2Interleukins and interleukin receptors in rheumatoid arthritis: Research, diagnostics and clinical implications显示文摘Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is an autoimmune disease, resulting in a chronic, systemic inflammatory disorder. It may affect many tissues and organs, but it primarily affects the flexible joints. In clinical practice patient care generates many questions about diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment. It is challenging for health care specialists to keep up to date with the medical literature. This review summarizes the pathogenesis, the polymorphisms of interleukin and interleukin genes and the standard available and possible future immunologictargets for RA treatment. The identification of diseaseassociated interleukin and interleukin receptor genes can provide precious insight into the genetic variations prior to disease onset in order to identify the pathways important for RA pathogenesis. 3Genetic update on inflammatory factors in ulcerative colitis: Review of the current literature显示文摘Ulcerative colitis(UC) is one of the main types of inflammatory bowel disease, which is caused by dysregulated immune responses in genetically predisposed individuals. Several genetic factors, including interleukin and interleukin receptor gene polymorphisms and other inflammation-related genes play central role in mediating and modulating the inflammation in the human body, thereby these can be the main cause of development of the disease. It is clear these data are very important for understanding the base of the disease, especially in terms of clinical utility and validity, but summarized literature is exiguous for challenge health specialist that can used in the clinical practice nowadays. This review summarizes the current literature on inflammationrelated genetic polymorphisms which are associated with UC. 9Tonglian Decoction(通莲汤)Arrests the Cell Cycle in S-phase by Targeting the Nuclear Factor-Kappa B Signal Pathway in Esophageal Carcinoma Eca109 Cells显示文摘Objective:To investigate the anti-tumor activity and molecular mechanism of Tonglian Decoction(通莲汤,TLD) on esophageal carcinoma Eca109 cells.Methods:Eca109 cells were treated with TLD and its separated formulae,including the clearing-heat and detoxification formula(Q),activating-blood and promoting-qi formula(H) and nourishing-yin and blood formula(Z).Cell proliferation was measured using the 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2-H-tetrazolium bromide assay,cell morphology was observed using a microscope,the cell cycle was measured using flow cytometry and the activity of the nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB) signal pathway was detected by Western blot.Results:The half maximal inhibitory concentrations of TLD,Q and H were 386,771 and 729 mg/L,respectively.TLD,Q and H significantly inhibited cell proliferation,with 69.43%,60.84%and 61.90%of treated cells in the G1 phase of the cell cycle.The percentage of cells in S phase increased significantly after treatment with TLD,Q,and H compared with the control group(P<0.05),and TLD showed the strongest effect.Z had no influence on the cell cycle compared with the control group(P>0.05).Western blot detection indicated slight differences in the inhibition of the NF- k B pathway by the different formulae.TLD formula strongly inhibited IKKβ,NF-κB,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α expression compared with the control group.Conclusions:TLD inhibited Eca109 cell proliferation by arresting cells in S phase.The possible mechanism might be related to inhibiting the NF- κB transduction cascade.The combination of the herbs found in the three separate formulae,H,Q and Z,work synergistically in TLD to produce the inhibitory effects of TLD treatment on Eca109 proliferation.贾永森 胡雪琴 李继安 Andras Szasz Gabriella Hegyi 韩炳生 2016Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2016,22,5:3

15Minimally invasive image-guided therapy of primary and metastatic pancreatic cancer显示文摘Pancreatic cancer is a challenging malignancy with limited treatment options and poor life expectancy.The only curative option is surgical resection,but only 15%-20%of patients are resectable at presentation because more than 50%of patients has distant metastasis at diagnosis and the rest of them has locally advanced pancreatic cancer(LAPC).The standard of care first line treatment for LAPC patients is chemotherapy with or without radiation therapy.Recent developments in minimally invasive ablative techniques may add to the treatment armamentarium of LAPC.There are increasing number of studies evaluating these novel ablative techniques,including radiofrequency ablation,microwave ablation,cryoablation and irreversible electroporation.Most studies which included pancreatic tumor ablation,demonstrated improved overall survival in LAPC patients.However,the exact protocols are yet to set up to which stage of the treatment algorithm ablative techniques can be added and in what kind of treatment combinations.Patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer has dismal prognosis with 5-year survival is only 3%.The most common metastatic site is the liver as 90%of pancreatic cancer patients develop liver metastasis.Chemotherapy is the primary treatment option for patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer.However,when the tumor is not responding to chemotherapy or severe drug toxicity develops,locoregional liver-directed therapies can provide an opportunity to control intrahepatic disease progression and improve survival in selected patients.During the last decade new therapeutic options arose with the advancement of minimally invasive technologies to treat pancreatic cancer patients.These new therapies have been a topic of increasing interest due to the severe prognostic implications of locally advanced and metastatic pancreatic cancer and the low comorbid risk of these procedures.This review summarizes new ablative options for patients with LAPC and percutaneous liver-directed therapies for patients with liver-dominant metastatic disease.Andras Bibok Dae Won Kim Mokenge Malafa Bela Kis 2021World Journal of Gastroenterology2021,27,27:3
16Wafer-scale MOCVD growth of monolayer M0S2 on sapphire and SiO2显示文摘High-quality and large-scale growth of monolayer molybdenum disulfide(MoS2)has caught intensive attention because of its potential in many applications due to unique electronic properties.Here,we report the wafer-scale growth of high-quality mono layer MoS2 on singlecrystalline sapphire and also on SiO2 substrates by a facile metal-organic chemical vapor deposit!on(MOCVD)method.Prior to growth,an aqueous solution of sodium molybdate(Na2MoO4)is spun onto the substrates as the molybdenum precursor and diethyl sulfide((C2H5)2S)is used as the sulfur precursor duri ng the growth.The grown MoS2 films exhibit crystal I i nity,good electrical performa nee(electro n mobility of 22 cm2·V^-1·s^-1)and structural continuity maintained over the entire wafer.The sapphire substrates are reusable for subsequent growth.The same method is applied for the synthesis of tungsten disulfide(WS2).Our work provides a facile,reproducible and cost-efficient method for the scalable fabricati on of high-quality mono layer MoS2 for versatile applicati ons,such as electro nic and optoelectr onic devices as well as the membranes for desalination and power generation.Huanyao Cun Michal Macha HoKwon Kim Ke Liu Yanfei Zhao Thomas LaGrange Andras Kis Aleksa ndra Radeno vic 2019Nano Research2019,12,10:3

19Combining extractive heterogeneous-azeotropic distillation and hydrophilic pervaporation for enhanced separation of non-ideal ternary mixtures显示文摘The separation of non-ideal mixtures using distillation can be an extremely complex process and there continues to be a need to further improve these techniques.A new method which combines extractive heterogeneous-azeotropic distillation(EHAD)and hydrophilic pervapora-tion(HPV)for the separation of non-ideal termary mixtures is demonstrated.This improved distillation method combines the benefits of heterogeneous-azeotropic and extractive distillations in one column but no added materials are needed as is usually the case with pervaporation.The separation of water-methanol-ethyl acetate and water-methanol-isopropyl acetate mixtures were investigated to demonstrate the accuracy of the combined EHAD/HPV technique.There is not currently an established treatment strategy for the separation of the second mixtures in the literature.These separation processes were rigorously modelled and optimized using a professional flowsheet.The objective functions were total cost and energy consumption and heat integration was also investigated.The verification of the process modelling was carried out using laboratory-scale measurements.Extractive heterogeneous-distillation combined with methanol dehydration was found to be more efficient than conventional distillation for the separation of these highly non-ideal mixtures.Eniko Haaz Botond Szilagyi Daniel Fozer Andras Jozsef Toth 2020Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2020,14,5:2
