5盐胁迫下胡杨和毛白杨叶细胞中的离子区隔化显示文摘该文以抗盐的胡杨和盐敏感的毛白杨组培再生苗为实验材料,利用X--射线微区分析技术研究盐胁迫下(为期20d的盐处理)叶片各种类型细胞内主要元素Na+、Cl-、K+的分布情况,测定的细胞类型包括:①叶脉细胞(叶脉维管束导管、叶脉维管束内部和外部的薄壁细胞);②叶肉细胞(栅栏组织、海绵组织);③表皮细胞(上、下表皮细胞).结果表明,胡杨和毛白杨叶细胞对盐离子的区隔化有明显差异:与毛白杨相比,盐处理后的胡杨叶细胞不但具有较高的拒Na+能力,即将Na+贮存在质外体中,而且液泡区隔Na+的能力也强于毛白杨.在Cl-的区隔化方面,对照处理胡杨各种类型的细胞(包括叶脉、叶肉和表皮细胞)Cl-浓度都高于毛白杨,但在盐胁迫下,胡杨叶片的细胞壁、液泡甚至叶绿体中Cl-的含量都低于毛白杨,这是胡杨根细胞限制Cl-离子根冠运输的结果.盐处理使胡杨叶片各种类型细胞中的K+浓度降低;与胡杨不同,毛白杨叶片细胞中质外体的K+浓度下降,而液泡中的K+水平却相应提高,这是毛白杨细胞内K+重新分配的结果:由于盐处理后毛白杨液泡内积累了过多的Cl-,K+从细胞壁进入液泡,用以平衡液泡内Cl-积累所带来的负电荷.戴松香 陈少良 Eberhard Fritz Andrea Olbrich Christine Kettner Andrea Polle Aloys Hüttermann 2006北京林业大学学报2006,28,S2:14
6钠盐和氯盐胁迫下胡杨木质部汁液ABA、离子浓度和叶片气体交换的变化(英文)显示文摘研究了渗透胁迫和盐胁迫下一年生胡杨 (PopuluseuphraticaOliv.)幼苗的木质部汁液脱落酸 (ABA)、离子浓度及叶片气体交换的变化。PEG 6 0 0 0 (溶液渗透势 - 0 .2 4MPa)、5 0mmol/L含钠离子的盐溶液 (NaNO3 ∶NaHCO3 ∶NaH2 PO4=5∶4∶1,pH 6 .8,渗透势 - 0 .2 4MPa)和 5 0mmol/L含氯离子的盐溶液 (KCl∶NH4Cl=1∶1,渗透势 - 0 .2 4MPa) 3种处理都显著降低了苗木的净光合速率 (Pn)和蒸腾速率 (TRN) ,但盐处理植株的TRN高于PEG处理的苗木。木质部汁液ABA的浓度在PEG处理后 1h达到峰值 ,之后开始下降 ,降到对照水平后又逐渐回升。盐处理苗木的ABA也是在处理开始后就迅速升高 ,但之后ABA水平明显高于PEG处理的植株。结果显示 ,渗透胁迫和离子胁迫都能提高胡杨木质部汁液ABA的浓度 :盐处理开始后ABA的迅速升高主要是渗透胁迫的作用 ,而此后离子胁迫 (Na+ 和Cl-)对ABA水平的提高具有重要作用。钠盐处理对胡杨净光合速率和蒸腾速率的抑制作用高于氯盐处理 ,其木质部汁液中较高水平的ABA和盐离子 (Na+ 和Cl-)是可能的原因。钠盐处理苗木的盐离子 (Na+ 和Cl-)水平高于氯盐处理 ,主要是由以下两方面的原因所致 :(1)细胞膜上的Ca2 + 被Na+ 所取代 ,增加了膜的透性 ;(2 )胡杨根细胞液泡对Na+ 的区隔化能力较弱 (与?陈少良 李金克 王天华 王沙生 Andrea POLLE Aloys HüTTERMANN 2003Acta Botanica Sinica2003,45,5:8
7Dynamic magnetic resonance defecography in 10 asymptomatic volunteers显示文摘AIM: Evaluation of the wide range of normal findings in asymptomatic women undergoing dynamic magnetic resonance (MR) defecography. METHODS: MR defecography of 10 healthy female volunteers (median age: 31 years) without previous pregnancies or history of surgery were evaluated. The rectum was filled with 180 mL gadolinium ultrasound gel mixture. MR defecography was performed in the supine position. The pelvic floor was visualized with a dynamic T2-weighted sagittal plane where all relevant pelvic floor organs were acquired during defecation. The volunteers were instructed to relax and then to perform straining maneuvers to empty the rectum. The pubococcygeal line (PCGL) was used as the line of reference. The movement of pelvic floor organs was measured as the vertical distance to this reference line. Data were recorded in the resting position as well as during the defecation process with maximal straining. Examinations were performed and evaluated by two experienced abdominal radiologists without knowledge of patient history. RESULTS: Average position of the anorectal junction was located at -5.3 mm at rest and -29.9 mm during straining. The anorectal angle widened significantly from 93° at rest to 109° during defecation. A rectocele was diagnosed in eight out of 10 volunteers showing an average diameter of 25.9 mm. The bladder base was located at a position of +23 mm at rest and descended to -8.1 mm during defecation in relation to the PCGL. The bladder base moved below the PCGL in six out of 10 volunteers, which was formally defined as a cystocele. The uterocervical junction was located at an average level of +43.1 mm at rest and at +7.9 mm during straining. The uterocervical junction of three volunteers fell below the PCGL; described formally as uterocervical prolapse. 8A pediatric non-protein losing Menetrier's disease successfully treated with octreotide long acting release显示文摘Pediatric Menetrier's disease (MD) is an uncommon, acute, self-limited hypertrophic gastropathy characterized by enlarged gastric folds associated with epithelial hyperplasia and usually accompanied by protein losing gastropathy. Gastric cytomegalovirus infection is found in one third of MD children and its treatment is often associated with remission. Diagnosis often requires fullthickness biopsy due to inability to detect typical histological findings with conventional endoscopic biopsy. We report an uncommon case of non self-limited pediatric MD needing endoscopic mucosal resection for diagnosis which was then successfully treated with octreotide long-acting release (LAR). To the best of our knowledge, this is the first pediatric MD case successfully treated with octreotide LAR. 11不同物理形态开食料对犊牛生长发育、瘤胃发酵及血液指标的影响显示文摘本试验在湿热条件下,探究饲喂不同物理形态的开食料对犊牛生长发育、瘤胃发酵及血液指标的影响。试验采用36头荷斯坦母犊牛,随机分为3组(每组12头),分别自由采食颗粒状开食料(PSA)、粉末状开食料(PSB)和多颗粒状开食料(TS)。试验期63 d,其中1~42日龄为正常饲喂牛奶时期(断奶前期);43~49日龄为断奶期;50~63日龄为断奶后期。开食料从犊牛5日龄开始自由采食。在1、42、49以及63日龄晨饲前进行采血和称重,49和63日龄晨饲前胃管法采集瘤胃液。试验期间每天记录采食量和温湿度指数。结果表明,在湿热环境下:1)断奶期和断奶后2周TS组开食料干物质采食量、平均日增重和重料比高于PSA和PSB组,PSB组最低,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)TS组犊牛初次反刍时间较PSA组提前3.8日龄,较PSB组提前4.7日龄,差异均显著(P<0.05)。63日龄时,TS组瘤胃液氨氮含量显著低于PSA组(P<0.05)。3)42日龄时PSA组犊牛血液免疫球蛋白G含量显著高于TS组(P<0.05)。4)TS组犊牛初始腹泻时间较PSA和PSB组分别晚0.44和1.75日龄,但无统计学差异(P>0.05),TS组腹泻率最低。综合得出,湿热环境下,多颗粒状开食料较颗粒状开食料和粉末状开食料更能促进犊牛的生长发育,使犊牛尽早产生反刍行为。杜超 甄玉国 KERTZ Alois Francis 沈旖帆 卜登攀 2017动物营养学报2017,29,6:6

15NeuroBiometric:An Eye Blink Based Biometric Authentication System Using an Event-Based Neuromorphic Vision Sensor显示文摘The rise of the Internet and identity authentication systems has brought convenience to people's lives but has also introduced the potential risk of privacy leaks.Existing biometric authentication systems based on explicit and static features bear the risk of being attacked by mimicked data.This work proposes a highly efficient biometric authentication system based on transient eye blink signals that are precisely captured by a neuromorphic vision sensor with microsecond-level temporal resolution.The neuromorphic vision sensor only transmits the local pixel-level changes induced by the eye blinks when they occur,which leads to advantageous characteristics such as an ultra-low latency response.We first propose a set of effective biometric features describing the motion,speed,energy and frequency signal of eye blinks based on the microsecond temporal resolution of event densities.We then train the ensemble model and non-ensemble model with our Neuro Biometric dataset for biometrics authentication.The experiments show that our system is able to identify and verify the subjects with the ensemble model at an accuracy of 0.948 and with the non-ensemble model at an accuracy of 0.925.The low false positive rates(about 0.002)and the highly dynamic features are not only hard to reproduce but also avoid recording visible characteristics of a user's appearance.The proposed system sheds light on a new path towards safer authentication using neuromorphic vision sensors.Guang Chen Fa Wang Xiaoding Yuan Zhijun Li Zichen Liang Alois Knoll 2021IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2021,8,1:3

17Comprehensive lifestyle intervention vs soy protein-based meal regimen in non-alcoholic steatohepatitis显示文摘BACKGROUND Non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH) has become one of the leading causes of liver disease in the western world. In obese patients weight reduction is recommended. Up to now there are no specific guidelines for weight loss in order to reduce hepatic fat content.AIM To investigate the effects of a 24-wk guided lifestyle intervention program compared to a meal replacement regimen based on soy protein.METHODS Twenty-six subjects with NASH participated in a randomized single-center study. They were randomly assigned to either meal replacement group(MR-G)with soy-yogurt-honey preparation or to guided lifestyle change group(LC-G)with endurance activity and nutrition counselling. Serum alanine transaminase(ALT), aspartate transaminase(AST), lipid parameters, and adipokines were measured. Liver fat content and lipid composition were determined by magnetic resonance imaging and magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Body fat mass and lean body mass were assessed using Bod Pod? device. Pre-and post-intervention monitoring of parameters was performed. Statistical analyses were conducted with SPSS software, results were expressed as median(interquartile range).RESULTS Twenty-two subjects(MR-G, n = 11 and LC-G, n = 11) completed the study(9 women, 13 men; age 52.1(15.0) years, body mass index(BMI) 32.3(3.3) kg/m^2).In both groups a significant weight loss was achieved(MR-G:-6.4(3.6) kg, P <0.01; LC-G:-9.1(10.4) kg, P < 0.01). BMI dropped in both groups(MR-G:-2.3(1.5)kg/m^2, P = 0.003; LC-G:-3.0(3.4) kg/m^2, P = 0.006). Internal fat and hepatic lipid content were markedly reduced in both groups in comparable amount. There was a strong correlation between reduction in liver fat and decrease in ALT.Likewise, both groups showed an improvement in glycemic control and lipid profile.
