6Multivariety and multimanufacturer drug identification based on near-infrared spectroscopy and recurrent neural network显示文摘Near-infrared(NIR)spectral analysis,which has the advantages of rapidness,nondestruction and high-efficiency,is widely used in the detection of feed,food and mineral.In terms of qualitative identification,it can also be used for the discriminant analysis of medicines.Long short-term memory(LSTM)neural network,bidirectional long short-term memory(BiLSTM)neural network and gated recurrent unit(GRU)network are variants of the recurrent neural network(RNN).The potential relationship between nonlinear features learned from the sequence by these variants is used to complete the missions infields such as natural language processing,signal classification and video analysis.Since the effect of these variants in drug identification is still to be studied,this paper constructs a multiclassifier of these three variants,using compoundα-keto acid tablets produced by four manufacturers and repaglinide tablets produced by five manufacturers as the research object.Then,the paper analyzes the impacts of seven different preprocessed methods on the drug NIR data by constructing different layers of LSTM,BiLSTM and GRU networks and compares different classification model indicators and training time of each model.When the spectrum data are pre-processed by z-score normalization,the GRU-3 model has the best accuracy in all models.The BiLSTM models are better for analyzing high coincidence data.The method proposed in this paper can be further extended to other NIR spectroscopy data sets.Wenjie Zeng Yunqi Qiu Yanting Huang Qingping Sun Zhuoya Luo 2022Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2022,15,4:0
7High-performance supercapacitors based on Ni_(2)P@CNT nanocomposites prepared using an ultrafast microwave approach显示文摘We present a one-step route for the preparation of nickel phosphide/carbon nanotube(Ni_(2)P@CNT)nanocomposites for supercapacitor applications using a facile,ultrafast(90 s)microwave-based approach.Ni2P nanoparticles could grow uniformly on the surface of CNTs under the optimized reaction conditions,namely,a feeding ratio of 30:50:25 for CNT,Ni(NO_(3))_(2)-6H_(2)O,and red phosphorus and a microwave power of 1000 W for 90 s.Our study demonstrated that the single-step microwave synthesis process for creating metal phosphide nanoparticles was faster and simpler than all the other existing methods.Electrochemical results showed that the specific capacitance of the optimal Ni2P@CNT-nanocomposite electrode displayed a high specific capacitance of 854 F•g^(-1) at 1 A•g^(-1) and a superior capacitance retention of 84% after 5000 cycles at 10 Ag^(-1).Finally,an asymmetric supercapacitor was assembled using the nanocomposite with activated carbon as one electrode(Ni_(2)P@CNT//AC),which showed a remarkable energy density of 33.5 W•h•kg^(-1) and a power density of 387.5 W·kg^(-1).This work will pave the way for the microwave synthesis of other transition metal phosphide materials for use in energy storage systems.Yunrui Tian Haishun Du Shatila Sarwar Wenjie Dong Yayun Zheng Shumin Wang Qingping Guo Jujie Luo Xinyu Zhang 2021Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2021,15,4:0
8Experimental study on sand particles accumulation,migration and separation efficiency in slug catcher显示文摘Sand production often leads to the failure of production equipment on offshore platform.Therefore,a new idea has been put forward,which is installing cyclone or baffle in the internal of the slug catcher for better sand control.In this paper,an experimental study is presented,which mainly includes sand particles accumulation shape,migration law and separation performance.The results suggest that the accumulation area is mainly divided into two zones:the crowded settlement zone and the free settlement zone.The crowded settlement zone has a special shape,which can be characterized by two parameters:accumulation length and accumulation angle.Axial sampling analysis shows obvious particle classification.Median particle size decreases with the increase of the axial distance,and the range of particle size distribution narrows gradually.The separation experiment shows that the gas velocity has the greatest influence on the separation efficiency.When the gas velocity is 14 m·s^ 1,the separation efficiency drops sharply,which can be abated by installing cyclone separator.In addition,the separation efficiency tends to be a constant under different gas velocities by installing baffle with appropriate height.Then the effectiveness and rationality of installing internal components can be strongly proved.All these provide important guidance for maximizing the sand control function of the slug catcher.Xianchao Liang Limin He Xiaoming Luo Qingping Li Yuanpeng You Yiqiu Xu 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,4:0
