| 1 | Dynamic feedback robust stabilization of nonholonomic mobile robots based on visual servoing显示文摘This paper investigates the visual servoing robust stabilization of nonholonomic mobile robots. The calibration of visual parameters is not only complicated, but also needs great consumption of calculated time so that the accurate calibration is impossible in some situations for high requirement of real timing. Hence, it is interesting and important to consider the design of stabilizing controllers for nonholonomic kinematic systems with uncalibrated visual parameters. A novel uncertain model of these nonholonomic kinematic systems is proposed. Based on this model, a stabilizing controller is discussed by using dynamic feedback and two-step techniques. The proposed robust controller makes the mobile robot image pose and the orientation converge to the desired configuration despite the lack of depth information and the lack of precise visual parameters. The stability of the closed loop system is rigorously proved. | 3 | Analysis on cohesive crack opening displacement considering the strain softening effect显示文摘In order to investigate the crack propagation in quasi-brittle materials like rock, ceramic and concrete, Hillerborg and his co-researchers abstracted the fracture process zone in front of a stress free crack in terms of a “fictitious crack zone”. On the fictitious crack zone, cohesive stresses distribute following a given softening relationship of stress vs. crack opening. Based on the polynomial or power series expression of cohesive crack opening displacement, the relationship of the cohesive stress vs. the crack opening displacement is established using elastic theory and integral equation, and some unknown physics variables are obtained using variation approach. | 4 | Dendrite‐free lithium and sodium metal anodes with deep plating/stripping properties for lithium and sodium batteries显示文摘Although lithium(Li)and sodium(Na)metals can be selected as the promising anode materials for next‐generation rechargeable batteries of high energy density,their practical applications are greatly restricted by the uncontrollable dendrite growth.Herein,a platinum(Pt)–copper(Cu)alloycoated Cu foam(Pt–Cu foam)is prepared and then used as the substrate for Li and Na metal anodes.Owing to the ultrarough morphology with a threedimensional porous structure and the quite large surface area as well as lithiophilicity and sodiophilicity,both Li and Na dendrite growths are significantly suppressed on the substrate.Moreover,during Li plating,the lithiated Pt atoms can dissolve into Li phase,leaving a lot of microsized holes on the substrate.During Na plating,although the sodiated Pt atoms cannot dissolve into Na phase,the sodiation of Pt atoms elevates many microsized blocks above the current collector.Either the holes or the voids on the surface of Pt–Cu foam what can be extra place for deposited alkali metal,what effectively relaxes the internal stress caused by the volume exchange during Li and Na plating/stripping.Therefore,the symmetric batteries of Li@Pt–Cu foam and Na@Pt–Cu foam have both achieved long‐term cycling stability even at ultrahigh areal capacity at 20 mAh cm−2. | Jianyi Wang Qi Kang Jingchao Yuan Qianru Fu Chunhua Chen Zibo Zhai Yang Liu Wei Yan Aijun Li Jiujun Zhang | 2021 | Carbon Energy2021,3,1: | 6 |

| 8 | Early assessment of the safety and immunogenicity of a third dose(booster)of COVID-19 immunization in Chinese adults显示文摘Inducing durable and effective immunity against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)via vaccination is essential to combat the current pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).It has been noticed that the strength of anti-COVID-19 vaccination-induced immunity fades over time,which calls for an additional vaccination regime,as known as booster immunization,to restore immunity among previously vaccinated populations.Here we report a pilot open-label trial of a third dose of BBIBP-CorV,an inactivated SARS-CoV-2 vaccine(Vero cell),on 136 participants aged between 18 to 63 years.Safety and immunogenicity in terms of neutralizing antibody titers and cytokine/chemokine responses were analyzed as the main endpoint until day 28.While systemic reactogenicity was either absent or mild,SARS-CoV-2-specific neutralizing antibody titers rapidly arose in all participants within 4 weeks,surpassing the peak antibody titers elicited by the initial two-dose immunization regime.Broad increases of cellular immunity-associated cytokines and chemokines were also detected in the majority of participants after the third vaccination.Furthermore,in an exploratory study,a newly developed recombinant protein vaccine,NVSI-06-08(CHO Cells),was found to be safe and even more effective than BBIBP-CorV in eliciting humoral immune responses in BBIBP-CorV-primed individuals.Together,these results indicate that a third immunization schedule with either homologous or heterologous vaccine showed favorable safety profiles and restored potent SARS-CoV-2-specific immunity,providing support for further trials of booster vaccination in larger populations. | Yuntao Zhang Yunkai Yang Niu Qiao Xuewei Wang Ling Ding Xiujuan Zhu Yu Liang Zibo Han Feng Liu Xinxin Zhang Xiaoming Yang | 2022 | Frontiers of Medicine2022,16,1: | 3 |
| 9 | Autophagy receptor CCDC50 tunes the STING-mediated interferon response in viral infections and autoimmune diseases显示文摘DNA sensing and timely activation of interferon(IFN)-mediated innate immunity are crucial for the defense against DNA virus infections and the clearance of abnormal cells.However,overactivation of immune responses may lead to tissue damage and autoimmune diseases;therefore,these processes must be intricately regulated.STING is the key adaptor protein,which is activated by cyclic GMP-AMP,the second messenger derived from cGAS-mediated DNA sensing.Here,we report that CCDC50,a newly identified autophagy receptor,tunes STING-directed type I IFN signaling activity by delivering K63-polyubiquitinated STING to autolysosomes for degradation.Knockout of CCDC50 significantly increases herpes simplex virus 1(HSV-1)-or DNA ligand-induced production of type I IFN and proinflammatory cytokines.Ccdc50-deficient mice show increased production of IFN,decreased viral replication,reduced cell infiltration,and improved survival rates compared with their wild-type littermates when challenged with HSV-1.Remarkably,the expression of CCDC50 is downregulated in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),a chronic autoimmune disease.CCDC50 levels are negatively correlated with IFN signaling pathway activation and disease severity in human SLE patients.CCDC50 deficiency potentiates the cGAS-STING-mediated immune response triggered by SLE serum.Thus,our findings reveal the critical role of CCDC50 in the immune regulation of viral infections and autoimmune diseases and provide insights into the therapeutic implications of CCDC50 manipulation. | Panpan Hou Yuxin Lin Zibo Li Ruiqing Lu Yicheng Wang Tian Tian Penghui Jia Xi Zhang Liu Cao Zhongwei Zhou Chunmei Li Jieruo Gu Deyin Guo | 2021 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,10: | 3 |

| 13 | Betaine accumulation and the change of betaine-aldehyde dehydrogenase activity in barley seedlings under KCl and NaCl stress显示文摘The changes in growth status, ion contents, betaine levels and betaine\|aldehyde dehydrogenase (BADH) activity in seedlings of nonhalophyte barley treated with different concentrations of NaCl and KCl were studied. Results showed that the inhibition of growth in barley seedlings increased as enhancing NaCl and KCl for 96h and NaCl inhibitory degree was higher than that of KCl. The K\++ content of barley seedlings in NaCl was lower than the control, while the Na\++ content was higher, the levels of Na\++ fell in the seedlings treated with KCl, but K\++ levels rose, and K\++ content was higher than that of Na\++. | 14 | Separation of systematic errors in processing high precision GPS baselines显示文摘The research is based on the double difference observations and semi-parametric model. Systematic errors are considered as the parameters to be estimated, and brought into the GPS observation equations. High precision baselines are obtained after separating systematic errors. The crucial steps are choosing regularizer and regularization parameters in processing GPS systematic errors by using the semi-parametric model. We propose a new regularizer and apply it to dealing with systematic errors. Also, we compare it with one proposed by other researchers. This comparison is done when all the regularization parameters equal to one. The computation result of the example shows that two regularizers correspond well and they can separate systematic errors successfully. Thus, we can get high precision baselines. | 18 | Focal mechanism of Luding M 6.8 earthquake, September 2022 and analysis of the loading role of the tectonic stress on the seismogenic fault显示文摘To reveal the seismogenic mechanism of the Luding earthquake, we employed the 118 China Seismic Network stations to collect the P-wave polarity data from each station, which was then used in the P-wave first motion approach to calculate the focal mechanism solution of the M6.8 Luding earthquake that occurred on September 5,2022. We have also studied the loading effect of tectonic stress on the Luding earthquake fault based on the stress field data for the research area. The results indicate that this earthquake was a strike-slip type, the nodal plane I:strike 167°, dip angle 78°, slip angle 2°;Nodal plane II: strike 77°, dip angle 88°, slip angle 168°. The two fault planes’ instability coefficients of the Luding earthquake are examined considering the region’s background stress field’s condition. The nodal plane I in the Moho circle is discovered to practically coincide with the Coulomb failure line and the tangent point of the Moho circle, indicating that this nodal plane has a high instability coefficient compared to the nodal plane II. The conclusion is that the nodal plane I has a higher likelihood of being the seismogenic fault plane, which is congruent with the seismogenic fault plane suggested by the aftershock distribution, the earthquake radiation energy distribution of a single station, and seismic intensity distribution.The Luding earthquake’s focal mechanism is highly like the theoretical focal mechanism of the fault situated at the location where the Coulomb failure line intersects the Mohr circle, demonstrating that background stress is what caused the earthquake.
