| 4 | Long-term rice-rice-green manure rotation changing the microbial communities in typical red paddy soil in South China显示文摘On the basis of a long-term(30 years) field experiment that involved four rotation systems, rice-rice-winter fallow(RRF), rice-rice-ryegrass(RRG), rice-rice-rape(RRP), and rice-rice-milk vetch(RRV), this study described the effects of green manure on the microbial communities in the red paddy soils using 454 pyrosequencing for the 16 S r RNA gene. The Chao1 richness and non-parametric Shannon's index increased in all soil samples that received green manure treatments. The communities' structures with the green manure applications were significantly dissimilar from that under the winter fallow. Using Metastats tests, many genera in the RRG, RRP and RRV soils were significantly different from those in the RRF soil, including a number of genera that functioned in the nitrogen and sulfur cycles. Analyses of the genera with these functions revealed the shifts in microbial ecosystem functions after long-term green manuring. Changes in the microbial communities increased the ammonium supply and decreased the soil acidification in green-manure-amended soils. | 5 | 预期寿命估计对脊柱转移瘤手术选择与预后预测的临床意义显示文摘背景与目的:目前,临床上对脊柱转移瘤患者是否采取手术治疗以及如何选择手术仍然存在较大的争议。预期寿命的估计是手术选择的决定因素之一。本研究旨在评价Tokuhashi和Tomita评分系统这两种常用的预期寿命估计方法对硬膜外脊柱转移瘤患者手术选择与预后预测的临床价值。方法:对2001年1月至2004年4月丹麦奥胡斯大学医院脊柱外科中心收治的169例硬膜外脊柱转移瘤入组患者,术前用Tokuhashi与Tomita评分系统进行评分以及估计预期寿命,并结合Tomita脊柱肿瘤分型,选择实施手术分级治疗。术后6个月、12个月以及24个月分别进行前瞻性随访观察。对在预期寿命为“3个月内死亡”、“6个月内死亡”以及“12个月内死亡”的患者通过Tokuhashi与Tomita评分系统绘制受试者作业特征曲线(receiveroperatingcharacteristiccurves,ROC曲线),比较两个评分系统对预期寿命估计的准确性。同时采用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析法,计算Tokuhashi和Tomita评分系统各分数段患者术后的实际平均生存时间。结果:预期寿命分别为“3个月内死亡”、“6个月内死亡”以及“12个月内死亡”的病例ROC曲线分析显示,Tomita评分系统与Tokuhashi评分系统之间的差异均无显著性(各组P值分别为0.16、0.47与0.38)。Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析显示,Tomita评分系统在4~7分之间对预后估计过高,Tokuhashi评分系统在0~8分之间对预后估计过低。结论:Tokuhashi和Tomita评分系统均可成功地预测脊柱转移瘤患者术后预后的情况。Tokuhashi评分系统可较为准确地预测生存期较短的患者,从而避免对这类患者做不必要的大手术。 | 邹学农 Anders Grejs 李海声 Kristian Hφy Ebbe S Hansen Cody Bünger | 2006 | 癌症2006,25,11: | 18 |

| 12 | Aerobic bacteria associated with chronic suppurative otitis media in Angola显示文摘Background:Chronic suppurative otitis media(CSOM)is an important cause of hearing loss in children and constitutes a serious health problem globally with a strong association to resource-limited living conditions.Topical antibiotics combined with aural toilet is the first-hand treatment for CSOM but antimicrobial resistance and limited availability to antibiotics are obstacles in some areas.The goal of this study was to define aerobic pathogens associated with CSOM in Angola with the overall aim to provide a background for local treatment recommendations.Methods:Samples from ear discharge and the nasopharynx were collected and cultured from 152 patients with ear discharge and perforation of the tympanic membrane.Identification of bacterial species was performed with matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry and pneumococci were serotyped using multiplex polymerase chain reactions.Antimicrobial susceptibility testing was done according to EUCAST.Results:One hundred eighty-four samples from ear discharge and 151 nasopharyngeal swabs were collected and yielded 534 and 289 individual isolates,respectively.In all patients,correspondence rate of isolates from 2 ears in patients with bilateral disease was 27.3%and 9.3%comparing isolates from the nasopharynx and ear discharge,respectively.Proteus spp.(14.7%),Pseudomonas aeruginosa(13.2%)and Enterococcus spp.(8.8%)were dominating pathogens isolated from ear discharge.A large part of the remaining species belonged to Enterobacteriaceae(23.5%).Pneumococci and Staphylococcus aureus were detected in approximately 10%of nasopharyngeal samples.Resistance rates to quinolones exceeded 10%among Enterobacteriaceae and was 30.8%in S.aureus,whereas 6.3%of P.aeruginosa were resistant.Conclusions:The infection of the middle ear in CSOM is highly polymicrobial,and isolates found in nasopharynx do not correspond well with those found in ear discharge.Pathogens associated with CSOM in Angola are dominated by gram-negatives including Enterobacteriaceae and P.aeruginosa,while gram-positive enterococci also are common.Based on the results of antimicrobial susceptibility testing topical quinolones would be the preferred antibiotic therapy of CSOM in Angola.Topical antiseptics such as aluminium acetate,acetic acid or boric acid,however,may be more feasible options due to a possibly emerging antimicrobial resistance. | Fabian Udden Matuba Filipe Ake Reimer Maria Paul Erika Matuschek John Thegerstrom Sven Hammerschmidt Tuula Pelkonen Kristian Riesbeck | 2018 | Infectious Diseases of Poverty2018,7,1: | 6 |

| 14 | 利用根管法对油菜和冬小麦苗期根系形态的研究显示文摘快速、准确的根系原位观测方法是根系研究中的重要技术,本研究介绍了一种根管盆栽方法,该方法在透明PVC管内种植作物,通过遮光膜保持管内黑暗环境,以实现在作物生长过程中对其根系生长的原位动态观测,且根系生长环境更接近田间实际情况,并可通过改变根管长度、半径等将其应用于田间深根作物的研究中。利用此方法、结合根系扫描技术分析了油菜和冬小麦从发芽到出苗后16 d时的根系生长情况。结果表明,出苗后7和16 d冬小麦根系和地上部干物重均大于油菜,出苗后16 d冬小麦和油菜根冠比分别为0.513和0.372。大部分根系分布在0~16 cm表层土壤中,出苗后16 d冬小麦和油菜表层土壤中的根长在总根长中的比例分别为62.60%和67.76%,根系总表面积、总体积和一级侧根数均为表层土壤中占比最多,在出苗后7 d,总根长、总表面积、总体积和一级侧根数均为冬小麦显著高于油菜,而在出苗后16 d,两种作物的总根长和总表面积差别不大,说明油菜根系生长呈先缓后快趋势。表层土壤中根系平均直径小于底层土壤,油菜根系平均直径小于冬小麦,油菜和冬小麦的根系直径均大部分在0~0.50 mm之间,随着根系生长,较细的侧根逐渐增多,根系平均直径变小。出苗后16 d内的冬小麦根系伸长速率为1.83 cm/d,大于油菜的1.51 cm/d。因此,冬小麦苗期根系生长快于油菜,油菜根系呈先缓后快的生长特性。本研究介绍的根管法是一种原位研究根系的有效方法。 | 高嵩涓 曹卫东 THORUP-KRISTENSEN Kristian | 2017 | 草业学报2017,26,4: | 6 |

This data was then verified by microflotation experiments and with bubble-particle attachment pictures. The investigated properties of allanite were compared to those of quartz, a common gangue mineral in many RE deposits. The results of this work indicated that only dodecylamine was able to achieve a selective separation of allanite and quartz.
