Air route network optimization in fragmented airspace based on cellular automata显示文摘Air route network optimization, one of the essential parts of the airspace planning,is an effective way to optimize airspace resources, increase airspace capacity, and alleviate air traffic congestion. However, little has been done on the optimization of air route network in the fragmented airspace caused by prohibited, restricted, and dangerous areas(PRDs).In this paper,an air route network optimization model is developed with the total operational cost as the objective function while airspace restriction, air route network capacity, and non-straight-line factors(NSLF) are taken as major constraints.A square grid cellular space,Moore neighbors,a fixed boundary, together with a set of rules for solving the route network optimization model are designed based on cellular automata. The empirical traffic of airports with the largest traffic volume in each of the 9 flight information regions in China's Mainland is collected as the origin-destination(OD) airport pair demands.Based on traffic patterns, the model generates 35 air routes which successfully avoids 144 PRDs.Compared with the current air route network structure, the number of nodes decreases by 41.67%,while the total length of flight segments and air routes drop by 32.03% and 5.82% respectively. The NSLF decreases by 5.82% with changes in the total length of the air route network.More importantly, the total operational cost of the whole network decreases by 6.22%.The computational results show the potential benefits of the model and the advantage of the algorithm.Optimization of air route network can significantly reduce operational cost while ensuring operation safety. | Shijin WANG Xi CAO Haiyun LI Qingyun LI Xu HANG Yanjun WANG | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2017,30,3: | 16
Thymosin Alpha-1 Inhibits Complete Freund’s Adjuvant-Induced Pain and Production of Microglia-Mediated Pro-inflammatory Cytokines in Spinal Cord显示文摘Activation of inflammatory responses regulates the transmission of pain pathways through an integrated network in the peripheral and central nervous systems. The immunopotentiator thymosin alpha-1(Tal)has recently been reported to have anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective functions in rodents. However, how Tα1 affects inflammatory pain remains unclear. In the present study, intraperitoneal injection of Tal attenuated complete Freund's adjuvant(CFA)-induced pain hypersensitivity, and decreased the up-regulation of pro-inflammatory cytokines(TNF-α,IL-1β,and IL-6)in inflamed skin and the spinal cord.We found that CFA-induced peripheral inflammation evoked strong microglial activation, but the effect was reversed by Tα1.Notably,Tα1 reversed the CFA-induced up-regulation of vesicular glutamate transporter(VGLUT)and down-regulated the vesicular γ-aminobutyric acid transporter(VGAT)in the spinal cord.Taken together, these results suggest that Tα1 plays a therapeutic role in inflammatory pain and in the modulation of microgliainduced pro-inflammatory cytokine production in addition to mediation of VGLUT and VGAT expression in the spinal cord. | Yunlong Xu Yanjun Jiang Lin Wang Jiahua Huang Junmao Wen Hang Lv Xiaoli Wu Chaofan Wan Chuanxin Yu Wenjie Zhang Jiaying Zhao Yinqi Zhou Yongjun Chen | 2019 | Neuroscience Bulletin2019,35,4: | 4
PM_(2.5) exposure associated with microbiota gut-brain axis:Multi-omics mechanistic implications from the BAPE study显示文摘Recent studies have shown that PM_(2.5) may activate the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal(HPA)axis by inducing hormonal changes, potentially explaining the increase in neurological and cardiovascular risks. In addition,an association between PM_(2.5) and gut microbiota and metabolites was established. The above evidence represents crucial parts of the gut-brain axis(GBA).In view of this evidence. | Tiantian Li Jianlong Fang Song Tang Hang Du Liang Zhao Yanwen Wang Fuchang Deng Yuanyuan Liu Yanjun Du Liangliang Cui Wanying Shi Yan Wang Jiaonan Wang Yingjian Zhang Xiaoyan Dong Ying Gao Yu Shen Li Dong Huichan Zhou Qinghua Sun Haoran Dong Xiumiao Peng Yi Zhang Meng Cao Hong Zhi Jingyang Zhou Xiaoming Shi | 2022 | The Innovation2022,3,2: | 2

Nanocomposite Polymer Hydrogels Reinforced by Carbon Dots and Hectorite Clay显示文摘Herein, two nanoparticles with different dimensions, spherical carbon dots (C-dots) and sheetlike hectorite clay, were used as physical crosslinkers to fabricate C-dots-clay-poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)nanocompositehydrogels (coded as C-dots-clay-PNIPAm hydrogels). The mechanical properties, fluorescence features and thermal-responsive properties of the C-dots-clay-PNIPAm hydrogels were evaluated. The experimental results indicate that synergistic effects of C-dots and hectorite clay nanoparticles are able to significantly enhance mechanical properties of the hydrogels. The hydrogels can be stretched up to 1730%with strength as high as 250 kPa when the C-dots concentration is 0.1wt%and the clay concentration is 6wt%. The hydrogels exhibit complete self-healing through autonomic reconstruction of crosslinked network a damaged interface. The hydrogels show favorable thermal-responsive properties with the volume phase transition around 34℃. In addition, the hydrogels are endowed with fluorescence features that are associated with C-dots in the hydrogels. It can be expected that the as-fabricated C-dots-clay-PNIPAm hydrogels are promising for applications in sensors, biomedical carriers and tissue engineering. | MA Shuai ZHENG Hang CHEN Yanjun ZOU Jincheng ZHANG Chaocan WANG Yifeng | 2020 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2020,35,2: | 1
A Review on Intelligent Detection and Classification of Power Quality Disturbances:Trends,Methodologies, and Prospects显示文摘With increasing global concerns about clean energy in smart grids, the detection of power quality disturbances(PQDs)caused by energy instability is becoming more and more prominent. It is well acknowledged that the PQD effects on power grid equipment are destructive and hazardous, which causes irreversible damage to underlying electrical/electronic equipment of the concerned intelligent grids. In order to ensure safe and reliable equipment implementation, appropriate PQDdetection technologiesmust be adopted to avoid such adverse effects. This paper summarizes the newly proposed and traditional PQD detection techniques in order to give a quick start to new researchers in the related field, where specific scenarios and events for which each technique is applicable are also clearly presented. Finally, comments on the future evolution of PQD detection techniques are given.Unlike the published review articles, this paper focuses on the new techniques from the last five years while providing a brief recap on traditional PQD detection techniques so as to supply researchers with a systematic and state-of-the-art review for PQD detection. | Yanjun Yan Kai Chen Hang Geng Wenqian Fan Xinrui Zhou | 2023 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2023,,11: | 0
Evolution of the deformation field and earthquake fracture precursors of strike-slip faults显示文摘Seismic hazard analysis is gaining increased attention in the present era because of the catastrophic effects of earthquakes.Scientists always have as a goal to develop new techniques that will help forecast earthquakes before their reoccurrence. In this research,we have performed a shear failure experiment on rock samples with prefabricated cracks to simulate the process of plate movement that forms strike-slip faults. We studied the evolution law of the deformation field to simulate the shear failure experiment, and these results gave us a comprehensive understanding of the elaborate strain distribution law and its formation process with which to identify actual fault zones. We performed uniaxial compression tests on marble slabs with prefabricated double shear cracks to study the distribution and evolution of the deformation field during shear failure. Analysis of the strain field at different loading stages showed that with an increase in the load, the shear strain field initially changed to a disordered-style distribution. Further, the strain field was partially concentrated and finally completely concentrated near the crack and then distributed in the shape of a strip along the crack. We also computed coefficients of variation(CVs) for the physical quantities u, v, and exy, which varied with the load. The CV curves were found to correspond to the different loading stages. We found that at the uniform deformation stage, the CV value was small and changed slowly, whereas at the later nonuniform deformation stage, the CV value increased sharply and changed abruptly. Therefore, the precursor to a rock sample breakdown can be predicted by observing the variation characteristics of CV statistics. The correlation we found between our experimental and theoretical results revealed that our crack evolution and sample deformation results showed good coupling with seismic distribution characteristics near the San Andreas Fault. | Qi Zhang YongHong Zhao Hang Wang Muhammad Irfan Ehsan JiaYing Yang Gang Tian ANDong Xu Ru Liu YanJun Xiao | 2020 | Earth and Planetary Physics2020,4,2: | 0
