| 1 | 印度支那地块第三纪构造滑移与青藏高原岩石圈构造演化显示文摘印度支那地块于早第三纪至中新世发生大规模地向东南方向走滑,同时伴随着15°顺时针旋转。青藏高原及邻区晚自垩世以来的古地磁古构造及地质年代学研究新成果,说明青藏高原岩石圈的构造演化过程,即古新世初印度板块与欧亚大陆的南缘拉萨地块碰撞,至49 Ma左右印度与拉萨地块发生全面拼合,随着印度板块进一步向北挤压,从碰撞期至16 Ma,印度支那地块沿红河大型走滑断裂发生侧向滑移;印度与“欧亚大陆”之间的构造缩短通过岩右圈板块沿着大型走滑断裂系的挤出以及板块间的消减得到调整。青藏高原大规模的岩石圈构造缩短很可能始于中新世27 Ma左右沿着早期陆块间的接合带发生。一些事实还说明青藏高原的总体隆起很可能是通过10 Ma前后和3 Ma以后多期非均匀隆升形成的。 | 杨振宇 Jean Besse 孙知明 赵越 | 1998 | 地质学报1998，72，2： | 39 |

| 6 | 高级别胶质瘤放、化疗耐药性可能与microRNAs相关(英文)显示文摘High-grade gliomas(HGGs) are malignant primary brain tumors of glial cell origin.Despite optimal course of treatment,including maximal surgical resection followed by adjuvant chemo-and/or radiotherapy,the prognosis still remains poor.The main reason is the commonly occurring chemo-and radioresistance of these tumors.In recent years,several signaling pathways,especially PI3K/AKT and ATM/CHK2/p53,have been linked to the resistance of gliomas.Moreover,additional studies have shown that these pathways are significantly regulated by microRNAs(miRNAs),short endogenous RNA molecules that modulate gene expression and control many biological processes including apoptosis,proliferation,cell cycle,invasivity,and angiogenesis.MiRNAs are not only highly deregulated in gliomas,their expression signatures have also been shown to predict prognosis and therapy response.Therefore,they present promising biomarkers and therapeutic targets that might overcome the resistance to treatment and improve prognosis of glioma patients.In this review,we summarize the current knowledge of the functional role of miRNAs in gliomas resistance to chemo-and radiotherapy. | Besse A Sana J Fadrus P Slaby O | 2013 | 中华神经外科疾病研究杂志2013，12，2： | 3 |
| 7 | Cystic meconium peritonitis with jejunoileal atresia:Is it associated with unfavorable outcome?显示文摘AIM To compare the outcome between patients with jejunoileal atresia(JIA) associated with cystic meconium peritonitis(CMP) and patients with isolated JIA(JIA without CMP).METHODS A retrospective study was conducted for all neonates with JIA operated in our institute from January 2005 to January 2016.Demographics including the gestation age,sex,birth weight,age at operation,the presence of associated syndrome was recorded.Clinical outcome including the type of operation performed,operative time,the need for reoperation and mortality were studied.The demographics and the outcome between the 2 groups were compared.RESULTS During the study period,53 neonates had JIA underwent operation in our institute.Seventeen neonates(32%) were associated with CMP.There was no statistical difference on the demographics in the two groups.Patients with CMP had earlier operation than patients with isolated JIA(mean 1.4 d vs 3 d,P = 0.038).Primaryanastomosis was performed in 16 patients(94%) with CMP and 30 patients(83%) with isolated JIA(P = 0.269).Patients with CMP had longer operation(mean 190 min vs 154 min,P = 0.004).There were no statistical difference the need for reoperation(3 vs 6,P = 0.606) and mortality(2 vs 1,P = 0.269) between the two groups.CONCLUSION Primary intestinal anastomosis can be performed in94% of patients with JIA associated with CMP.Although patients with CMP had longer operative time,the mortality and reoperation rates were low and were comparable to patients with isolated JIA. | Kin Wai Edwin Chan Kim Hung Lee Hei Yi Vicky Wong Siu Yan Bess Tsui Yuen Shan Wong Kit Yi Kristine Pang Jennifer Wai Cheung Mou Yuk Him Tam | 2017 | World Journal of Clinical Pediatrics2017，6，1： | 3 |

| 9 | Fresh Amniotic Membrane Transplantation Combined Lamellar Keratoplasty for Patients with Recurrent Mooren's Ulcer显示文摘Purpose: To investigate the possibility of amniotic membrane as an immunologicalinsulating band to reduce the recurrent frequency of Mooren's ulcer.Methods: Twelve cases(12 eyes)with recurrent Mooren's Ulcer were observed. Amongthem, 4 cases(4 eyes)were male and 8 cases(8 eyes) female, ranging in age between 26and 51 years[mean(41 ± 3)years]. Three eyes recurred once, 5 eyes twice, and 4 eyesthree before. Eleven of 12 cases (11/12 eyes)with frequently recurrent Mooren's ulcerunderwent lamellar keratoplasty combined amniotic membrane transplantation(AMT).One patient who had entire corneal ulceration accepted AMT alone.Results: Follow-up time is 12 to 29 months, [mean (23 ± 6) months]. Before AMT, therecurrent frequency of Mooren's Ulcer of all cases after corneal surgery was 1 ~ 7 months[mean(3 ± 2)months]. Nine of 12 eyes with lamellar keratoplasty combined AMT did notrecur within the observation period; 2 eyes recurred 11 months after the surgery. Threemonths postoperatively, neovascularization was observed, which made it nearly impossibleto decipher between amniotic membrane and its nearby conjunctiva, only at the junctionof the transplant can some trails be observed. One case with entire AMT alone showedgraft resolution and neovascularization in 1 month.Conclusion:AMT combined with lamellar keratoplasty and lesion excision may delayrecurrence of Mooren's Ulcer, reduce its recurrent frequency. Besides the effects ofdecreasing inflammation, it may have immunological insulating function as well. | 12 | Green Design Studio: A modular-based approach for high-performance building design显示文摘A modular-based Green Design Studio(GDS)platform has been developed in this study for fast and accurate performance analysis for early stage green building design.The GDS platform aims to simplify the design and analysis process by embedding performance parameters into design elements in modules and employing near-real-time model for whole building performance simulation as well as by providing an easy-to-use and intuitive user interface to assist users without extensive knowledge on building physics.The platform consists of building modules as fundamental building blocks,performance predicting models,and a user interface for visualization and interactive design.In the platform,a whole building is composed of modules organized in a hierarchical structure,including spaces,enclosures,service systems,sustainable resource systems and sites.Both physics-based and data-driven models can be used to simulate the building performance and optimize building systems.A simplified physics-based model,the Resistance–Capacitance(RC)model,has been proposed as a generic simulation model for the flows of heat,air,moisture and pollutants,which is significantly faster than conventional simulation tools such as EnergyPlus,and hence more practical for use in real-time design interaction and optimization.A pilot case study is conducted to illustrate the modular-based design approach using a section of an office building.Compared to conventional building performance analysis tools,the GDS platform can provide fast and reliable feedback on performance prediction for early design.The modular approach makes it easier to modify the building design and evaluate the potentials and contributions of various green design features and technologies. | Jialei Shen Bess Krietemeyer Amber Bartosh Zhi Gao Jianshun Zhang | 2021 | Building Simulation2021，14，2： | 2 |

| 16 | Use of laparoscopy as the initial surgical approach of impalpable testes:10-year experience显示文摘AIM: To review the experience in the management of impalpable testes using laparoscopy as the initial approach and the need for inguinal exploration.METHODS: From January 2004 to June 2014, 339 patients with undescended testes underwent operation in our institute. Fifty patients(15%) had impalpable testes. All children with impalpable testes underwent initial laparoscopy. A retrospective review was conducted on this group of patients and the outcome was analyzed.RESULTS: Forty children had unilateral impalpable testis. Ten children had bilateral impalpable testes. Thirty-one children(78%) in the unilateral group underwent subsequent inguinal exploration while 4 children(40%) in the bilateral group underwent inguinal exploration(P < 0.05). Orchidopexy was performed in 16 children(40%) in the unilateral group and 9 children(90%) in the bilateral group(P < 0.05). Regarding the 24 children with unilateral impalpable testis and underwent orchidectomy for testicular nubbin(n = 19) or atrophic testes(n = 2) or has vanishing testes(n = 3); contralateral testicular hypertrophy was noticed in 10(41%). No intra-operative complication was encountered. Two children after staged Fowler-Stephensprocedure and 1 child after inguinal orchidopexy had atrophic testes.CONCLUSION: The use of laparoscopy in children with impalpable testes is a safe procedure and can guide the need for subsequent inguinal exploration. Children with unilateral impalpable testis were associated with an increased need for inguinal exploration after laparoscopy.
