1The R-and AR-indices:Complementing the h-index显示文摘Based on the foundation laid by the h-index we introduce and study the R- and AR-indices. These new indices eliminate some of the disadvantages of the h-index, especially when they are used in combina-tion with the h-index. The R-index measures the h-core’s citation intensity, while AR goes one step further and takes the age of publications into account. This allows for an index that can actually in-crease and decrease over time. We propose the pair (h, AR) as a meaningful indicator for research evaluation. 2THz spectra of five borates crystals显示文摘Terahertz spectral responses have been studied for five borate crystals Na5[B2P3O13] (NBP), Zn3BPO (ZBP), SrB4O7 (SBO), Na3La9O3(BO 3)8 (NLBO) and PbB4O7 (PBO). It is found that the samples had good transmission in 0.25―1.5 THz region. Both SBO and NLBO have an absorption coefficient less than 10 cm1. Among them, SBO has not only the smallest absorption coefficient but also a very flat dispersion in the frequency region under investigation. Distinct resonance absorption peaks are observed for ZBP at ν1 = 1.4 THz, ν2 = 2.0 THz and SBO at ν = 2.4 THz. In the spectrum of PBO, two abnormal dispersions appear in the frequency regions 1.44―1.74 and 2.2―2.5 THz. The absorption coefficients and refraction indices of the five crystals are extracted from the THz time-domain (THz-TDS) spectra in 0.25―2.5 THz region. 3Study on the onset temperature of a standing-wave thermoacoustic engine based on circuit network theory显示文摘Onset mechanism is one of the most fundamental issues in thermoacoustic field.However,the onset conditions and the phenomena happening in the onset process have not been well explained theoretically.In this paper,a novel model based on the circuit network analogy is proposed to predict the onset temperature of a standing-wave thermoacoustic engine.The activity and instability criteria are proposed to be the onset criteria in the model.The influences of the porosity of the heat exchanger and the stack,and the length of the resonant tube on the onset temperature are analyzed.The calculated results are in agreement with the experimental results,which indicates that the activity and instability criteria can be used to predict the onset conditions of a thermoacoustic engine.QIU LiMin LAI BiHui ZHAO YiTao SUN DaMing ZHANG XueJun LI YanFeng 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,10:2

8Structures,properties,and challenges of emerging 2D materials in bioelectronics and biosensors显示文摘Bioelectronics are powerful tools for monitoring and stimulating biological and biochemical processes,with applications ranging from neural interface simulation to biosensing.The increasing demand for bioelectronics has greatly promoted the development of new nanomaterials as detection platforms.Recently,owing to their ultrathin structures and excellent physicochemical properties,emerging two-dimensional(2D)materials have become one of the most researched areas in the fields of bioelectronics and biosensors.In this timely review,the physicochemical structures of the most representative emerging 2D materials and the design of their nanostructures for engineering highperformance bioelectronic and biosensing devices are presented.We focus on the structural optimization of emerging 2D material-based composites to achieve better regulation for enhancing the performance of bioelectronics.Subsequently,the recent developments of emerging 2D materials in bioelectronics,such as neural interface simulation,biomolecular/biomarker detection,and skin sensors are discussed thoroughly.Finally,we provide conclusive views on the current challenges and future perspectives on utilizing emerging 2D materials and their composites for bioelectronics and biosensors.This review will offer important guidance in designing and applying emerging 2D materials in bioelectronics,thus further promoting their prospects in a wide biomedical field.Fan Chen Qing Tang Tian Ma Bihui Zhu Liyun Wang Chao He Xianglin Luo Sujiao Cao Lang Ma Chong Cheng 2022InfoMat2022,4,5:1

13Structure instability and high microwave dielectric permittivity of nonstoichiometric(Sr_(0.4)Ce_(0.4))_(1-x)Nd_(x)Ti_(0.8)Mg_(0.2)O_(3)system for wireless communication显示文摘(Sr_(0.4)Ce_(0.4))_(1-x)Nd_(x)Ti_(0.8)Mg_(0.2)O_(3)[(SC)NdTMgO3,x=0.1-0.4]non-stoichiometric system were obtained through conventional solid-state synthesis technique.All perovskite peaks were attributed to either single(x<0.3)and/or mixed(x=0.4)like phases.A solid solution of cubic structure was obtained for x<0.2,however,for x>0.3,the(SC)NdTMgO3 compound,exhibits structure instability and(200)/(310)peaks splitting.The peaks splitting indicates cubic(C-phase)to tetrogonal(T-phase)structure phase transition.All ceramic samples appear nearly dense,presenting a non-uniform grain size distribution.The observed trend of the microwave dielectric properties(er,tf,Q×f)is mainly related to the formation of structure phase transition,packing fraction,relative density and ionic polarizability.A key microwave(MW)dielectric properties of er=53,Q×f=26,700 GHz and tf=+2.8 pmm/℃could be obtained for composition with x=0.4.Burhan Ullah Wen Lei Xianwei Wang Bihui Zhang Wen-Zhong Lu 2021Journal of Materiomics2021,7,1:1
