117β-estradiol promotes recovery after myocardial infarction by enhancing homing and angiogenic capacity of bone marrow-derived endothelial progenitor cells through ERa-SDF-1/ CXCR4 crosstalking显示文摘17β-estradiol (E2)has been shown to mediate endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs)to repair infarcted myocardium.Both.estrogen receptor α(ERα)and stromal derived factor-1 (SDF-1)/CXCR4 signaling pathways may play a critical role in regulating homing and angiogenesis of EPCs in this process.However,the interaction between ERa and SDF-1/CXCR4 signaling pathways remains unclear.In response to E2,the expression of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in EPCs from ovariectomized BALB/C mice was obviously up-regulated,in addition,the migration and tube formation of EPCs in vitro were also significantly enhanced.However,ERα antagonist (MMP)and CXCR4 inhibitor (AMD3100)significantly decreased the migration The combined treatment of MMP and AMD3100 and tube length of EPCs,even if mediated by E2. exerted more inhibitory effects on migration and tube formation of EPCs induced by E2.In in vivo studies,ovariectomized mice were induced acute myocardial infarction (AMI),and divided into four groups (n =6):non-preconditioned EPCs (3 × 10^6)group,E2-preconditioned EPCs group,MMP +AMD3100 preconditioned EPCs group,and EPCs pretreated with E2 +MMP +AMD3100 group.E2 group displayed a greater number of homing EPCs,increased capillary density in infarcted myocardium,decreased left ventricular (LV) fibrosis.Nevertheless,these effects of E2 were almost completely blocked by the combined treatment of MMP and AMD3100.E2 can produce cardiovascular protective effects in AMI setting by enhancing homing and angiogenic capacity of EPCs through ERα and CXCR4 signaling pathways, which means that ERα and CXCR4 pathways are effective targets for the development of treatment strategies for AMI.Zhize Yuan Lei Kang Zhe Wang Anqing Chen Qiang Zhao Haiqing Li 2018Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2018,50,12:6
2Dark matter direct search sensitivity of the PandaX-4T experiment显示文摘The Panda X-4T experiment, a 4-ton scale dark matter direct detection experiment, is being planned at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory. In this paper we present a simulation study of the expected background in this experiment. In a 2.8-ton fiducial mass and the signal region between 1-10 keV electron equivalent energy, the total electron recoil background is found to be 4.9 × 10^(-5) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). The nuclear recoil background in the same region is 2.8 × 10^(-7) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). 3Comparison on neural networks and support vector machines in suppliers' selection显示文摘Suppliers' selection in supply chain management (SCM) has attracted considerable research interests in recent years. Recent literatures show that neural networks achieve better performance than traditional statistical methods. However, neural networks have inherent drawbacks, such as local optimization solution, lack generalization, and uncontrolled convergence. A relatively new machine learning technique, support vector machine (SVM), which overcomes the drawbacks of neural networks, is introduced to provide a model with better explanatory power to select ideal supplier partners. Meanwhile, in practice, the suppliers' samples are very insufficient. SVMs are adaptive to deal with small samples' training and testing. The prediction accuracies for BPNN and SVM methods are compared to choose the appreciating suppliers. 4Evaluation of multi-cycle performance of chemical looping dry reforming using CO_2 as an oxidant with Fe–Ni bimetallic oxides显示文摘Chemical looping dry reforming(CLDR) is an innovative technology for CO_2 utilization using the chemical looping principle.The CLDR process consists of three stages,i.e.CH4 reduction,CO_2 reforming,and air oxidation.Spinel nickel ferrite(NiFe_2O_4) was prepared and its multi-cycle performance as an oxygen carrier for CLDR was experimentally investigated.X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Laser Raman spectroscopy showed that a pure spinel crystalline phase(NiFe_2O_4) was obtained by a parallel flow co-precipitating method.NiFe_2O_4was reduced into Fe-Ni alloy and wustite(Fe_xO) during the CH_4 reduction process.Subsequent oxidation of the reduced oxygen carrier was performed with CO_2 as an oxidant to form an intermediate state:a mixture of spinel Ni_(1-x)Fe_(2+x)O_4,Fe_(2+y)O_4 and metallic Ni.And CO was generated in parallel during this stage.Approximate 185 mL of CO was generated for 1 g spinel NiFe_2O_4 in a single cycle.The intermediate oxygen carrier was fully oxidized in the air oxidation stage to form a mixture of Ni_(1+x)Fe_(2-x)O_4 and Fe_2O_3.Although the original state of oxygen carrier(NiFe_2O_4) was not fully regenerated and agglomeration was observed,a good recyclability was shown in 10 successive redox cycles.Zhen Huang Huanqi Jiang Fang He Dezhen Chen Guoqiang Wei Kun Zhao Anqing Zheng Yipeng Feng Zengli Zhao Haibin Li 2016Journal of Energy Chemistry2016,25,1:4
5Ship collision impact on the structural load of an offshore wind turbine显示文摘When a maintenance and operations ship is berthing,there is a chance the ship may collide into the wind turbine.When these ships collide into wind turbine structures,this can result in significant changes to the foundation and structure of the wind turbine.In this paper,the structural load of a 4 MW offshore wind turbine was analyzed during a collision with an operations and maintenance ship.The variations in the wind speeds on hub height,waves,and the sea currents were measured.The dynamic simulation of the wind turbine was carried out using the test data as the input parameters.As a result,the load condition of the turbine without a collision was obtained.Finally,the measured turbine load was compared with the simulation results.This study shows that the collision of the operation and the maintenance ship increases the bending moments at the tower’s bottom and the blade’s roots.Haikun Jia Shiyao Qin Ruiming Wang Yang Xue Deyi Fu Anqing Wang 2020Global Energy Interconnection2020,3,1:4
6Source-to-sink of Late carboniferous Ordos Basin: Constraints on crustal accretion margins converting to orogenic belts bounding the North China Block显示文摘The Upper Carboniferous Benxi Formation of the Ordos Basin is the lowest strata overlying Middle Ordovician above the major ca.150-Myr sedimentary gap that characterizes the entire North China Block(NCB).We apply an integrated analysis of stratigraphy,petrography,and U-Pb dates and Hf isotopes on detrital zircons to investigate its provenance and relationships to the progressive collisions that formed the Xing’an-Mongolia Orogenic Belt to the north and the Qinling Orogenic Belt to the south.The results show that,in addition to regional patterns of siliciclastic influx from these new uplifted sources,the Benxi Formation is composed of two sequences corresponding to long-term glacial-interglacial cycles during the Moscovian to lower Gzhelian stages which drove global changes of eustatic sea level and weathering.The spatio-temporal distribution of sediment isopachs and facies indicate there were two sediment-infilling pulses,during which the southern and the northern Ordos Basin developed tidal-reworked deltas.The age spectra from detrital zircons,trace element patterns and εNd(t)values reveal that the siliciclastics forming the southern delta was sourced in the Qinling Orogenic Belt,whereas the northern delta was derived from the Xing’an-Mongolia Orogenic Belt.The source-to-sink evolution of this Upper Paleozoic system records the progressive development of orogenic belts and uplifts forming on the southern and northern margins of the NCB prior to its collisions with the South China and the Siberian plates,respectively.Anqing Chen Hao Zou James G.Ogg Shuai Yang Mingcai Hou Xiuwei Jiang Shenglin Xu Xiaoxing Zhang 2020Geoscience Frontiers2020,11,6:3

8Different oxidation routes for lattice oxygen recovery of double-perovskite type oxides LaSrFeCoO6 as oxygen carriers for chemical looping steam methane reforming显示文摘Double-perovskite type oxide LaSrFeCoO_6(LSFCO) was used as oxygen carrier for chemical looping steam methane reforming(CL-SMR) due to its unique structure and reactivity. Two different oxidation routes,steam-oxidation and steam-air-stepwise-oxidation, were applied to investigate the recovery behaviors of the lattice oxygen in the oxygen carrier. The characterizations of the oxide were determined by X-ray diffraction(XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), hydrogen temperature-programmed reduction(H_2-TPR) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The fresh sample LSFCO exhibits a monocrystalline perovskite structure with cubic symmetry and high crystallinity, except for a little impurity phase due to the antisite defect of Fe/Co disorder. The deconvolution distribution of XPS patterns indicated that Co,and Fe are predominantly in an oxidized state(Fe^(3+) and Fe^(2+)) and(Co^(2+) and Co^(3+)), while O 1s exists at three species of lattice oxygen, chemisorbed oxygen and physical adsorbed oxygen. The double perovskite structure and chemical composition recover to the original state after the steam and air oxidation, while the Co ion cannot incorporate into the double perovskite structure and thus form the CoO just via individual steam oxidation. 11Modulation on the collective response behavior by the system size in two-dimensional coupled cell systems显示文摘By the intracellular calcium ionic minimal model proposed by Berridge, we investigated the collective response of two-dimensional (N×N) coupled cell systems to the external stimulation using numerical simulation methods. With a coupled intensity fixed and an appropriate coupled cell number chosen, the kinetic system size resonance was discovered. At the same time, it was found that the system size responding to the external stimulation for different coupled intensities transferred too, especially when the coupled intensity increased, the range of the corresponding system size extended. 13Effect of EME1 exon variant Ile350Thr on risk and early onset of breast cancer in southern Chinese women显示文摘Essential meiotic endonuclease 1 homolog 1 (EME1) is a key DNA repair protein that participates in the recognition and repair of DNA double-strand breaks. Deficiency of the EME1 gene can lead to spontaneous genomic instability and thus contribute to tumorgenesis. We hypothesized that the exon variants of EME1 confer genetic susceptibility to breast cancer. In a case-control study of 748 breast cancer patients and 778 normal controls, we analyzed the association between two exon variants of EME1 (i.e.,Ile350Thr: rs12450550T>C and Glu69Asp: rs3760413T>G) and breast cancer risk. We found that compared to the common Ile/Ile genotype, the Thr variant genotypes (Thr/Ile+Thr/Thr) conferred a 1.47-fold increased risk of breast cancer (OR=1.47, 95% CI=1.13-1.92). The variant Ile350Thr was also associated with early onset of breast cancer (r=-0.116, P=0.002). The mean age of onset was 44.4 years for Thr/Thr genotype carriers and 46.5 years for Thr/Ile genotype carriers, which was significantly lower than that (49.4 years) for Ile/Ile genotype carriers (P=0.006). Moreover, no significant association was observed between the Glu69Asp variant and breast cancer risk. 14Chemical-Looping Reforming of Methane Using Iron Based Oxygen Carrier Modified with Low Content Nickel显示文摘Fe_(2)O_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3) and Fe_(2)O_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3) modified by low content of Ni(below 2%in weight)oxygen carriers were prepared by mechanical mixing and impregnation method.The synthesized oxygen carriers were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray fluorescence(XRF),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),BET-surface area and temperature programmed reduction(TPR).Besides,redox cyclic reactivity and the performance of chemical looping reforming of methane of the oxygen carriers were studied in a thermal gravimetrical analysis(TGA)and fixed bed at 850℃.It was observed that the redox reactivity of the oxygen carriers is improved by Ni addition because synergic effect may occur between NiO and Fe_(2)O_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3) to form NiFe_(2)O_(4) and NiAl_(2)O_(4) spinel phases.However,the improvement was not apparent as Ni addition reached 1 wt%or more because more nickel loaded resulted in methane decomposition into H2 and carbon leading to carbon deposition.The SEM and BET analysis showed that NiFe_(2)O_(4) and NiAl_(2)O_(4) particles dispersed into the pores of the Fe_(2)O_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3) particles in the course of preparation.In addition,the resistance to sintering of the modified samples increased with the Ni addition increasing.The results of successive redox cycles showed that the Ni modified Fe_(2)O_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3) oxygen carriers have good regenerability.With integration of reactivity and carbon deposition,the content 1.04 wt%of nickel doping was an optimal amount in the three modified samples.Guoqiang Wei Fang He Zhen Huang Kun Zhao Anqing Zheng Haibin Li 2014Chinese Journal of Chemistry2014,32,12:2

16Construction of a fluvial facies knowledge graph and its application in sedimentary facies identification显示文摘Lithofacies paleogeography is a data-intensive discipline that involves the interpretation and compilation of sedimentary facies.Traditional sedimentary facies analysis is a labor-intensive task with the added complexity of using unstructured knowledge and unstandardized terminology.Therefore,it is very difficult for beginners or non-geology scholars who lack a systematic knowledge and experience in sedimentary facies analysis.These hurdles could be partly alleviated by having a standardized,structured,and systematic knowledge base coupled with an efficient automatic machine-assisted sedimentary facies identification system.To this end,this study constructed a knowledge system for fluvial facies and carried out knowledge representation.Components include a domain knowledge graph for types of fluvial facies(meandering,braided and other fluvial depositional environments)and their characteristic features(bedforms,grain size distribution,etc.)with visualization,a method for query and retrieval on a graph database platform,a hierarchical knowledge tree-structure,a data-mining clustering algorithm for machineanalysis of publication texts,and an algorithm model for this area of sedimentary facies reasoning.The underlying sedimentary facies identification and knowledge reasoning system is based on expert experience and synthesis of publications.For testing,17 sets literature publications data that included details of sedimentary facies data(bedforms,grain sizes,etc.)were submitted to the artificial intelligence model,then compared and validated.This testing set of automated reasoning results yielded an interpretation accuracy of about 90%relative to the published interpretations in those papers.Therefore,the model and algorithm provide an efficient and automated reasoning technology,which provides a new approach and route for the rapid and intelligent identification of other types of sedimentary facies from literature data or direct use in the field.Lei Zhang Mingcai Hou Anqing Chen Hanting Zhong James G.Ogg Dongyu Zheng 2023Geoscience Frontiers2023,14,2:1
