Research on pricing, service and logistic decision-making of E-supply chain with‘Free Shipping’strategy显示文摘Considering the cost of logistic service and the‘Free Shipping’strategy, two models of E-supply chain, respectively dominated by e-commerce platform or manufacturer are constructed, and the optimal decisions for each model is calculated in this paper. The research indicates that:the sales price is lower and the profit of manufacturer is higher in the mode dominated by manufacturer. On the other hand, the platform’s service-level is lower and the profit of platform is higher in the mode dominated by dominant platform.Further, the sales price, platform’s service and platform’s profit will increase with the growth of commission and decrease with the service cost elasticity coefficient.Contrarily, the profit of manufacturer will decrease with the growth of commission but increase with elasticity coefficient. And,the logistic price and profit of logistic enterprise are higher in the mode dominated by manufacturer, moreover, they will decrease with the growth of commission.Yu-Yan Wang Jing Li 2018Journal of Control and Decision2018,5,4:12
Dual-mode dynamic window approach to robot navigation with convergence guarantees显示文摘In this paper,a novel,dual-mode model predictive control framework is introduced that combines the dynamic window approach to navigation with generic path planning techniques through a dual-mode model predictive control framework. The planned path adds information on the connectivity of the free space to the obstacle avoidance capabilities of the dynamic window approach. This allows for guaranteed convergence to a goal location while navigating through an unknown environment at relatively high speeds. The framework is applied in a combined simulation/hardware implementation to demonstrate the computational feasibility and the ability to cope with the constraints of a dynamic system.Greg Droge 2021Journal of Control and Decision2021,8,2:5
Energy optimization in the wake of China Pakistan Economic Corridor(CPEC)显示文摘The energy crisis has become a significant bottleneck in the country’s economic progress. But to end this age old problem,we have to capitalize on the chance,China Pakistan Economic Corridor(CPEC)investment provides,to its full potential. This study aims to help Pakistani government in selecting the best set of CPEC energy priority projects to be completed in the first wave of development. The second part of the research guides the small/medium scale industry and business owners to select the best available alternative for tackling the energy shortfall while CPEC projects are in the process of materialization.Forecasting electricity shortfall decrease and its impact on various economic/industrial sectors(like services, industrial, textile and agriculture)is also performed to gauge the effect of CPEC on the economy using linear regression. For decision analysis, the MCDM techniques employed are(AHP)along with(TOPSIS).This research generated a new list of recommended CPEC energy priority projects which are more evenly distributed across the country, catering more,to interest of the country as a whole. We also concluded solar panels to be the best alternative for small scale businesses,as short term solution while CPEC projects are under construction.Yousaf Ali Zaeem Rasheed Noor Muhammad Salman Yousaf 2018Journal of Control and Decision2018,5,2:5
Robust model predictive control:reflections and opportunities显示文摘The past three decades have witnessed important developments in the theory and practice of model predictive control(MPC).In particular, considerable effort has been devoted to robust MPC theory. There have also been many successful applications. This paper will give a brief overview of existing results and summarise experience gained in two real-world applications. We also present some reflections on issues which,in the authors’opinion, deserve further attention.Graham C.Goodwin He Kong Galina Mirzaeva María M.Seron 2014Journal of Control and Decision2014,1,2:5
The event-driven paradigm for control, communication and optimization显示文摘The event-driven paradigm offers an alternative to the time-driven paradigm for modelling, sampling, estimation, control and optimization. This has come about largely as a consequence of systems being increasingly networked, wireless and consisting of distributed communicating components. The key idea is that control actions need not be dictated by time steps taken by a“clock”;rather,an action should be triggered by an“event”which may be a well-defined condition on the system state, including the possibility of a simple time step,or a random state transition. We provide an overview of recent developments in event-driven approaches and focus on two areas to illustrate their value.First,in distributed systems,we describe how event-driven,rather than synchronous, communication can guarantee convergence in cooperative distributed optimization while provably maintaining optimality.Second,in hybrid systems where events naturally decompose state trajectories into different discrete states(modes),we review the theory of infinitesimal perturbation analysis(IPA)which offers an event-driven“IPA calculus”for evaluating(or estimating in the case of stochastic systems)gradients of performance metrics, thus facilitating the solution of a large class of control and optimization problems.Christos G.Cassandras 2014Journal of Control and Decision2014,1,1:4

Multi-robot formation control:a comparison between model-based and learning-based methods显示文摘Formation control of multi-robot systems has been extensively studied by model-based methods, where analytic control inputs are constructed based on the kinematics and/or dynamics model and the communication graphs of the multi-robot system.Recently, driven by remarkable advances of robotic learning techniques, emerging studies on learning-based methods for formation control have been developed for adaptive and intelligent control of multi-robot systems. This paper aims to provide a brief overview of our recent development of learning-based formation control, and compare it with a model-based method for a case study of three-robot formation control.Fundamental principles, experimental results and technical challenges are presented, comparing the two different methodologies.Chao Jiang Zhuo Chen Yi Guo 2020Journal of Control and Decision2020,7,1:3

Recent developments in Boolean networks control显示文摘The aim of this survey paper is to provide the state of the art of the research on control and optimal control of Boolean control networks, under the assumption that all the state variables are accessible and hence available for feedback.Necessary and sufficient conditions for stabilisability to a limit cycle or to an equilibrium point are given.Additionally,it is shown that when such conditions are satisfied, stabilisation can always be achieved by means of state feedback.Analogous results are obtained for the safe control problem that is investigated for the first time in this survey.Finite and infinite horizon optimal control are subsequently considered, and solution algorithms are provided, based on suitable adaptations of theRiccati difference and algebraic equations. Finally,an appropriate definition of the cost function allows to restate and to solve both stabilisation and safe control as infinite horizon optimal control problems.Ettore Fornasini Maria Elena Valcher 2016Journal of Control and Decision2016,3,1:3

Hierarchical control of a class of uncertain linear systems显示文摘Hierarchical control method which is based on a hierarchical architecture has been developed to be mainly aimed at large-scale complex systems. In order to analyse and control this kind of systems,we construct first an appropriate and low-dimensional abstract system, then synthesise and lift the control law from the obtained abstraction to the original system. As far as the linear systems with uncertain terms are concerned, this paper studies the robust control problem of high-dimensional uncertain linear systems and derives the results by employing hierarchical controlmethod.Furthermore, the LMI toolbox is allowed to be used for the computation of interface functions. Finally, our method framework is illustrated on a five-dimensional uncertain linear system.Kaihong Yang Haibo Ji 2016Journal of Control and Decision2016,3,2:3
Continuous-time proportional-integral distributed optimisation for networked systems显示文摘In this paper,we explore the relationship between dual decomposition and the consensusbased method for distributed optimisation. The relationship is developed by examining the similarities between the two approaches and their relationship to gradient-based constrained optimisation.By formulating each algorithm in continuous-time,it is seen that both approaches use a gradient method for optimisation with one using a proportional control term and the other using an integral control term to drive the system to the constraint set. Therefore,a significant contribution of this paper is to combine these methods to develop a continuous-time proportional-integral distributed optimisation method.Furthermore,we establish convergence using Lyapunov stability techniques and utilising properties from the network structure of the multi-agent system.Greg Droge Hiroaki Kawashima Magnus B.Egerstedt 2014Journal of Control and Decision2014,1,3:3
Decentralised dynamic high-gain scaling-based output-feedback control of large-scale non-linear interconnected systems with delays显示文摘A general class of non-linear large-scale interconnected systems is considered, wherein each subsystem is comprised of a nominal part in a general strict-feedback-like structure and a set of appended dynamics.Parametric and functional uncertainties and time delays are allowed throughout the overall system structure including the nominal strictfeedback-like parts and appended dynamics of each subsystem as well as the non-linear subsystem interconnections. The controller design is based on the dual dynamic highgain scaling technique and provides a robust adaptive delay-independent globally stabilising decentralised output-feedback controller. The disturbance attenuation properties of the proposed output-feedback decentralised controller to an exogenous disturbance input are also analysed and specific conditions under which properties such as Input-toOutput-practical-Stability and asymptotic stabilisation are attained are also discussed.P.Krishnamurthy F.Khorrami 2014Journal of Control and Decision2014,1,4:3
Direct adaptive actuator failure compensation control:a tutorial显示文摘A resilient control system is expected to have the capacity to restore the desired system stability and tracking performance in the presence of uncertain system faults such as actuator failures. While redundant actuators are used for actuator failure accommodation, uncertain actuator failures, whose failure time, pattern, and values may be unknown, can bring new challenges to feedback control design as such uncertain failures can introduce large structural, parametric, and actuation uncertainties. Two technical issues are associated with using redundant actuators:how redundant actuators should be coordinated for effective failure compensation control, and how a feedback control law should be adaptively designed to compensate uncertain actuator failures. In this paper,we present a tutorial on direct adaptive failure compensation-based solutions to these issues for different types of control systems:state tracking using state feedback, output tracking using state feedback or output feedback, for linear,non-linear,and multi-input multi-output systems. We give an overview on such adaptive actuator failure compensation designs which have special capacities to effectively use actuation redundancy to handle uncertain actuator failures, using either direct or indirect adaptive control approaches for direct adaptive actuator failure compensation without explicit failure detection, for fast and effective failure accommodation.Gang Tao 2014Journal of Control and Decision2014,1,1:3
