1Late Mesozoic-Cenozoic dcollement structure and its deep geological background in western Shandong,China显示文摘Data from seismic reflection profiles, drilling, stratigraphy, structural deformation studies and physical rock properties reveal the existence of dcol1ement structures in both shallow and deep levels in western Shandong, China. The most outstanding shallow dcol1ement structures occur along the regional unconformity surface between the Cambrian and Archean, and the disconformity surface between the Carboniferous and Ordovician. The dcollement structure surface manifests as a fault zone with cataclastic rocks and asymmetrical folds. Some of the cataclastic rocks underwent dynamic metamorphism and hydrothermal alteration, including silicification, marbleization and specularite mineralization. Above the dcol1ement structure, the bottom of the Cambrian might be missing or overprinted because of dcollement. The striations, asymmetrical folds and boudinage structures indicate the direction of the main dcollement to the NNW and NNE. A deep level dcollement structure occurs at a depth of 12-22 km and up to 30 km distance to the south. The early Cretaceous and Eocene are two main periods of activity, with the Cretaceous dcollement probably initiated by mantle upwelling derived from subduction and collision of the Yangtze Plate with the North China Plate along the Tancheng-Lujiang Fault in the late Triassi-early Jurassic. 2Kinetics model for leaching of ion-adsorption type rare earth ores显示文摘This paper aims to establish a mathematical model that can analyze the whole leaching kinetics process of ion-adsorption type rare earth ores.This leaching process is composed of three steps:(1)ammonium ions arrive at the ore particle surface through the diffusion layer;(2)ammonium ions exchange with rare earth ions;and(3)rare earth ions enter into the external solution through the diffusion layer.In the leaching process,it is hypothesized that the ore particle size remains constant The process of ammonium ions and rare earth ions passing through the diffusion layer was described by the Fick law,and the reversible ion exchange process between ammonium ions and rare earth ions was described by the Kerr model,A leaching kinetics model of rare earth ions by ammonium ions was constructed.Accuracy of this kinetics model was verified with laboratory tests.It is found that the correlation coefficients of all data are greater than 0.9000.The proposed kinetics model is therefore feasible for kinetics analysis throughout the leaching process.Ping Long Guanshi Wang Chao Zhang Yaojie Yang Xiaojing Cao Zibo Shi 2020Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,12:5

4Microstructure and oxidation resistance of SiC–MoSi_2 multi-phase coating for SiC coated C/C composites显示文摘In order to improve the anti-oxidation of C/C composites, a SiC–MoSi2multi-phase coating for SiC coated carbon/carbon composites(C/C)was prepared by low pressure chemical vapor deposition(LPCVD) using methyltrichlorosilane(MTS) as precursor, combined with slurry painting from MoSi2 powder. The phase composition and morphology were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) methods, and the deposition mechanism was discussed. The isothermal oxidation and thermal shock resistance were investigated in a furnace containing air environment at 1500 1C. The results show that the as-prepared SiC–MoSi2coating consists of MoSi2 particles as a dispersing phase and CVD–SiC as a continuous phase. The weight loss of the coated samples is 1.51% after oxidation at 1500 1C for 90 h, and 4.79% after 30 thermal cycles between 1500 1C and room temperature. 5Slurry-like hybrid electrolyte with high lithium-ion transference number for dendrite-free lithium metal anode显示文摘Lithium metal anode is regarded as the ultimate choice for next-generation energy storage systems,due to the lowest negative electrochemical potential and super high theoretical specific capacity.However,the growth of lithium dendrite during the cycling process is still one of the most critical bottlenecks for its application.In this work,a slurry-like hybrid electrolyte is proposed towards the application for lithium metal anode,which is composed of a liquid electrolyte part and a nanometric silane-Al2O3 particle part.The hybrid electrolyte shows high ionic conductivity(3.89×10-3 S cm-1 at 25℃)and lithium-ion transference number(0.88).Especially,the resistance of hybrid electrolyte decreases compared to that of liquid electrolyte,while the viscosity of hybrid electrolyte increases.It is demonstrated that the hybrid electrolyte can effectively suppress the growth of lithium dendrite.Stable cycling of Li/Li cells at a current density up to 1 mA cm-2 is possible.The hybrid electrolyte helps to uniform the lithium ion flux inside the battery and partly comes from the formation of a rigid and highly conductive hybrid interfacial layer on the surface of lithium metal.This work not only provides a fresh way to stabilize lithium metal anode but also sheds light on further research for electrolyte optimization and design of lithium metal battery system.Hewei Xu Ying He Zibo Zhang Junli Shi Pingying Liu Ziqi Tian Kan Luo Xiaozhe Zhang Suzhe Liang Zhaoping Liu 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,9:1
6Estimation on principal component of multi-collinearity Gauss-Markov model based on minimum description length显示文摘Gauss-Markov model is frequently used in data analysis; the analysis and estimation of its parameters is always a hot issue. Based on the information theory and from the viewpoint of optimal information on description—minimum description length, this paper discusses a case: where there is multi-collinearity in the coefficient matrix, principal component estimation is used to estimate and select the original parameters, so as to reduce its multi-collinearity and improve its credibility. 7Properties of meso-tetrakis (4-n-alkanoyloxyphenyl) porphyrin liquid crystal Co and Ni complexes显示文摘Six series of meso-tetrakis (4-n-alkanoyloxyphenyl) porphyrin Co and Ni complexes (12 kinds) were reported. Nine of the compounds were found to exhibit liquid crystal properties and display a hexago-nal columnar discotic columnar (Colh) phase. Molecular structure of all synthesized compounds was confirmed by IR, UV, MS, 1H NMR, and elemental analysis. 8Flexible radio-frequency micro electro-mechanical switch towards the applications of satellite communications显示文摘This paper presents a flexible radio-frequency microelectromechanical system(RF MEMS)switch integrated on cyclo-olefin polymer(COP)substrate using a modified surface MEMS processing technology,which could be used in the 17-19 GHz frequency band of satellite communication.Through systematic simulation analysis,it is found that flexible RF MEMS switch can achieve certain bending radius by miniaturizing the electronic dimension,without degrading the RF performance.It is demonstrated that the RF characteristics of flexible RF MEMS switch with special anchor structural design,fabricated by modified surface MEMS processing,are not sensitive to bending deformation under the curvature of 0 mm^(-1),0.05 mm^(-1),0.10 mm^(-1).Furthermore,the range of bending curvature which will affect the RF characteristics is given through systematic simulation.The flexible RF MEMS switch with high process compatibility and stable RF performance is believed to be promising candidates for future microwave communications and other consumer electronics.Yingli Shi Chao Zhou Zibo Cao Yurong He Jingwen Guo Chunxin Li Qianhong Wu Kui Liang Yanzhao Li Yuan Lin 2022npj Flexible Electronics2022,6,1:0
