepithelial flux of ^(14)C-D-mannitol,3H-Lactulose and ^(14)C-Polyethylene glycol as radiolabeled probe molecules.The isoquinoline alkaloid,berberine,was then examined for its ability to reduce specific types of transepithelial leak.RESULTS:Exposure to TNF-α alone(200 ng/mL;48 h)induced a 50% decrease in TER,i.e.,increased leak of Na^+ and Cl--with only a marginal but statistically significant increase in transepithelial leak of ^(14)C-mannitol(Jm).Exposure to TNF-α + IFN-γ(200 ng/mL;48 h)+ IL1β(50 ng/mL;48 h)did not increase the TER change(from TNF-α alone),but there was now a 100% increase in J_m.There however was no increase in transepithelial leak of two larger probe molecules,~3H-lactulose and ^(14)C-polyethylene glycol(PEG).However,exposure to TNF-α + IFN-γ + IL1β followed by a 5 h exposure to2 mmol/L H_2O_2 resulted in a 500% increase in ^(14)C-PEG leak as well as leak to the luminal mitogen,epidermal growth factor.CONCLUSION:This model of graded transepithelial leak is useful in evaluating therapeutic agents reducing IBD morbidity by reducing barrier leak to various luminal substances.Katherine M DiGuilio Christina M Mercogliano Jillian Born Brendan Ferraro Julie To Brittany Mixson Allison Smith Mary Carmen Valenzano James M Mullin 2016World Journal of Gastrointestinal Pathophysiology2016,7,2:6

16Support for research towards understanding the population health vulnerabilities to vector-borne diseases:increasing resilience under climate change conditions in Africa显示文摘Background:Diseases transmitted to humans by vectors account for 17%of all infectious diseases and remain significant public health problems.Through the years,great strides have been taken towards combatting vectorborne diseases(VBDs),most notably through large scale and coordinated control programmes,which have contributed to the decline of the global mortality attributed to VBDs.However,with environmental changes,including climate change,the impact on VBDs is anticipated to be significant,in terms of VBD-related hazards,vulnerabilities and exposure.While there is growing awareness on the vulnerability of the African continent to VBDs in the context of climate change,there is still a paucity of research being undertaken in this area,and impeding the formulation of evidence-based health policy change.Main body:One way in which the gap in knowledge and evidence can be filled is for donor institutions to support research in this area.The collaboration between the WHO Special Programme for Research and Training in Tropical Diseases(TDR)and the International Centre for Research and Development(IDRC)builds on more than 10 years of partnership in research capacity-building in the field of tropical diseases.From this partnership was born yet another research initiative on VBDs and the impact of climate change in the Sahel and sub-Saharan Africa.This paper lists the projects supported under this research initiative and provides a brief on some of the policy and good practice recommendations emerging from the ongoing implementation of the research projects.Conclusion:Data generated from the research initiative are expected to be uptaken by stakeholders(including communities,policy makers,public health practitioners and other relevant partners)to contribute to a better understanding of the impacts of social,environmental and climate change on VBDs(i.e.the nature of the hazard,vulnerabilities,exposure),and improve the ability of African countries to adapt to and reduce the effects of these changes in ways that benefit their most vulnerable populations.Bernadette Ramirez on behalf of the TDR-IDRC Research Initiative on Vector Borne Diseases and Climate Change 2017Infectious Diseases of Poverty2017,6,1:2
