| 2 | Photopic negative response in diagnosis of glaucoma:an experimental study in glaucomatous rabbit model显示文摘AIM: To determine whether the photopic negative response(Ph NR) elicited by transient white flash on white background is characterizing for glaucoma model in rabbits.METHODS: Glaucoma was induced in twelve rabbits by subconjunctival injection of 0.05 m L of betamethasone in right eyes(each 1 m L contain betamethasone dipropionate5 mg and betamethasone sodium phosphate 2 mg).The intraocular pressure(IOP), electroretinogram(ERG) and visual evoked potential(VEP) were measured successively prior and on the 3, 7d, two weeks and four weeks postglaucoma induction. After four weeks, the animals were sacrificed and the globes were histopathologically examined.RESULTS: The IOP increased significantly after one week(P =0.0001), then it gradually returned to the control level. In ERG examination, the means of a and b wave amplitude and latency were not affected significantly.Ph NR amplitude decreased significantly within one week(P =0.0001), but its latency was not affected significantly(P =0.132). The means of VEP latency and amplitude were significantly affected after two weeks and four weeks of glaucoma induction(P =0.0001 and 0.02,respectively). The histopathologic examination of the globes showed reduced number of cells in the retinal ganglion cell layer with multiple vacuoles in the retinal nerve fibre layer.There was significant positive correlation between ganglion cell layer cells and Ph NR amplitude( r =0.8, P =0.002).CONCLUSION: The rise in IOP resulted in irreversible changes or incomplete recovery of VEP and Ph NR amplitude. | 3 | 随州陨石冲击熔脉中的NaAlSi_3O_8-锰钡矿和其他高压相矿物显示文摘随州陨石含有很少几条宽度仅为0.02~0.09 mm的细熔脉, 在其中发现了多种冲击成因的高压相矿物, 如粗粒的NaAlSi3O8-锰钡矿、林伍德石、镁铁榴石以及细粒的镁铁榴石-镁铝榴石固熔体. 这是在含熔脉极细的球粒陨石中发现高压相矿物的第1例. 随州陨石熔脉中的锰钡矿结构斜长石为单质矿物相, 它不与钠长石玻璃一类的硅酸盐玻璃相结合在一起. 上述数种高压相矿物的存在限定了随州陨石熔脉内矿物所受的压力最高达23~24 GPa, 温度最高达1900~2000℃, 同时还说明随州陨石熔脉内高压状态的保持时间应较长(数秒钟), 这样才能使硅酸盐矿物在高压下进行固态相转变或从熔体中晶出. 在随州陨石中发现自然界第1例单相晶质NaAlSi3O8-锰钡矿, 对了解碱金属在深部地幔中的地球化学行为具有重要意义. | 谢先德 陈鸣 王德强 A.El Goresy | 2001 | 科学通报2001，46，6： | 5 |
| 4 | 内镜下注射聚糖酐/透明质酸共聚物治疗小儿膀胱输尿管返流显示文摘目的介绍巴黎ROBERT DEBRE医院的小儿外科应用在膀胱镜下输尿管下端开口处注射聚糖酐/透明质酸共聚物治疗(DEFLUX)治疗小儿膀胱输尿管返流的经验.方法选取从2001~2003年,ROBERT DEBRE 医院(巴黎)小儿外科治疗的57个患儿,其中男11例,女46例.平均年龄71个月.患者有急性肾盂肾炎(APN)史,有药物治疗史,并有不同程度的膀胱输尿管返流.共80侧返流的输尿管,行膀胱镜下输尿管开口处注射DEFLUX.结果治疗的患儿术后1年随访.未发现明显的并发症.被治愈的输尿管共58侧(72.5%),1年内未有尿路感染的45例(78.9%).Ⅰ度返流治愈率82.5%.Ⅱ度返流治愈率75.9%.Ⅲ度返流治愈率68.7%.Ⅳ度返流治愈率0.结论在膀胱镜下输尿管下端注射DEFLUX来治疗小儿膀胱输尿管返流,从而控制因膀胱输尿管返流引起的尿路感染是有效的,且安全和简单. | 余玲 A.EL Ghoneimi Y.Aigrain | 2005 | 临床外科杂志2005，13，6： | 3 |
| 5 | Synthesis, spectral, optical and anti-inflammatory activity of complexes derived from 2-aminobenzohydrazide with some rare earths显示文摘Three new metal complexes derived from Er(III), Dy(III) and Zr(IV) with 2-aminobenzohydrazide(ABH) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 1H-NMR, ES-MS and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The morphology and the particle size were determined by TEM. The results showed that the ligand acted as neutral bi-dentate coordinating to the metal ions through the carbonyl oxygen and amidic amino nitrogen. The aromatic amine group remained inert towards coordination. The optical band gap was measured and found to be 3.3, 3.5 and 4.3 e V for Er(III), Dy(III) and Zr(IV), respectively. The optical band gap values indicated a semi-conducting nature of the investigated complexes. | 6 | Decline and dieback of cork oak(Quercus suber L.)forests in the Mediterranean basin:a case study of Kroumirie,Northwest Tunisia显示文摘Assessing the vulnerability of forest ecosystems in the climate change context is a challenging task as the mechanisms that determine this vulnerability cannot be directly observed.Based on the ecological interrelationships between forests and climate,the present review focused on providing current information about vulnerability assessments of cork oak(Quercus suber L.)forests in the Mediterranean basin,especially,in the Kroumirie region(northwest Tunisia),currently under historic extreme drought conditions.From comparing recent findings in this region,we synthesized data on cork oak decline and mortality collected during the historic drought years 1988–1995 period.Climate change impacts cork forest decline,with special interest shown in elevated temperatures and drought;cork oak forest regeneration,and the adaptation of the Kroumirie forest to climate change,are reviewed herein.The studied region has been influenced largely by frequent prolonged drought periods,especially from 1988 to 1995.Droughts were found to consistently have a more detrimental impact on the growth and mortality rates of cork oak populations.Cork oak mortality was recorded for up to 63,622 trees.In the future,more research studies and observational data will be needed,which could represent an important key to understand ecosystem processes,and to facilitate the development of better models that project climate change impacts and vulnerability.The study is useful for researchers and forestry decision makers to develop the appropriate strategies to restore and protect ecosystems,and to help anticipate potential future droughts and climate change. | Issam Touhami E.Chirino H.Aouinti A.El Khorchani M.T.Elaieb A.Khaldi Z.Nasr | 2020 | Journal of Forestry Research2020，31，5： | 2 |
| 7 | First-principles prediction of the magnetism of 4f rare-earth-metal-doped wurtzite zinc oxide显示文摘Electronic structure and magnetic properties of wurtzite ZnO semiconductor doped with rare earth(RE=La, Ce, Pr, Pm, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm and Yb) atoms were studied using spin-polarized density functional theory based on the full-potential linear augmented plane wave(FP-LAPW) method as implemented in the Wien2 k code. In this approach the generalized gradient approximation(GGA) was used for the exchange-correlation(XC) potential. Our results showed that the substitution of RE ions in ZnO induced spins polarized localized states in the band gap. Moreover, the studied DMSs compounds retained half metallicity at dopant concentration x=0.625% for most of the studied elements, with 100% spin polarization at the Fermi level(EF). The total magnetic moments of these compounds existed due to RE 4f states present at EF, while small induced magnetic moments existed on other non-magnetic atoms as well. Finally, the energy difference between far and near configurations was investigated. It was found that the room temperature ferromagnetism was possible for RE-doped ZnO at near configuration.
