| 1 | Research and development in agricultural robotics:A perspective of digital farming显示文摘Digital farming is the practice of modern technologies such as sensors,robotics,and data analysis for shifting from tedious operations to continuously automated processes.This paper reviews some of the latest achievements in agricultural robotics,specifically those that are used for autonomous weed control,field scouting,and harvesting.Object identification,task planning algorithms,digitalization and optimization of sensors are highlighted as some of the facing challenges in the context of digital farming.The concepts of multi-robots,human-robot collaboration,and environment reconstruction from aerial images and ground-based sensors for the creation of virtual farms were highlighted as some of the gateways of digital farming.It was shown that one of the trends and research focuses in agricultural field robotics is towards building a swarm of small scale robots and drones that collaborate together to optimize farming inputs and reveal denied or concealed information.For the case of robotic harvesting,an autonomous framework with several simple axis manipulators can be faster and more efficient than the currently adapted professional expensive manipulators.While robots are becoming the inseparable parts of the modern farms,our conclusion is that it is not realistic to expect an entirely automated farming system in the future. | Redmond Ramin Shamshiri Cornelia Weltzien Ibrahim A.Hameed Ian J.Yule Tony E.Grift Siva K.Balasundram Lenka Pitonakova Desa Ahmad Girish Chowdhary | 2018 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,4: | 17 |
| 2 | Simulation software and virtual environments for acceleration of agricultural robotics:Features highlights and performance comparison显示文摘Research efforts for development of agricultural robots that can effectively perform tedious field tasks have grown significantly in the past decade.Agricultural robots are complex systems that require interdisciplinary collaborations between different research groups for effective task delivery in unstructured crops and plants environments.With the exception of milking robots,the extensive research works that have been carried out in the past two decades for adaptation of robotics in agriculture have not yielded a commercial product to date.To accelerate this pace,simulation approach and evaluation methods in virtual environments can provide an affordable and reliable framework for experimenting with different sensing and acting mechanisms in order to verify the performance functionality of the robot in dynamic scenarios.This paper reviews several professional simulators and custom-built virtual environments that have been used for agricultural robotic applications.The key features and performance efficiency of three selected simulators were also compared.A simulation case study was demonstrated to highlight some of the powerful functionalities of the Virtual Robot Experimentation Platform.Details of the objects and scenes were presented as the proof-of-concept for using a completely simulated robotic platform and sensing systems in a virtual citrus orchard.It was shown that the simulated workspace can provide a configurable and modular prototype robotic system that is capable of adapting to several field conditions and tasks through easy testing and debugging of control algorithms with zero damage risk to the real robot and to the actual equipment.This review suggests that an open-source software platform for agricultural robotics will significantly accelerate effective collaborations between different research groups for sharing existing workspaces,algorithms,and reusing the materials. | Redmond Ramin Shamshiri Ibrahim A.Hameed Lenka Pitonakova Cornelia Weltzien Siva K.Balasundram Ian J.Yule Tony E.Grift Girish Chowdhary | 2018 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,4: | 11 |
| 3 | 炭梅叶精油的化学成分分析与抗氧化、抑菌活性研究显示文摘采用GC/MS技术分析了超山炭梅品种杨梅叶精油的化学组成,确定了各成分的化学结构和在精油中的相对含量,并采用DPPH·清除和硫代巴比妥酸法测定了精油的抗氧化能力,以滤纸片琼脂扩散法测定抗菌活性。结果表明:杨梅叶精油共鉴定出38种成分,占总峰面积的98.57%;主要由单萜烯烃和倍半萜类组成,石竹烯、草烯2种成分占78.41%;并含有微量的醛类、醚类、醇类、酯类、酮类和烷类等物质。杨梅叶精油浓度大于0.025 mg/mL后,其对DPPH·清除能力超过了同浓度的Vc水平,其对卵黄脂质过氧化清除能力相当于同浓度的强抗氧化剂2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)的54.5%~86.0%,表现出较强的抗氧化活性。杨梅叶精油对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和酿酒酵母等微生物均有抑制作用,且随浓度增加抑制作用增强,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用最强。杨梅叶精油的抗氧化和抗菌特性研究,有望将其开发成药学、食品工业天然抗菌剂和食品防腐添加剂。 | 杨君 吴俊清 Lenka Langhansova 蒋健 尹洁 朱丽云 张拥军 | 2014 | 食品科技2014,39,1: | 10 |
| 4 | Hepatic phenotypes of HNF1B gene mutations:A case of neonatal cholestasis requiring portoenterostomy and literature review显示文摘Hepatocyte nuclear factor 1-β(HNF1B)defects cause renal cysts and diabetes syndrome(RCAD),or HNF1B-maturity-onset diabetes of the young.However,the hepatic phenotype of HNF1B variants is not well studied.We present a female neonate born small for her gestational age[birth weight 2360 g;-2.02standard deviations(SD)and birth length 45 cm;-2.40 SD at the 38th gestational week].She developed neonatal cholestasis due to biliary atresia and required surgical intervention(portoenterostomy)when 32-d old.Following the operation,icterus resolved,but laboratory signs of liver dysfunction persisted.She had hyperechogenic kidneys prenatally with bilateral renal cysts and pancreatic hypoplasia postnatally that led to the diagnosis of an HNF1B deletion.This represents the most severe hepatic phenotype of an HNF1B variant recognized thus far.A review of 12 published cases with hepatic phenotypes of HNF1B defects allowed us to distinguish three severity levels,ranging from neonatal cholestasis through adult-onset cholestasis to noncholestatic liver impairment,all of these are associated with congenital renal cysts and mostly with diabetes later in life.We conclude that to detect HNF1B variants,neonates with cholestasis should be checked for the presence of renal cysts,with special focus on those who are born small for their gestational age.Additionally,patients with diabetes and renal cysts at any age who develop cholestasis and/or exocrine pancreatic insufficiency should be tested for HNF1B variants as the true etiological factor of all disease components.Further observations are needed to confirm the potential reversibility of cholestasis in infancy in HNF1B mutation/deletion carriers. | Radana Kotalova Petra Dusatkova Ondrej Cinek Lenka Dusatkova Tomas Dedic Tomas Seeman Jan Lebl Stepanka Pruhova | 2015 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2015,21,8: | 7 |
| 5 | Evaluation of SNPs in miR-196-a2, miR-27a and miR-146a as risk factors of colorectal cancer显示文摘AIM: To investigate whether selected single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in miR-196a2, miR-27a and miR146a genes are associated with sporadic colorectal cancer (CRC).METHODS: In order to investigate the effect of these SNPs in CRC, we performed a case-control study of 197 cases of sporadic CRC and 212 cancer-free controls originating from the Central-European Caucasian population using TaqMan Real-Time polymerase chain reaction and allelic discrimination analysis. RESULTS: The genotype and allele frequencies of SNPs were compared between the cases and the controls. None of the performed analysis showed any statistically significant results. | 6 | 杨梅叶挥发油的季节变化规律及其药用价值分析显示文摘目的:分析不同季节杨梅叶挥发油(Myrica rubra leaves volatile oils,MVO)的化学成分变化规律,探讨其抗癌抑菌等生物活性及药用价值。方法:通过水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,利用GC-MS技术表征挥发油的季节差异性,并通过MTT法分析对人肺癌细胞A549增殖抑制作用,琼脂扩散法分析对6种细菌的抑菌活性。结果:春、夏、秋和冬四季杨梅叶挥发油提取得率为每100 g 0.09∽0.13 m L,分别鉴定出39、30、28和41种成分,其中有16种萜烯、醇、醛、酮、酸和酯类物质存在于所有的叶片中。β-石竹烯和α-葎草烯是杨梅叶挥发油的主要成分,β-石竹烯含量的季节变化规律为冬季(43%)〉春季(28.9%)〉秋季(22.9%)〉夏季(19.02%),α-葎草烯含量的季节变化规律为秋季(39.8%)〉春季(31.5%)〉冬季(26.02%)〉夏季(25.1%)。另外挥发油中含量超过15%的成分有秋季挥发油中的γ-雪松烯和夏季挥发油中的喇叭烯氧化物-(Ⅱ),此2种成分在不同的季节中含量变化差异显著,氧化石竹烯含量在春冬两季含量大于4%,秋季未检出,除此以外其他成分含量均较低。MTT实验结果表明,杨梅叶挥发油对细胞A549增殖的抑制随作用时间增加而增强,且冬季挥发油对肿瘤细胞具有较强的细胞毒活性。抑菌实验表明杨梅叶挥发油对革兰氏阳性菌的抑制作用强于对革兰氏阴性菌,而冬季挥发油抑菌效果强于其他3个季节,对变形杆菌和沙门氏菌的抑制能力较弱。结论:杨梅叶挥发油具有抑菌、抗癌等药物开发前景,且在冬季杨梅叶挥发油作用最为显著。 | 吴俊清 朱丽云 尹洁 杨君 高永生 张拥军 张春苗 Lenka Langhansova Tomas Vanek 楼纪东 | 2015 | 药物分析杂志2015,35,7: | 5 |
| 7 | In Silico Characterization and Homology Modeling of Thylakoidbound Ascorbate Peroxidase from a Drought Tolerant Wheat Cultivar显示文摘Ascorbate peroxidase,a haem protein (EC 1.11.1.11),efficiently scavenges hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in cytosol and chloroplasts of plants.In this study,a fulllength coding sequence of thylakoid-bound ascorbate peroxidase cDNA (TatAPX) was cloned from a drought tolerant wheat cultivar C306.Homology modeling of the TatAPX protein was performed by using the template crystal structure of chloroplastic ascorbate peroxidase from tobacco plant (PDB: 1IYN).The model structure was further refined by molecular mechanics and dynamic methods using various tools such as PROCHECK,ProSA and Verify3D.The predicted model was then tested for docking with H2O2,the substrate for TatAPX enzyme.The results revealed that Arg233 and Glu255 in the predicted active site of the enzyme are two important amino acid residues responsible for strong hydrogen bonding affinity with H2O2,which might play an important role in scavenging of H2O2 from the plant system. | A. | 11 | 甘蓝型油菜种子和角果皮中硫苷含量的动态变化及转录组关联分析显示文摘【目的】探索甘蓝型油菜不同发育时期种子和角果皮硫苷含量的动态变化规律,通过转录组关联分析解析控制硫苷含量变异的遗传机制。【方法】在由113个油菜品种构成的自然群体中,利用高效液相色谱法检测不同发育时期油菜种子及角果皮中的硫苷含量。提取油菜幼嫩叶片m RNA并进行m RNA-Seq测序,开发了355 536个单核苷酸多态性标记(SNP)和116 098个基因表达量标记(GEM)。将开发的SNPs和GEMs分别导入到混合线性模型(MLM)和回归分析模型中进行关联分析,获得与油菜硫苷表型变异显著相关的遗传位点,进一步通过序列比对和功能预测筛选确定候选基因。【结果】授粉后15 d(15 DAP),油菜种子和角果皮的硫苷含量变异范围分别是1.69—20.45和1.47—25.23μmol·g^(-1)。25 DAP种子、25 DAP角果皮以及成熟种子的硫苷变异范围分别是2.17—147.21、0.73—130.77和8.87—111.83μmol·g^(-1)。后两个时期(即25 DAP和成熟期)的硫苷含量表现出较大变异,适合进行转录组关联分析。基于m RNA-Seq测序数据,经质量控制后获得256 397个高质量的SNP标记(MAF>0.01)和53 889个GEM标记(平均基因表达量>0.4)。利用SNP标记对成熟种子、25 DAP种子和25 DAP角果皮硫苷含量进行关联分析,分别检测到167、158和3个显著关联位点(-log10P>6.71)。其中,与成熟种子显著关联的SNP标记形成5个明显的关联峰,分别位于A2、A9、C2、C7和C9染色体上。同时,利用GEM标记进行的关联分析中,分别检测到127、16和24个与成熟种子、25 DAP种子、25 DAP角果皮硫苷含量显著关联的位点(-log10P>6.03),这些位点主要分布在A2、A8、A9、C2和C9染色体上并形成明显的关联峰。其中,成熟种子和25 DAP角果皮在A9、C2和C9染色体上形成共同的关联峰。通过与公共数据库的基因组序列比对和功能注释,共筛选到295个功能基因,其中25个基因涉及硫苷代谢网路途径,直接参与硫苷的调控。其余基因虽然没有直接参与硫苷代谢过程,但是它们大多属于转录因子基因、刺激响应因子基因,涉及细胞过程或是具有催化活性,因而推测在硫苷积累中同样起到重要作用。【结论】油菜角果皮中的硫苷含量较高,而且与种子硫苷含量显著正相关,是硫苷合成或转运的重要器官。共检测到328个SNP显著标记和144个GEM显著标记,筛选到25个与硫苷合成或者转运有关的功能基因以及73个功能未知的新基因。 | 田志涛 赵永国 Lenka Havlickova He Zhesi Andrea L Harper Ian Bancroft 邹锡玲 张学昆 陆光远 | 2018 | 中国农业科学2018,51,4: | 2 |

| 20 | Hetero-trans-β-Glucanase Produces Cellulose-Xyloglucan Covalent Bonds in the Cell Walls of Structural Plant Tissues and Is Stimulated by Expansin显示文摘Current cell-wall models assume no covalent bonding between cellulose and hemicelluloses such as xyloglu-can or mixed-linkageβ-D-glucan(MLG).However,Equisetum hetero-trans-β-glucanase(HTG)grafts cellu-lose onto xyloglucan oligosaccharides(XGOs)-and,we now show,xyloglucan polysaccharide-in vitro,thus exhibiting CXE(cellulose:xyloglucan endotransglucosylase)activity.In addition,HTG also catalyzes MLG-to-XGO bonding(MXE activity).In this study,we explored the CXE action of HTG in native plant cell walls and tested whether expansin exposes cellulose to HTG by disrupting hydrogen bonds.To quantify and visu-alize CXE and MXE action,we assayed the sequential release of HTG products from cell walls pre-labeled with substrate mimics.We demonstrated covalent cellulose--xyloglucan bonding in plant cell walls and showed that CXE and MXE action was up to 15%and 60%of total transglucanase action,respectively,and peaked in aging,strengthening tissues:CXE in xylem and cells bordering intercellular canals and MXE in scleren-chyma.Recombinant bacterial expansin(EXLX1)strongly augmented CXE activity in vitro.CXE and MXE ac-tion in living Equisetum structural tissues potentially strengthens stems,while expansin might augment the HTG-catalyzed CXE reaction,thereby allowing efficient CXE action in muro.Our methods will enable surveys for comparable reactions throughout the plant kingdom.Furthermore,engineering similar hetero-polymer formation into angiosperm crop plants may improve certain agronomic traits such as lodging tolerance. | Klaus Herburger Lenka Frankova Martina Picmanova Jia Wooi Loh Marcos Valenzuela-Ortega Frank Meulewaeter Andrew D.Hudson Christopher E.French Stephen C.Fry | 2020 | Molecular Plant2020,13,7: | 1 |
